I had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch today. I came in to get statements…read moreand information for my closed business accounts. Instead of trying to help, the banker I spoke with was dismissive, had an attitude, and told me to come back another day simply because I didn't know the exact date I opened my account--which is exactly why I came to the branch for assistance. What made it more frustrating was that another employee, Astrid, was able to help me almost immediately. She scheduled an appointment, gave me my account numbers, and provided the branch manager's contact information. That showed my request could have been handled from the beginning. I want to thank Astrid for being professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my interaction with the other banker left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. I hope Wells Fargo addresses how customers are treated because no one should feel like they're being brushed off when they're simply asking for help.

I never really need to go up to the teller but there always seems to be a big line with only a few workers at the front so this may pose an issue if you are in a rush. The ATMS inside are pretty nice. The outside ones are a little rougher looking but get the job done. There usually is people outside so that has never been a concern for me but I can see if there is no one there how it can be a little worrisome to do transactions outside. The biggest issue here is parking. The parking lot is a decent size but people from around the neighborhood seems to park here which can cause there to be less parking at busy times. Then there is the issue of people parking their car in the red to use the ATM. If there is traffic on the other side waiting for the light this just causes a backup and people will usually honk until they decide to move. Its always an issue at tis location. Its a decent location but with all the traffic and issues with parking if I can avoid having to get down then ill wait until I can get to another location.

Parking is a bit difficult because the spots are tighy and the lane is one way. If you miss a spot you have to drive all the way around again. I've only gone a couple of times and each time I have gone we were approached by people asking for money.
