I lived in this community for 1 year, and recently moved out. Pros: 1. Maintenance is usually on time and very helpful 2. Parking isn't an issue, it's usually pretty easy to find spots. Cons: 1. Expect a major, major struggle to receive your deposit back. When I moved out, I was charged $750 for liquid damage underneath the carpet. While we did have pets during our lease here, they have never had an accident on the carpet - I would have known (and likely would not be writing this review!), and there would be some visible damage to the carpet if so, even if we cleaned it up. There would be no way to fix this damage before moving out without ripping back the carpet ourselves, the carpet wasn't new when we moved in, and property management is clearly taking advantage of us in this situation. Management would not rip back carpet unless they were already going to replace it for the next tenant. Additionally, $750 is an outrageous fee for patches UNDER the carpet with liquid damage. I have been contacting the office for two weeks to try to talk to someone about this but associates keep telling me they'll get their manager to help me out - and the manager never does. It took an angry phone call today where I stopped being professional and nice for someone to listen and actually make an appointment. It may take legal action to get my money back here, since staff is not prioritizing my concern. 2. The leasing office is incredibly hard to call / contact. Most times, when I try to call, no one picks up and I am left with a patronizing "Sorry, we missed your call" note with no way to leave a message. 3. The gates do not close, ever. Safety is a major concern - why does this community have gates if they are never in use? The leasing team answers this question by saying "technically, we are not a gated community." 4. My car was dented while it was parked in a spot and the leasing office team was not helpful at all - the associate I spoke with said that he didn't know where the cameras were located on the property. This should be basic knowledge for staff. 5. Maintenance on random amenities during peak months. During the summer of 2025, the pool near my unit was under maintenance for maybe 1-2 months. Why perform long-term maintenance on the pool during the hot summer months? 6. It is really dusty in this area. I had to wash my car way more often while living here than in my new place or in any prior apartments. 7. (About the renovated apartments) - the building materials they use are incredibly cheap. The shower tile / glaze they use gave me cuts in my hands while trying to clean it because it would flake off so easily. The counters chipped with regular use. The dishwasher in our unit was falling out of place. When we moved in, the dryer vent wasn't even connected to the outside, leaving our apartment humid and uncomfortable every time we ran the dryer. Maintenance did fix this. I would not recommend renting with Citrine Hills. Management staff can be nice and polite, but when it comes to the things that matter about an apartment, this property missed the mark for me on almost all fronts. I am so glad to be out of here. read more

I've lived here since July 2024 and recently had my car broken into inside the community parking area. About $1,500 worth of personal items were stolen. When we moved in, we were told the entry gates were being repaired. However, the gates have never worked the entire time we've lived here. The property has gate systems and residents are given access devices, but the gates remain open and non-operational. Because of that, the community effectively has no controlled access, and crime in the parking areas seems to be an ongoing concern. It's frustrating when a complex installs security features but never maintains them. I understand crime can happen anywhere, but it's hard not to feel that safety isn't being prioritized when basic things like entry gates remain broken for months. Future renters should be aware of this before deciding to move here. read more

I've lived in this apartment community and unfortunately my experience has not been positive. While the units themselves are average, the biggest concern has been safety and security on the property. There have been repeated incidents of theft in the parking lot, including multiple break-ins. At this point, my partner's company truck has been broken into three separate times, resulting in approximately $5,000-$6,000 worth of tools stolen. The most recent break in just occurred as well last Friday May 1st. When reporting these issues, I spoke directly with someone from the leasing office. I was told they couldn't do anything about it. During the conversation, I was repeatedly interrupted and not given a chance to fully explain what was happening, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, I am still stuck here for another year until my lease is up, which makes the ongoing safety concerns even more frustrating. Overall, the lack of security and response to ongoing theft issues has made it very difficult to feel safe living here. I strongly encourage the property to take resident safety more seriously, especially in parking areas. read more

I lived at this apartment complex from 2023-2025. It's a nice place. Smells like cow poop almost every morning. They said that there are plenty of unassigned parking for a second car so they don't offer a second assigned parking. Even when I offered to make additional payments monthly for a second assigned parking. I work late and get home at 10pm a lot of times and by this time, there is no available unassigned parking. I end up parking 10-15 minutes away from my apartment units.... Then when I moved out, I got charged $1,310 to clean the carpet, resurface the showers, and repaint the walls... their security deposit is $825. On top of this, seems after I moved out, they sent what I owe to a collection agency that only gave me 30 days to pay it off... I would not recommend living here. read more

