The poke here is incredibly fresh! I stopped by to satisfy a craving and built my own bowl with salmon and tuna. They offer a great variety of bases, and I opted for the salad base, which was crisp and refreshing. There are so many toppings to choose from, but the seaweed salad and the imitation crab salad were definitely my favorites. I went here for a quick dinner one night before going out to a nearby concert. The first thing is that there is no parking. You can find paid street parking ($2 per hour) in front if you're lucky. There's a garage in the back but it's apparently not for this place and there's booting signs all over so park there at your own risk. I chose the make my own bowl option. I was able to get half grains, half salad as my base and then two proteins for $15.50. My bowl was delicious and I enjoyed being able to pick out what I wanted in the bowl but there was barely any sushi in there. I ate my bowl and was still hungry after unfortunately. There is plenty of space to sit and eat, which is where we saw that they are bribing people with a free drink for a 5-star review on Google. I wouldn't trust the Google rating for this reason. This seems wrong and deceives people on the true ratings. On top of that, the person working did not seem like they wanted to be there and also got easily annoyed at me for trying to understand how each part of creating the bowl worked. Mind you, there was literally no one else inside the store so it's not like I was even holding up a line. Horrible customer service. Had a guy breathing very closely over my bowl and he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then after asking for an extra scoop of edamame was charged an additional 3.25. We got takeout. First of all the employee was delightful to my boyfriend over the phone despite how late we ordered which made him very happy, thank you for this! Pretty much just your average poke. The serrano peppers were CRAZY spicy as a heads up, which is a plus for me. Was originally going to give four stars just because I ordered a large bowl, and I usually order a medium at poke places, and the quantity seemed wayy smaller than even that. Definitely not the Pokeworks. Customer Service wasn't kind or inviting. She was making my order and an online order at the same time that came after she started my order and kept mixing things up. Parking is particularly tough in this area since it is paid street parking only. Plus there are already a limited amount of spots depending on the time you go. I came during an off time a few hours before they closed so I was lucky and found the place almost empty. I got their salmon and tuna poke bowl with as many mixings that weren't an extra charge. Freshness and quality wise, it is nothing to write home about. I didn't find any of the flavors to stand out and of course, portions are small. Staff were nice and the place seemed to be clean from the brief amount of time I spent in there. Not sure if it is a place I would regularly visit but it does seem like a casual spot to hangout if you are walking in the area. read more

Always on a hunt for good Poke, and I believe this new location of this franchise just opened here in Midtown. There's some street parking but I always suggest parking at the free Publix lot or the lot directly across from it. They're currently offering a lot of good deals since they're just opening up. For example, 20% off when you sign up as a reward member for the first time. They also handed me a slip for $5 off when in store. One thing that isn't my favorite about these Poke chains is how skimpy they are with their meat! I'm ordering a large bowl--there should be no reason why I'm out of meat two bites in! Otherwise, pretty fresh ingredients. They have plenty of already-made bowls but I opted to build my own. A large bowl was about $18 but went down with my 20% off code to about $15. Average price for poke, but I do wish they'd give out more meat for the price. Overall, I do think I'd come back and try some of their pre-made bowls. Nice ambiance and plenty of seating for a casual lunch moment. read more

One of the worst experiences in my life at this place. I came in with my family of 4 spent over $100 on food. We waited for over an hour while the employee served over 20 ppl while we waited. When asked what was the wait he said he was the only person working and hadn't even began to make our food. I kindly asked for a refund only for him to tell me he couldn't do refunds. He called the owner Vicky who was very rude and screamed at him on the phone and said she would be back in a couple of days to do the refund (cause she doesn't trust her employees to give refunds) when asked for a copy of documentation for refund he proceeded to not know how and stated only Vicky could do this. I told him I was not leaving without my refund or confirmation of my refund. So they called the building security. Who stated I was in the right and deserved my refund or some sort of documentation of a refund. The employee escalated this to Atlanta Police who arrived and we tried to contact Vicky who stopped answering the phone for us and the Atlanta Police Department. We had to escalate things further to call the Sergeant. Who gave us a a case number for a Civil Case that has been filed against this incompetent establishment. My children and wife had to see all of this just because we couldn't get our food that we paid for in a timely manner and was denied a refund or confirmation of a refund. Happy to have another food option in my neighborhood! Great variety on proteins and mix ins. Pretty typical poke prices, especially for pre built bowls - which are the best value. Have had multiple bowls since they opened. They are inconsistent with meat servings and mix ins so that's been weird. And while I love kale noodles and avocado, it's too much to add both. Staff is always friendly. Place is clean. Plenty of free parking in Publix deck (keep your receipt just in case...they do boot in that lot). Looking forward to many more bowls! read more

I'm extremely impressed with the amount of protein they give. They do not skimp out here! Even for an uber eats order, my bowl was overflowing with high quality tuna. Some places give the tiniest scoops and charge even more. This place will give you the most bang for your buck for sure. read more
