We visited on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, and to my surprise, it was very quiet. That turned out to be a bonus since parking in this area can be a challenge. There are a limited number of free parking spaces, but there's also a parking garage conveniently located right next to the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Since there were only about three occupied tables, we had our pick of seating. The menu is accessed through a QR code, but I appreciated that they also provide a tablet for guests who prefer not to (or can't) use their phones. The service was excellent. Our server took the time to explain the menu, answer questions, and clarify which substitutions were available. Hands down, the best gyoza I've had in Georgia. The wrappers were perfectly crisp with a juicy, flavorful filling that disappeared far too quickly. I ordered the Hot Miso Ramen, and it arrived looking just as incredible as it tasted. My only critique is this restaurant does not serve Udon noodles which was a slight bummer for me as I love fresh Udon in my ramen when I'm paying the price. My 3 time at E Ramen. This place does not disappoint. I came right before happy hour and sat at the bar. I was immediately greeted and given water. It was pretty quiet for a Wednesday but I came right before happy our started. Chris, the bartender, came in after I placed my order. He remember me from my last visit and got some of the sweet chili sauce he recommended last time for my fried edamame. I didn't plan on having a drink but he let me know that it was happy hour and after a quick rundown i settled on the "Forever Always". I'm a big Old Fashioned drinker and their play on this classic using an añejo tequila was a great choice. The food was a great as it was my last two visits. The food was good, but not memorable for what we got. Both of our Raman dishes were a bit on the salty side. I forgot to ask, but I fear they may be using MSG. I had the tonkatsu bowl and it was a explosively flavorful bowl. the rice is coated with sauce so every bite is filled with flavor. A sweet sauce, one that reminds me of takoyaki, coats the tonkatsu and is wonderful against the crunch and meetings of the katsu. I also had the pleasure of trying two ramens, the Dark Horse and E signature ramen. The Dark Horse has a deep roasted garlic taste that is soaked into the pork and noodles so that every bite will be infused with flavor. The E signature ramen is definitely the show stealer here. It's complex plating and beautifully arranged ingredients taste just as good as it looks. I believe it is based on the classic tonkatsu broth woth a umami blasted twist. the soup is slightly spiced, but more on the rich side with the pork broth and pork belly adding a savory taste. the egg adds a nice creamy taste to the soup or you can eat it as is. The scallions that adorn the soup add a nice refreshing and sharp taste to accent the broth. The servers were very kind, and actually added a light cheerful aura to our brunch. Because it's a modern design, the entire interior is concrete -- meaning it was very loud and echoey. Our server Novi was very nice and offered great service! My boyfriend and i shared the takoyaki which was REALLY good. highly recommend because of the sauce and big octopus chunks. the ramen on the other hand was a let down and the biggest reason for the 2 star; we ordered the miso hot and the signature. Nothing very flavorful or standout about them. in fact, the signature ramen was the more bland than the miso, and tasted mostly of salt with little richness of a usual tonkotsu broth. the miso had a little more flavor but still not our favorite. tldr: the restaurant itself is fine, just little loud. good service and even better takoyaki, but the ramen was a letdown. read more

Since my friend has celiac disease, we were happy to fall across this place as apart of a long list of GF places in the Atlanta area. There is a large shared parking garage that is also for patients and visitors at a nearby facility. Prices were reasonable and are charged by the hour as opposed to a fixed rate. For drinks I tried for their "seal the deal" which was refreshing and slightly sweet. It was in a very small glass so would definitely need at least a few of them if I was looking to feel any effects of the alcohol. I tried their E Signature ramen which I was worried was going to taste too creamy/salty as I have yet to find a decent ramen spot since moving here last year. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy the flavor and not too thick consistent broth with a well soy-marinated soft boiled egg. The pork belly pieces were also tasty and overall, was a good bowl of ramen. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The ambience was simple and eclectic. Staff were attentive and efficient. After work, we were craving some ramen and decided to stop by at E Ramen+ since it was nearby. The restaurant is smaller with minimal decor and provides a comfortable and more intimate experience. We were seated upon arrival since there was not a wait and plenty of seating inside. All of the employees were welcoming as well. I started off with the It's a Wrap (Chicken) which is like a chicken wrap with a hint of "asian" flavoring from the chashu. I surprisingly liked the Fried Edamame more than I thought! I've never had fried edamame before and this was a great first experience. The truffle oil and Japanese chili seasoning was a great touch. For ramen, I opted for the Amaze-men which is broth-less and came with ground pork and pork belly. It was absolutely delicious and each bite had the right amount of flavoring. We had the Green Tea Cheesecake and Mochi Ice Cream to end our journey here and were fully satiated. We visited on a Friday evening and it was fairly busy but we got seated right away. It's a lively atmosphere with a full bar and sleek, modern decor. However, we could barely hear our server which made ordering a bit tough. I've passed this restaurant a ton of times without giving it thought until I happened to google "gluten free ramen near me" and stumbled upon the option. The hubs is GF so I'm always grateful to places that have the option. Food arrived fairly quickly. The GF chicken karagge was in bite sized nuggets - crispy and flavorful. We ordered the E+ Signature ramen and the Mamas Chicken ramen. The broths were both very flavorful, and the pork tonkatsu broth had a rich, milky appearance that's spot on. We got both with GF noodles - and frankly, I'd recommend trying a different vendor... the brown rice ramen at Costco for example... these noodles fell really short on texture and flavor. What really shocked me was the $6 SIX DOLLAR upcharge for each serving of such as a "replacement" - when that's the price for an extra side of noodles. We're accustomed to paying an upcharge but that's insanely steep and not transparent on the menu. All in all, the broths were good and others seemed to enjoy their meals. Perhaps I'll try it with regular noodles one day... give it a try if you've cycled through some of the other ramen spots in town. read more
