No American is being paid to protect your assets in the security department in Philippines. First Security Team Member would not answer my question of which country I was speaking with. I had to escalate to a supervisor to have my yes or no question answered. I just read a review on Facebook that they were sad they were contacting Chicago. I would have been ok with an American employed in the states protecting my assets. I am not so happy with job outsourced to a lower paying country by a "Trusted Bank." The branch employees are great. I spoke with customer service excellent but I wondered if he knew he was transferring me out of the USA. We have homeless and job less Vets that these jobs should go to. We have Philippino Americans that need a job in the United States too. The security of this nation is questionable at best right now. I am going to look for another bank. Ive used a teller to handle either deposits that I did not want to put through an ATM or some other transaction like a bank check. The tellers have always been outgoing, friendly and efficient. Its worth noting that the customer service by this branch's staff is exceptional. On one notable occasion I had to get a sizable bank check and the teller was fairly new and still training. Unbeknownst to me they had given me the check without a signature on it. I left the bank and had already driven away when the bank manager called my cell to ask me to return and get the check signed. They were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. The way in which they handled it actually left me with a positive impression that overshadowed the inconvenience of the original mistake. This location is on main street in downtown Nashua. Parking is either metered street parking or the city garage. ATM is the "enhanced" kind that does not require envelopes for deposits. If youre in the area looking at banking options, I recommend NBT. They are a little bigger than a local but smaller than the mega giants.

I can go buy snacks from a city gas station 3-6 hours from my home address without a flag, but cannot go down the street from my house to purchase a firearm without a full decline. So much for ammendment rights. But someone could run off with it in providence RI and buy an entire gas station. Here in NYC I made a booking with the card, went to the hotel with the card that was already charged up front partially by the booking and it gets flagged. After waiting an hour on the phone I get to go through the account verification twice that's also in ear shot of everyone so that's secure, only to discover there is A daily 15 transaction limit on any purchase you do is which is ridiculous, especially when hopping from train to train. Their staff tho kind are super limited. what's funny is as a plumber I'm expected to be on call in an emergency 24/7. st Mary's claims this but when I needed to get home via the train my account got flagged on a Saturday and no one could answer their automated emergency phone system.