Everytime you walk outside you walking into a spider web. The complex is infested with spiders and they do not do anything about it. They have old window seals. Dirty and all kinds different outside insects are able to come inside the home even with the windows closed and locked. They will bait and switch you those upgraded apartment looks nothing like the modeled one. The management do not care about anything. My children is traumatized by how many time they have woken up to a big black spider on their ceiling looking down on them. All citrine hills care about is money nothing more. We moved in here almost 2 years ago and were finally able to move out recently! At the time we moved in, the rent was cheap and the location was perfect for us. First red flag was that the 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit they show you is actually larger than the actual 2/2 unit you will get. I recommend bringing a tape measure on your tour and ask to see the unit you are going to move into BEFORE you sign a lease (if you still choose to after reading their well-deserved, terrible reviews.) They should have no problem showing you a unit because they always have tons open, they are not really flipping the units is such a time crunch where they can't get you in beforehand. Even the unit above us has been vacant for the last year and a half, but maybe that was because of the roach infestation up there? (source: neighbors who moved in that unit and immediately right back out) Thankfully we didn't have to deal with the sounds of upstairs neighbors for long because it sounded like there was zero insulation/sound proofing in between the up/downstairs units because I would hear conversations, cabinets closing, water running, and every single footstep from the upstairs neighbors we did have for a few months. Throughout our time living here, we were constantly calling maintenance for electrical issues, issues with the HVAC, air circulation, and other things that shouldn't be an issue for a new resident. The issue with air circulation was never resolved, so we could only really feel the A/C in the living room, the rooms were always hot and stuffy. Both bathrooms have zero windows and the fans rarely worked so not only was it constantly hot and stuffy, you can see mold growing in the vent underneath the bathroom fan. On top of there only being 2 windows in the whole apartment, plus one patio door screen, the apartment was always so dark and stuffy and I wish I had noticed this prior to moving in. A huge problem here was even get the leasing office to answer the phone, don't even bother with a message because you will not be contacted. Most times, I walked into the office to let them know what needed to be done and always received an attitude from the sassy man or couldn't-be-bothered leasing agents. After many back-to-back maintenance visits, they finally figured out that our entire breaker box had to be replaced and claimed this was a "common issue" they had been experiencing in their units lately. My only positive thing to say throughout all these maintenance issues is that the maintenance staff was usually prompt and polite, unlike the entirety of the leasing staff. Another time, the unit above us flooded and they had to tear open our ceiling and have de-humidifiers all over our apartment for days, meanwhile the process of repairing the ceiling an everything else took over a week, where I chose to be home due to not willing to leave 3rd party contractors unattended in our home. When I asked the manager at the time, Janae, about any type of compensation due to inconvenience and lost time of work hours, she was not apologetic and did not offer anything. If you've never had to live/sleep/live around de-humidifiers, consider yourself very lucky because it is miserable! The icing on the cake was the absolute unprofessionalism when it came time to move out. We signed a 60 day notice alongside a roommate, and the manager CANCELLED it unbeknownst to us two, of three roommates. We then agreed to sign a roommate release for us, where we would move out and the roommate was staying, and upon move out, one of us was still not removed from the lease. So now, after having been moved out for a full month, I have contacted them to figure out why both of us were not taken off the lease when we signed agreements. Maybe I wouldn't have left a review and just left this place in the past, but after today where I called 6 times with no answer and then and being put on hold for 10 minutes, I had the time to write this review. Long story short, avoid this place at all cost. And for the prices they are charging in rent now, you can live somewhere so much nicer and literally anywhere else, good luck out there. read more

Well, first of all, it's not a gated community anybody can come in and out any time. Parking spots are at a minimum even though you pay $60 for an extra pass you could never find a place to park.. trash is always piled up and half of the dumpster areas do not have dumpsters in them for you to throw trash away. Pets are allowed, but not everybody takes care of their animals. I see feces and the smell of urine all over and around our apartment complex.. There is no security whenever our neighbors had their truck broken into three times and I have not yet to see our security guard anywhere in sight. The first week that I moved in, we had a pipe burst and they had to come in and they put big gaping holes in my hallway and in the bathroom. Now let me talk about the pool and spa or lack there of ever since I moved there in January the only two spas they have they rarely work and when they do, there's not enough water in them to keep it circulated and you're lucky if you go to one and it's clean. The gym here is OK if you're doing basic stuff but it's not the best.. if you're looking to live in a more upscale apartment complex, this is not the one for you. You will hate it here and be locked into a lease just like me.. read more

