Service was poor. We found this place on tiktok. It's the bar in Blu jazz club that's not affiliated with Blu Hotel. Honestly, minority patrons were treated poorly. Not just my party but the bartender Ryan made it clear that there was some type of bias at the bar. Won't return. Cocktails were decently priced for craft cocktails $15 for majority of the cocktails. We tried the smoky tequila based drink Oxara . It was delicious and we'll balanced. However the bar atmsophere soured the mood. We purchased drinks for our neighbors and left shortly after. Ambiance was dark and modern. Would not recommend.

Met a friend Wednesday for drinks! Lucked out with1/2 off drinks/food on Weds. Pleasantly surprised! Jenn, the multi tasking alchemist/bartender making amazing drinks! We shared a phenomenal smash burger and crispy creamy French fries with spicy agave mustard that would be AMAZING on anything. Look forward to next time!

The bartender really knows his craft. We had the pisco sour, In Perfect Thyme, The 5th G, and Chiramente il Vino. All were well balanced and smooth. Inspired and creative cocktails, carefully crafted for the ultimate balanced experience. They have big plans for the place, and we're looking forward to seeing it evolve over time! Follow their Facebook page for updates on guest chefs and bartenders. It's a perfect stop if you're headed to the club or just want to grab a few drinks and a snack.

Service is very inattentive. Food consists of some dips served in tiny little jars with a bag of chips. Very weird and just overall awful.

Perfect cocktails, perfect pizza. We stopped out on a Thursday night looking for a bite to eat and…read morea drink or two. Was fun figuring out how to get inside. It's a small place and we thought we'd have to wait but luckily a couple were leaving so we got seats at the bar. It would have been worth the wait. We picked a couple drinks off the menu and they were incredibly beautiful and tasted divine. The pizza we ordered had anchovies and pepperoni and I swear it's the best wood fired pizza I've ever had. I wanted another drink and asked the bartender to make me a rum drink of their choice. Within minutes some amazing concoction, it was smoking inside a glass dome of some sort. The garnish was a flamed cinnamon stick and orange rind that looked like a sword. It was incredible. The vibe is nice and patrons are friendly. It's not loud, so you can carry on a conversation, and the music was nice. There is a cute little back room with tables too for groups of 2-4 people. Parking is plentiful on the street and nearby parking lots. Within walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Up and coming area. I can't recommend the Oak & Olive enough and I can't wait to go back.

There's a secret entrance since it's a speakeasy, which is fun. Someone is always there to help guide you if you can't figure it out, haha. The lighting is low, and there are a lot of comfy spots to sit, which makes the environment feel very calm and cozy. We ended up all ordering a variety of espresso martinis. Mine was a crème brûlée one, which was divine, but they all sounded delicious! We also ordered the fig & pear pizza to share. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the flavors worked really well together! I'm hoping I can come here with my husband soon.

I used to game here for DnD but had to temporarily quit game, I recently found out a year ago I guess I made people uncomfortable during a game and I am not welcome at a table. None of this was brought to my attention when it happened, all I remember is one silly thing I would do that someone thought was excessive and I quit doing it (i.e., fart jokes). I followed all the game rules and was a courteous player. The DM never explained that I made someone/people uncomfortable nor anything was discussed with me, no clear communication. I was looking for a table months ago to come back to in discord, nothing was mentioned. I messaged multiple DMs over the year and once again, nothing mentioned. Yesterday I ask to join a one-shot game and I received a private message from someone at my old table a year ago saying they don't want to game with me but no actual explaination of why. I messaged the owner and that's how I found out about all this clicky, childish, petty behavior with terrible communication. A bunch of full grown adults with control issues, clutching their man-pearls and being avoidant, he-motional, testerical men. The owner cannot even tell me why I was banned from DnD, he doesn't remember what I did! This place is a joke, I can't believe this is happening to me and I am never going back, even if they say I can come back and game. It's obvious someone wants me out and if I come back then I will be walking on egg shells until I finally get banned; very much high school drama from grown adults. Play Dungeons and Dragons somewhere else, if you can, it's not worth the risk. You could be playing a great game and spending money, thinking everything is ok but then if a DM doesn't like you then you will be treated the same way I was. It happened to me then it can happen to you. I was told I play DnD different, not wrong, not in an uncomfortable way, and that lead to me being banned without being told. Play at your own risk. Also this place has always had issues with getting waited on in a timely manner, overpriced food coming out late and sometimes orders getting messed up. I used to look past it but moving forward I won't be so forgiving of places anymore. I have no time and money for overpriced petty.
