Hours are kind of bad though - closes super early on Saturday, which is presumably when most people are running errands at Pacific Commons. Given her position as assistant manager, I believe it would be appropriate for her to receive not only guidance from the manager but also a formal written notice in her record to serve as a reminder for her and as a standard for professional behavior. I mostly used this account for bill pay as I had a monthly 401 distribution going there. A couple of months ago I paid a bill and when the receiver said they didn't receive it I argued that it had cleared my bank. When after waiting a bit to see if it was their mistake (it wasn't), I called Fremont bank and the rep said they would stop payment on that check and issue another one. When I got billed a $29.50 late fee from my HOA I called FB again and asked that they reimburse me for that fee. The manager's stand was they deduct the $$ from my acct when they SEND the check. I argued that it should NOT be deducted from my acct until the check clears. He refused to reimburse me and said he would have the branch where I opened the account review it and call me. I never received a call and I honestly can't believe their way of paying bills and how they handled this. Good riddance Fremont Bank!