If you are like me, you may have over looked the low rating for this apartment complex. I urge you... do not. I won't go into the lunacy that occured while living there (and there was plenty. I want to bring attention to how things ended. I am easy to please, don't cause trouble, and get along well in most situations. When my rent was raised by $200. and after getting no response to inquiring about it, I decided to move out. Upon signing paperwork indicating I would be moving out, all of a sudden the mgmt scurried to come up with options. Too late. We'd signed a lease elsewhere. But I didn't mind the last attempt. That wasn't the problem. What is, is this. The rent drop at the office was blocked. Meaning I couldn't drop the final payment in the box. So I left it and the keys in the apartment we'd vacated (and left immaculately cleaned) and notified them via email that I had done so. Since they were responsive in the office when signing the paperwork, I anticipated a response. Nope. Nothing at all. I called. No response. I emailed. No response. Lo and behold. I'm approached by 'Resident Advocate' (equally shady). They wanted me to 'settle up' on my final rent. You know, the rent that was left with the keys in the apartment. You know the rent, keys, apartment, emails, calls that are all of a sudden being ignored? So I respond and notify them of all stated above, and provide them with proof of such. Well... guess what. Nothing. They 'wanted to help work out the situation' but refuse to respond to my emails (I want written proof of all correspondence with them). So - regardless of how kind they are in the beginning... in the end they... Citrine Hills, Waterton and Resident Advocate conduct business atrociously. Beware. read more

Citrine Hills was previously "Terraccina Apartments" due to the recent name change. Please consider a few things before moving here, I might update this review if I see any changes being implemented at this complex. SECURITY The gates have been broken and have been open 24/7, allowing anyone to come into the complex. This a serious problem.. I've lived here for years and recently been stalked or approached by men who don't live here. Sometimes you'll see people wonder around the complex or groups of teenagers messing around or disrupt the gym/pool areas. The gates have been broken for years with no sign of it being fixed. There's also a Childrens playground here, I wouldn't feel safe letting my kids out to play when there's a lack of security here. GYM & AMENITIES Hardly any gym equipment works or it's been stolen/broken throughout the years. I've seen people get harassed at the gyms here by people who don't live here and seen tweakers disrespecting people & the equipment...Your better off joining a Planet Fitness or something. I wish there was a type of key or security code to feel "safe" being at the gym. As for the pools, they usually seem clean but other times it hasn't been well kept - also note I've seen the ducks swim in the pools which is gross ( due to the fact that the river beds the ducks swim here at look very swampy, ... years ago the water was well kept and was blue). NEIGHBORS We NEVER had issues with neighbors in the last 6 years until the last couple of years. There's been an increase of domestic violence here, a lot of yelling and almost no consideration for keeping noise levels down. A lot of sketchy people live here and there aren't many friendly people here. There's been a few times I heard door banging from the complex over at 3am... I don't think it's a nice place to live for anyone, especially if you have a newborn. RENT Yes rent is kinda pricey here, but from all the money they receive, how is it being spent? Why has it been years of no improvement to our security? Why would you start a family here? I don't feel safe here and there's a ton of upset residents who feel the same way too. If you had the chance to read any of the previous reviews on the "Terraccina Apts Yelp page" before it was deleted, most of the reviews were true and people aren't over exaggerating. I've sent my complaints to the office numerous times but nothing seems to get resolved over the course of years being here. Hoping to move out soon and HOPEFULLY see some improvements here for the time being. read more

