The food was good here & the salmon was very fresh. The only reason they're getting a 3 is because my order was made incorrectly, although it was a takeout. When you walk in, you fill out a sheet of paper of what you want, hand it to them at the register, then they make it & bag it while you wait. I'm used to watching while my poke is made, so this was different. Unfortunately for me, my order had things in it I didn't check & was missing one of the 2 sauces I did check. I also wish I could have asked for more sauce. The bowl is deep & they only drizzled the sauce on top. Other than those avoidable mishaps, the salmon & spicy tuna were good.

This used to be my fav poke place. Returned after a few years and disappointed to find that the portion has decreased substantially (DoorDash).

Love their poke. I've tried multiple poke places and Circle Poke got the high quality food and well-maintained kitchen. Top notch clean & tasty!

This place is a gem. It is hard to find affordable food in downtown Atlanta, and the Poke is world class. It competes with the best of the best in terms of freshness and taste. The rice is always perfect and the food the two passionate owners make is so consistent and high quality. The ambiance is modern and meticulously clean. This is one of the few restaurants that I can say I am a regular at. Amazing.

circle poke is located just off of georgia tech's west side of campus. it's a small shop that is currently only doing takeout. you write down your order on a paper menu, hand it to them, and then pay for your order after it has been assembled. they have definitely raised their prices (the sign says it's because they are closing down and need to raise them to support the business). the small create your own bowl is now $11.95 i got the spicy tuna and the salmon and then an assortment of veggies and sauces. typical toppings like seaweed salad and masago unfortunately cost extra to add on. you can choose multiple sauces and they mix it in for you. serving size was generous. the spicy tuna is finely minced which isn't my favorite but it still tasted good. rice was clumpy and a bit dry. overall a decent poke spot in midtown -- docked stars for no indoor seating, price increase, lack of premium toppings, and clumped up rice

I adore the poke bowls here, and I'm so glad it's so close to me. In the past 6 months, I've gone almost 10 times (confirmed this by looking at my reward card -- can't wait for the free bowl!). I appreciate their system of checking what you want on a piece of paper and passing it to them. It's pretty efficient especially when many people come in at once. Some poke places give you the smallest cubes of fish, but they don't skimp on that here. The scoops are generous, and a small bowl goes a long way. For me, it's one really hefty meal or 2 decently-sized ones (though it's hard to only eat half and save the rest for later!). Everything is always super fresh, and I love all the options that you can choose from. It didn't take me long to figure out my favorite bowl combination, and I get it nearly every time.

I've been coming here since 2021. As of 2/24/23, they finally allow you to dine in. The inside is pretty small. To place your order, you build your own bowl and check off what you want on a slip of paper. You can get a small (2 protein), medium (3 protein), or large bowl (4 protein). I always get the small because I noticed that the small and medium are the same size bowl, the only difference is the amount of protein, but the difference is negligible. In my opinion, I think the small is the best option for the price and portion. The small bowl is already super filling because of all the rice. For protein, I recommend salmon and spicy tuna. Salmon is a classic, and the spicy tuna is well seasoned. If you come here often, don't forget to ask for a loyalty reward card. For every 10 bowls, you get your 11th for free (small poke bowl). My only complaint about this place is that one time I found a black plastic/material in my bowl. I'm not sure what it was, but it didn't leave a great impression. Other than that, this is a good poke place and the fish tastes relatively fresh, there are a lot of available toppings and you can create a bunch of different combinations. Combinations I've had are listed below: Poke Bowl (Small) - sushi rice, cucumber, sweet corn, edamame, green onion, salmon, spicy tuna, spicy mayo, poke ponzu, tempura crunch, crisp onion Poke Bowl (Medium) - sushi rice, carrot, onion, cucumber, cilantro, sweet corn, edamame, green onion, salmon (x2), spicy tuna, spicy mayo, poke ponzu, sesame oil, tempura crunch, crisp onion, sesame seed, fumi furikake

