The office is on the 2nd floor of a building with multiple offices. You can take the stairs or there is also an elevator. The seating area is decent sized with some chairs and a water cooler. Their hours are are posted and they do not have regular office hours though the times stay the same every week. Easy enough to get an appointment though.