The worst place to RENT. Let's start with the front office chicks. They don't answer any calls. They are ALL Rude! They all need to be replaced. Paying 2,500 for 2 bedroom plus trash. Water and who knows what other bull crap they add to our rent. Not to mention my water heater went out and not able to use hot water for a whole week they had me & my little ones wait until they get someone's approval from some manager for a replacement. The building is nice but it comes with a lot of safety problems the gate is always broken there's a lot of people stealing and breaking into cars but I'm not willing to pay all this money just to have my car broken into and my packages stolen. Maintenence takes a long time to fix anything. The game room doesn't have any air conditioning. There's random people in and out of the pool I have no clue who lives here and who doesn't. "Luxury" apartments is a complete joke. They paint this picture for you and sell you an apartment while looking past your major concerns and needs. I feel like a blindfold has been pulled over my eyes. Weed smokers all throughout the complex with kids hot boxing laundry rooms and they don't do anything about it other than post notices on everyone's doors. The complex is filled with insects and poisonous spiders yet they take $5 for bug spray maintenance. Empty ponds have been empty for years, don't believe what they say about filling them "this summer" while the ones that are filled (accept for the front one of course) is filled with gunk. The empty and exposed pipes still there. Be prepared to smell and see a lot of murky contaminated water and DEAD DUCKS. They also claim someone is harming the ducks and cats that live here. The inside of the apartment has paper thin ceilings and walls so if you're on the bottom floor you better hope you get considerate neighbors. The insulation is so bad that when it rains water comes inside on my window seal. The finishing of this apartment are just patched up and painted over. I have lived in apartment buildings my whole life, not once have I regretted a decision more in my life. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Unless you're a weed smoker who doesn't care about your money going towards a lie where you're taken advantage of then this is the place for you. I was told they don't want to pay for a plumber to run a camera down there to see what's wrong so I guess they will just let me keep dealing with the same issues every 3-4 months. I called the plumber at 8:27am it is now 10:15am told him it was running over again and no one has come by yet. I can't afford to move and they just went up on my rent and I have to keep dealing with this? Can anyone tell me who I can report them to. zero stars if it didn't require at least one! This place is the furthest neighborhood from safe! I lived here back in 2015 on the Archibald side and I swear they were so much safer then. Anyways, I moved here in May 2023 and here was my experience. Within 2 weeks we realized there were squatters living in the apartment across from ours! I would see this kid in a black hoodie at 7am when I left for work and again standing at the bottom of my stairs at 6pm when I got home from work! One Sunday, I noticed the apartment door across from ours was open.... I figured maybe the tenants were bringing in groceries, so I let it go. Well, we came back 3 hours later, and the door was STILL open! I told my boyfriend and when he went to knock no one answered, so he looked inside and said the place was trashed! Like trashed to the point where abuse was going on in that place. I emailed the office letting them know and they said they would look into it, but of course didn't. Well, about 2 weeks later I talk to my neighbor asking her if she noticed anything, and sure enough she noticed the same guy with a hoodie I had seen many times. So, I told my boyfriend what she said, and he was so upset he went into the office and told one of the employees how unsafe we all felt. It wasn't until he went in that she walked with my boyfriend inside the apartment and noticed firewood in the middle of the living room, food in the fridge and a thrashed place that she decided to ask me to send in my report from everything I ever witnessed. Mind you I called the new security number, and the man told me there was nothing he could do because it was before work hours!!!!!! I told him so how am I supposed to walk to my car when I see these unsafe people around my apartment 24'7? He said the only thing he could do was let his manager know once they opened. Turns out they never even told the office what I called in about. I called in 3 different times, leaving voicemails asking for them to call me back and see if they could walk me to my car, but never got an answer. At 4 am there is always losers revving their engines, no respect for people sleeping at those hours! We ended up moving out before our lease was up, paying two rents because of how unsafe this place is. Our last month here we heard a loud bang around 4am as if someone was trying to kick in our door. Luckily, we had cameras, but by the time my boyfriend made it to the door they ran. There are a lot of sketchy people here, so I do recommend being very careful. There were many times I had my pepper spray ready to go and watched my back anytime I had to walk out the door alone. The employees were very rude when we were in the process of signing our lease, and I had to call every single time I sent our paperwork in. I will say, there seems to be a new lady working there that I saw a few times who is very pleasant and helpful, but the rest of the office is terrible and not responsive. I emailed my letter of termination 60 days in advance like asked and then it wasn't for two weeks that I got an email saying I was left a voicemail saying they needed TWO written termination emails. Of course, I never received a voicemail or a missed call-in regard to that, so when I asked the lady if she had proof of the call, she said no. By the time I received her email with the request it was two weeks past the 60-day period and nowhere on the lease does it state both parties need to write a letter. When I spoke with her on the phone, she said she needed to get our request approved since technically "we emailed in late" and I told her "Does that mean we have to pay extra days because I never received a call?" and she said, "yes, if we can't get it approved". Luckily, we were approved, but how are you going to blame us for something that was your mistake? Overall, it wasn't fun living in a place where you don't feel safe, and according to other reviews I wasn't the only one. I keep calling the leasing office and they do not answer and they never call back. Yes they are upgrading and making things look better but the customer service sucks. There is no communication with people in the office. They dont care. as soon as my lease is up Im out of here I do not wish to renew. I am ready to move out. This location is a horrible area to live in, especially if you have minors in your household. For starters, they claim to be a non-smoking area... Wrong! I got tired of letting them know that our unit smells bad of Marijuana (we don't even smoke in our household, we have health conditions) and they did nothing to resolve the issue. They just sent reminders to not smoke - once during this whole year. It is an ongoing crime area, it seems that every couple of days there are cars/motorcycles stolen/vandalized, garage break ins, non residents jumping over the apartment & rec areas. The "locked doors/gates" have been broken since before we moved in & throughout this whole year not even the attempt to fix. This makes all residents vulnerable to all the crime that is ongoing in this location. From what we hear, its been this way for many years since the management company changed and continued to change for the worst. The "security" is there to remove the residents from all areas after hours... But they're not there to keep a lookout in attempt to help minimize crime from being committed. Once a crime is committed, the location/office will not help in any way, shape, or form to possibly quickly identify or assist you with the trauma of getting your personal items stolen/vandalized. "It is what it is." Forget that they have cameras, they're of no use to anyone as they will not quickly review, they will say they'll try. They never return your call or follow up. They just let you know that you have to go thru a court order for review of any footage. They will not let you off the lease once it is over as they claim both parties have to be in their office to request to not renew your least, even when your lease is up and you've expressed that you want out. They disregard that people work for a living and we're working during their buisness hours, they're not willing to simplify the process. The pools are never clean, the restrooms are disgusting and never kept up, the floors of all walkways are disgusting, there is always something that needs maintenance fixing, the dog parks are always filled with waist. We've had a maintenance request never completed since a couple weeks from when we moved in. There's always been a loud beeping noise in our bedroom closet since we moved in. They say common "luxury" areas are open to their residents but are locked as they need fixing and when open, many things in the rooms don't work... this is truly insane. No, these are not luxury apartments. Hope to give you a real glimpse, before your here living in my situation. There's only several things wrong with this place. The main one was on 4/21/23. I just got home the night before around midnight and my neighbors upstairs always fight but more of the guy hitting the girl. I try to stay out of peoples business but this one went to far. I called the office and told them that there's been a domestic problem going on for awhile and they told me to call 911. I was pissed because these are not my apartments and I'm not the manager. This is an issue that's been going on since they moved in and nothing has been done. The apartments are not luxury they just have the luxury of having a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer included.My cabinets keep loosing up so I constantly have to tighten the screws. I might rent again but they need to lower the prices. It's way to expensive for this market read more