We were really impressed with the poke we had at Circle Poke. It's some of the best we've tried to date, perhaps the best. All of the ingredients were fresh, the portion sizes were generous, and service was great. I'm giving these guys 4.5 stars rounded up to 5. Circle Poke opened in March 2018 on the ground level of the Arium Westside apartments at the corner of Northside Dr and 10th St near Georgia Tech and Atlantic Station. These apartments used to be called Tenside and include other restaurant tenants like Three Dollar Cafe, Five Guys, Jersey Mike's, and Sarpino's Pizzeria. Free parking is available in Arium's deck with entrances on both Northside and 10th. Circle Poke has both a back entrance from the deck and a front entrance that faces Northside Dr. This is a small restaurant that's set up pretty much like the other poke places around town. It's a stand-in-line fast-casual joint with a made-to-order poke assembly line. It's a simple, open, clean space with interior seating for about 20 customers and more seats outside on the uncovered patio. Fountain drinks, eating utensils, napkins, etc. are self-serve. You can create your own poke or order one of the signature house pokes. Custom poke bowls start at $8.95 for a small (2 proteins) to $12.95 for a large (4 proteins). The menu and servers walk you step by step through the ordering process from choosing your base and proteins to your sauces and garnishes. Some add-ons, like avocado and tamago (Japanese omelet) cost $0.50 each. There are over a half-dozen signature house pokes to choose from and they run $9.95 to $14.99 each. It's a fairly streamlined menu. We got the Original Circle House Poke ($13.99). It was excellent and I highly recommend it. By default, it comes with tuna, spicy tuna, spring mix, cucumber, seaweed salad, avocado, masago (fish eggs), crab meat, spicy mayo, ponzu, and wasabi dressing. We subbed out spicy tuna and replaced it with salmon (I'm not a fan of spicy tuna). We also added garnishes at the end - seaweed (dried slivers), fumi furikake (dried fish, seaweed, and sesame seed), nori furikake (seaweed and sesame seed), and crispy onion. Crispy tempura is the only garnish we did not get. The base options are sushi rice, brown rice, and salad mix (we got sushi rice). The poke was outstanding. The quality of all of the ingredients was good. The avocado was half an avocado which was generous. Overall, it was a fresh, flavorful, filling, and well-made bowl. We also got the Volcano ($14.99) with a sushi rice base. The Volcano consists of tuna, albacore, octopus, salmon, crab meat, onion, jalapeno, green onion, pineapple, masago, salad mix, spicy mayo, wasabi mayo, and wasabi dressing. What the menu didn't specify is several of these ingredients are put together and torched before being placed inside a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. The items that are torched are the proteins and sauce. It's neat to watch. It's similar to aburi sushi (flame-seared sushi). I guess that's why this bowl is called the Volcano. The Volcano was tasty, but we didn't like it as much as the Original. I'd rate the Original 5 stars and the Volcano 4 stars (still good). I didn't like the Volcano as much because of all the sauces. It had too much sauce for me. Towards the end, it got harder to eat because everything was drenched in mayo/dressing. Aside from that, the ingredients themselves were fresh and high quality and the amount of food was plentiful. I chose fumi furikake, nori furikake, and crispy onion as the garnishes for this one. Service was terrific. We were greeted with a smile by Sang (nice guy) and he prepared our bowls for us. Not only did the bowls taste yummy, but their presentation was beautiful too. Sang gave me a Circle Poke loyalty card (most of these poke places offer loyalty cards). If you buy 10 bowls of poke, you get 1 small bowl ($8.95 value) free. I look forward to returning.

I've ordered from here 3 times within one week. That goes to show you how much I love this place. I order the large bowl with crawfish, shrimp, spicy tuna, salmon, avocado, spicy wasabi, crunchy tempura with brown rice. Yum! I order from ubereats and never dine in so I can't speak much on the service, but the food is exceptional. This should be on your must try list. I'll be ordering again soon.

    Jing L.

Very fresh, I really like this place. We have repeatedly ordered from them for poke last 5-6x. Surprisingly I've actually never stepped foot in the restaurant itself since Ubereats was so easy. Normally I get the build your own. The amount of food you get is worth the money!

    Small Poke Bowl

This was pretty good! I wished the tuna was more fresh but I just arrived from the West coast and realize my standards for poke in Atlanta may be unreasonable. Either way they were nice and the food was well-made.

    Cassie H.

The bowls were efficiently and cleanly made. The fish tastes pretty fresh, and the price is not too bad for Atlanta poke. The portion is reasonable as well! You can't sit inside now, but hopefully it will open up back soon. They also have cards to collect stamps, and if you collect a certain amount, you can get a discount or free bowl!

I like the options here better for the most part, I feel as though it's better quality. The only thing I wouldn't order again is probably the Kiss of Juju roll. I don't know. Maybe I should try again... but the strawberries were sour, and I couldn't taste anything besides the sour strawberry and creamy avocado then with the addition of soy sauce after trying to find a good balance, I found the roll confusing. Any of the ramen choices are fine, it's good enough, but I would personally go elsewhere if I was craving ramen in Midtown.

I went on a Friday morning, and the restaurant was moderately busy there were spaces open, however, it was still active, and there were a few full tables and people having conversations. They had anime and various other things playing on the televisions throughout. I went in for simply a pastry and specifically to try out the apple pie Matcha. I will say it did not disappoint. One thing I always love when I'm getting a Matcha is stellar presentation and it met that. With the piping of the cinnamon cold cold foam, to the apple crisp and caramel on top, it looked beautiful, and I was happy to enjoy it! This had a great balance between the whole milk, and the amount of Matcha you can see it is a nice dark green color It also wasn't too sweet, and I felt I was getting apple pie from the drink through the hint of spices in there, along with the garnish. I was able to secure a table against the wall for two by myself to take a quick snapshot of my tray and try out my drink before leaving. I also got a caramelized onion croissant with Gruyère cheese. These were both strong flavors, that worked well together. I do wish I could've gotten heated, but maybe that's something you have to do upon request. Overall, I can't wait to go back and try some of the other items, and dine at the restaurant in the future, looking forward to the next seasonal drink! ** be sure to park in the lot next-door, to have it validated inside!**

We walked into a modern, energetic space that feels approachable whether you are stopping in for a casual lunch or settling in for dinner. The atmosphere is polished without being overly formal, with a layout that works well for both quick meals and longer visits. The energy in the room stays lively, but the service keeps things moving smoothly enough that you never feel rushed. The signature ramen and Dark Knight ramen are among the restaurant's most talked-about dishes, both built around rich broths and deeply savory flavors. We tried the signature bowl and found the broth well balanced, with a depth that comes from proper technique and quality ingredients. The Dark Knight brought a more intense profile, with layers of flavor that built with each spoonful. The lobster ramen and wagyu ramen add a more indulgent twist, while the Dirty Vegan ramen has developed a following of its own thanks to its creamy broth and unique spinach noodles. The variety across the menu means you can explore different styles across multiple visits without feeling like you are repeating the same order. Part of what makes E Ramen stand out is its ability to cater to different preferences without making anyone feel like an afterthought. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diners will find several options designed specifically for them rather than simple menu modifications. The service tends to match the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and willing to guide you through the different options without being pushy. The pacing of the meal was comfortable, and the team checked in at the right moments to make sure everything was to our liking. Rather than relying on a single signature dish, E Ramen succeeds because of its range.
