She was assured that it did not. After taking a few bites, she immediately tasted peanuts in the sauce and stopped eating. She returned to the counter to report the issue, but the staff dismissed her concern, saying they were too busy to do anything. There was no apology, no replacement meal, and no concern for her safety. She ended up buying dinner from Chick-fil-A instead. Food allergies can be life-threatening. Giving incorrect allergen information and then ignoring a customer's concern is unacceptable. I hope Poke Burri improves its food allergy training and customer service so this doesn't happen to someone else.