This place is disgusting!! It's infested with roaches, mold, spiders, and cats! Management is terrible and rude here! They take months to attempt to fix maintenance request and when they aren't able to fix the requests they forget about you and don't even have the courtesy to update you. They are quick to demand for their money each month but slow to address your demands. Place is too expensive for the quality of living here. Maintenance manager is a dick as well as all the office people. The owners need to clean out their staff because this business isn't doing well given all the poor reviews this place has received! If I can give this place -0 stars I would. It didn't let me continue unless I rated it... I don't even know where to start with this place ever since it was owned by Bridge and was under "Terracina Apartments". From the moment they moved us in this place was a disaster my apartment was not up to par and was filthy I had to clean everything before moving in all of my things. This was already a Red flag in its self... further more there were a lot of issues and I complained various times about the issues. Some were resolved some were just Bandaid up and "Fixed". We are now in 2023 and they are ran by a new management "Waterton" as if it wasn't already to sh%t it has become worst in my experience. Many people may stay quite about their situation but I have stood quite far too long... Im currently dealing with a leak and a mold in my apartment and they will not place me in a new unit. They tried to accommodate me with little to no help. It started on 1/18/23 morning I found my front door and bathroom area and part of my living room flooded. Turned out there was an internal leak due to the pipes I called maintenance @7 and no one came by until 8:30 or so. Forts person did absolutely nothing and said supervisor had to come he came and finally discovered that It was internally and either one of my walls or the unit upstairs walls had to be opened up to fix the issue. Well turns out the hole had to be done in my place..... just lovely. However we have to wait for the plumber... mind you whole time the water is flooding it was it until the plumber decided to show up at almost 5pm. Finally fixed the issues and left a hole in my wall to let it "dry" to prevent mold. But wait there is more come to find out that last year I had told them about a hole in the patio that was never fixed was causes issues tooZ this wall that's on the outside is the was that is located inside of my sons closet well since it's been raining the hole got moist and has now caused mold on the wall and my carpet. I'm just going to leave this here but The story goes on of how horrible things got and how they treated this situation but just reading this I hope no one ever finds the courage to waste their time or money here !!!!!! They are so quick to take your money for rent and call and hunt you down for it but when you need shit fixed they will take their sweet ass time. I'm waiting for my lease to finish and even if I have to break my lease I do not care at this point !!!! read more

