Look at Audrey's 5/13/16 horrible review and I have to concur and add that they even sent a CEASE and DESIST letter written by their attorney due to my very frank review of events that happened. Frank got the money from us and would not return calls after being paid. They created more of a disaster by missing the mold under our tub and not sealing off the mold basement air from our bathroom as they shared a wall opening. Stay away! Another mold inspection company discovered this and the 2nd mold remediation company confirmed. We lost thousands of dollars and they had the nerve to try and sue us. read more

Worst company ever, pls. stay away from these sharks!!! Chris (son) and Frank Colbert are professional crooks who are greedy and take advantage of home owners. I had a minor water leak issue in my bathroom, a contractor referred me to them , Chris showed up and did not even asked me nor checked my home insurance coverage and started performing a MASSIVE $3500 MAJOR WATER RESTORATION DAMAGE CONTROL that includes installing multiple dehumidifiers and fans and running them overnight for a few days. It was RIDICULOUS!!!! My family tried stopping them before everything was all installed as we did not know what the expenses would be, they did not quote anything nor gave you much chances to get estimates from somewhere else and just said we had to evacuate quickly. IT WAS A MINOR WATER LEAK, NO MOLD WAS EVEN DETECTED!!!! They even threatened to put a lien on your property if you don't cooperate to pay up right after what they did, it was a major JOKE, stay away from these greedy crooks who just think they owe you BIG BUCKS the minute they show up at your property!!!!!! We don't recommend this company. We had a very bad experience. They came in, tore out flooring and drywall, plugged in a machine, and left! Piled furniture and other things in a corner without any regard for its protection. Basically told us they didn't have any time to return to fix the drywall. They don't think they have any responsiblity to return and put furniture back or fix anything they ripped out, but they want their money. Threatened to put a lien against the property, instead of working with us. We didn't even hire this firm - the plumbing contractor called them in!!! Never again!! We had never had an experience like this before, and we certainly learned a lot from this very bad experience. read more

You hope you never need a Water Restoration Company but when you do I would highly recommend you call Circle Vision. We had some bacteria problems from a blockage in our main sewer line. Chris came out to assess the situation. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. Circle Vision took care of every detail in an extremely professional fashion. From coming out on a Sunday morning, taking care of the problem and working with plumbers and insurance companies, Chris did it all. Chris ended up being my go to guy whenever I had any questions about anything having to do with the project. He was always there to help in every aspect of my situation.
