Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. These kids were wearing backpacks on a Saturday, which seems suspicious to me in a mall. This last month has been filled with violence from kids in large unsupervised groups and I did not appreciate that the mall, which has high end stores with over the top prices, allows children of all ages to wander around for house, buying nothing. So, I was so excited when I noticed that they were open when my mother and I attended the Paseo Arts Festival. When we walked in we were not greeted, but it was a busy day so I let that slide. As we walked around the store the employees hovered, but never made eye contact to say hello. I saw so many things that I thought my clients would like so I just ignored the bad customer service until I noticed that they spoke to several other people in the store, but never said a word to me or my mom. Just like their pictures do not represent an inclusive environment we did not feel welcomed. I put back the clothes I planned to buy and asked my mom to do the same. With all that is going on in the economy no one in the retail arena should ever give bad customer service that will cost them to lose out of sales. Now I will not shop here for myself or for others.