Back with another poor review! Please go elsewhere, Lol this is the second or third time this week they have shut the water off. This time they actually realized it's better to not include times and kept it short and sweet with, " The goal is to...restore water service as soon as possible." Oh but wait! You guessed it, still another mistake on their part...in the Email it states "tomorrow, Thursday" so I was thinking it was already fixed because yesterday was Thursday. I call to see what's going on-because I'm in the middle of taking my 9 month old a bath and there slowly starts to be no water-and the girl says, "...well we sent out an email yesterday..." I then say, "yes, this email states Thursday. Which was yesterday." Her response is then, "oh, well they must've misprinted.." UM SO SEND OUT ANOTHER EMAIL SO OTHERS ARENT SHOCKED LIKE I WAS. Lol this place really is a big joke. If the water being shut off 3 times a week doesn't scare you away, I'm not sure what will but I hope something does. There is Mold in my bathroom and my daughter has been sick because of it... when I told them to do something about it they still have not. The maintenance takes a whole month to fix things. This is terracinna apartments.saw they are changing names. This place was horrible when I was there. I no longer reside there but it was a very bad experience when I was there management was not helpful and had trouble returning messages, often times patio furniture would be in the pool or the pool shut down for weeks at a time during the summers. It's not the safest either, it says it's gated but the gates are always open and when asked they say the gate is broken so they leave it open. Do your research look up terracinna and read the reviews. Can't prove it but most positive reviews look like employees reviews trying to boost the rating. read more

Luxury apartments my ass. This place is 100% a scam. Just in my apartment alone, we have water leaks all around the apartment, roast infestations, the countertops aren't even finished... so sawdust gets all over the kitchen and bathroom. That's just a start to the shit that's wrong with this apartment complex. Not to mention that for the last 4 months there has been a CAT stuck on the roof of building W. We tried contacting the office multiple times and they did nothing to help her down when she obviously had kittens up there and was clearly dehydrated. The pool is always disgusting. The gym isn't even worth the money. Because of the water leaking from the walls, it's caused mold within the walls. Both my roommate and my cat have mold poisoning and are extremely sick from it. The office has done nothing to help, they don't answer the phones or emails. The only good thing about this place is being able to look at ducks when I'm drunk. Citrine Hills: An over exaggerated and overpriced luxury (From a tenant who actually lives here) The Property and Price Tag: The property itself consisted of low income Americans and section 8 housing in order to provide relatively affordable housing in the center of the Inland Empire where access to other freeways and cities are easy. Since Waterton bought out this complex, theyve quickly raised rent several hundred dollars from what it once was and threw a cheap tarp sign out front stating "Luxury Apartment Homes." An absolute joke of a company. What you see up front is merely a faux for what this place actually is. Homeless Americans digging through the overflowing trash bins for food and recycling, broken down cars taking up parking spots on broken streets, black mold and cheap paint are a few of the many reasons why this apartment listing is currently offering rent specials with their massive vacancy to resident ratio. With starting rent alone at 2100-2200 a month, dont forget to add on all the useless utilities they definitely didn't make up. Utility fee, Pest fee, Asset protection fee, all adding on another 20-30 a month with your rent for things that aren't used or even needed. Also a reminder, this was section 8 and low income housing, ill leave you to your imagination what to expect when renting out a "Luxury" unit thats had the same carpet and floorboards for a minimum 10+ years now. The Staff Office staff usually just spend the newly shortened work day, taking calls and thats about it. With new office hours being from 10-6 on weekdays and closed on weekends you wont find much help if you're like most people working during these hours. You'll only find maintenance but they're usually spending their time cleaning up the trash falling outside the already overflowing bins. With our apartment during the new year being trashed due to idiot tenants shooting off fireworks in the middle of a dense tree line surrounded by buildings and people sleeping, resulted in our support animals freaking out and causing some damage. After explaining what the other tenants did we found ourselves with a 400 dollar fine as opposed to the ones lighting off illegal fireworks. Pathetic service and useless hires appear to be the Waterton standard. Moving in or out (If you dare) If my reasons earlier didn't convince you otherwise, then I hope this one does. Upon arrival you will be asked like with any rental to provide renter history, however, dont expect the same thing in return when you attempt to move out. On top of a minimum 60 day notice to vacate, office staff are also not allowed to verify your renter history with them and management will simply fill every line in with N/A and not sign or date the form properly. I waited on this unprofessional and unresponsive behavior for nearly a week while in a current notice to vacate. So you can imagine having a set amount of time to leave and find a new place while they pull this stunt can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. It eventually got to a point where I had called their out of state HQ to get some form of response from these workers just to cross out every question and not even verify we paid years of rent on time without fail which makes us look bad. While its not legally required to fill these out, its still common courtesy to just do it as it helps other leasing companies. A common courtesy they ask for upon moving in but never give, absolutely shameless. Yet they probably wonder why a large amount of people moved out and a larger amount of units have sat empty for this long. Even units across the street from this place are cheaper and more put together than this circus act Waterton is trying to spew out in an attempt to make more money than what they deserve. Save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere. At least other places try to treat their renters with the slightest bit of dignity and dont write fake 5 star reviews in order to attract attention. read more

Again dissatisfied with this shitty ass apartment. They have multiple washer and dryer units available for residents to use in case they don't have washer and dryer in their apartments. I called bc my washer and dryer is not working right now and needs repair. I need to do a couple loads of laundry and their washer and dryers don't work. They have a selection where you can use your debit card to pay but unfortunately it doesn't work. I spoke to the office and they told me that bc the old washer and dryers were under a different company I.E (Terracina) they use a different fob card to pay for the service. WTF is the point of having washer and dryers in the property if they cannot be used! I called for help and the person that answered was clueless. I was told to call a number attached somewhere in the laundry and get in touch with the ppl who handled (Terracina) washer and dryer to give me a a (card/fob) to activate washer and dryers. Who do they hire to work here?! Do they screen them for experience with property management or at minimum proper training. Don't answer customer service calls if you're on 90 day probation. This is ridiculous. The lady insist that all the new properties have washer and dryer included. Well what about the ppl who have been living here more then 5 years. Are we going to get new washer and dryers too? read more

Management is terrible, rude, and makes me just outright uncomfortable. I think we all know the worst one is Myrna. she is the rudest and condescending women I have ever met. She accused me of lying. I am going through a really rough time financially right now and I am just trying to make ends met. I am 20, no family and I live alone. This women went out of her way to call me and basically yell at me and make me feel ashamed of that. She told me I need to act like more of an adult and pay my rent just like everyone else. I have worked my ass off to maintain this place, I have always worked two jobs or a really labor intensive job. I have never given these people or her an issue I am a good tenant. she also brought up my dead mother and started talking about her. it made me super uncomfortable. This place has roaches, mold, drug addicts who cause commotions outside my house at 3 am by puking right outside my window. This place has caused me to go into the deepest depression I have ever been in. I have not even been able to cook in my kitchen for months . I'm scared to leave my room. I am paying 2400 dollars for a room. Just a room. I have all the proof. LUXURY APARTMENTS MY ASS. I even had multiple meetings with Sarahy (not really an issue with her I actually like her) she has tried her best to do what she can with what she is given. However, the maintenance men are the most lazy individuals I have ever met. They gave me a USED moldy shower door after I never even got one in the first place When I moved in. I have had to become handy manny because they don't even bother to come for months. it took them 5 years to fix the second bedrooms air conditioning. Because the excuse in the first place was that the apartment was built like that. I have truly spent a lot of money on this apartment Just buy fixing it by myself. I even gave them a chance to work with me. I even got a notarized document stating what needed to be fixed in My Home. My apartment is still shit. I hope management is reading this and sees that I am not lying. It has been about two months since I brought the note to them. Roaches are still here, mold is still here, things are still broken. Also, not to mention, they have the most laziest exterminator I have ever met. He comes knocking at your door very quietly, and then he just leaves. I even have ring footage of that. There was a point in time where my sister answered him on the ring. And he basically just walked away. He then proceeded to leave a note on my door, stating that he would come back that Thursday, but then was nowhere to be found. My Sista has contracted bronchitis and I have contracted a severe skin disorder called dyshidrotic eczema.
