Me and my kids have been harassed, I've made MULTIPLE reports about a SPECIFIC individual NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. my car broke into they couldn't give me "an update " I called security couple minutes ago AGAIN over the same person security instead of helping the situation gave me ATTITUDE! & it's true there's always POOP all over the hallways. The fire alarms ARE always going off. Thank goodness for the ladies that are QUICK to clean up but MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE! THEY show they DONT CARE. There's never a solution. Or nothing being done! Can get very loud at times , smells like weed throughout the halls and sometimes even in the apartment itself . Also the dog owners here never clean up after their pets , pee everywhere including the elevators . The apartments themselves are nice and maintenance is very quick to come resolve issues . I've been here for a month and everything is great so far. Thank you Jenna for the initial tour and selling me on the apartments. I love the amenities here and glad that the staff and cleaning team keep up with things to the best of their ability. I genuinely enjoy the gym and the newer end equipment they have. I give the place a 5 since I don't think it's fair to deduct points for residents being dirty in the gym or their pets for pissing in the stairs sometimes. At the very least the cleaning team is quick to remedy these issues. None of my neighbors have been a problem thus far so it's been pleasant. The cleaning staff is outstanding and consistently works hard to keep the grounds beautifully maintained. The shared amenities--such as the barbecues, gym, and media room--are always spotless and well cared for. From the beginning, Jenna made our move-in process smooth and welcoming, and Darren has been an exceptional manager. Anytime we've needed assistance, resident services have been quick, reasonable, and accommodating. Love these apartments!! Love the amenities and Especially love the staff!! 3 pools, jacuzzi's 2 gyms parks lounges and office rooms. They literally have everything. They even host events for the tenants monthly, like whiskey and wine tasting. All the staff here are helpful and super friendly. These are some of the nicest apartments I've had the pleasure of living in outside of Los Angeles. Please be advised that there is a package thief in building B! This is the second time my package has been stolen and management drags their feet. There's visible cameras in the mail rooms and around the apartments but their excuse is " it takes a while for the camera company to come and retrieve the video footage for us " THEN WTF IS THE POINT OF HAVING CAMERAS IF YOU CANT REVIEW THEM RIGHT THE AND THERE!!??!?! They waste your time by making you file a police report and send this detailed email with all this information like Im so irritated and disappointed in this apartment complex. They thought locking the mail room would solve the influx of packages being stolen like the thief doesn't have access to it, oh brother. Maintenance is great at Vineyard Ontario! Sergil is a gem and has a very strong work ethic! I was having issues with the blinds in my apartment and was worried my child could get hurt. He came promptly to fix them and made sure they were no longer a safety hazard! He also took the time to check my fridge to ensure there were no issues with ice accumulating in the freezer. I'm very content with the maintenance team, and Sergil consistently does a awesome job! read more

DO NOT move here if you value your safety, sanity, or tenant rights. We live at a Vineyards Ontario and have had one of the worst experiences imaginable. After a sprinkler system broke in a unit two floors above us, our studio flooded through the front and back doors, patio, wall sockets, water heater, electrical panel, and even the bathroom cabinet. What followed was chaos. Maintenance came in, cut open multiple parts of our walls, left loud industrial equipment in the middle of our unit for days, and told us to keep our AC running to support their machines causing a huge spike in our electricity bill, which they refused to reimburse. Our apartment became unlivable. We couldn't use our kitchen, our sinks, or even move around without stepping over equipment and exposed drywall. Instead of offering real help, management gave us "options" like: 1. Staying in a hotel, with no rent freeze or any concern to our belongings that got affected. 2. Moving into a 1-bedroom, but paying more than our current rent since there is no studios left. Which is illegal! 3. Or breaking our lease entirely since they don't want to deal with the issues at hand or take any sort of accountability. We've had to chase the manager nonstop for updates and help. They constantly deflect, delay, and have made no real effort to make things right. Rocio blames her supervisor for not budging on any type of help. We even offered to pay the rent difference if they can just take off $100 and they still couldn't budge. On top of it all, maintenance entered our unit without notice, which is illegal. We've now filed complaints with Code Enforcement, Fair Housing, and are seeking legal help. This complex calls itself "luxury living," but the only thing luxurious is how little they care once you sign a lease. We're beyond disappointed and don't want any other renters to go through what we did. Really read all their reviews on Google before deciding to live here. read more

So disappointed with our stay so far. I would recommend not living here! My boyfriend and I were so excited to move in but our apartment was FILTHY when we moved in. They had to come back and clean yet I still spent 3 hours or more cleaning the apartment myself before moving in. The walls have cheap paint and speckles of paint all over our floor. This complex constantly smells like weed and don't even get me started on the noise. We have been complaining about our upstairs neighbors since we moved in which was in November and not a single thing has been done. We have hundreds of videos of the noise and keep being told they will give them another lease violation yet they are still here, we get woken up nearly every night anywhere from 12pm-5am by the banging, dragging, and stomping of our neighbors. We have even gotten the police involved yet the complex won't do anything!! We finally tried speaking to the neighbors ourselves after about 10 times of going to management and they openly admitted to us they are on drugs. We explained this to the complex and they are still here!!! We are the middle floor and even our neighbors below us on the first floor we were friends with can hear them, that's how loud they were. They had videos and evidence as well and still, nothing done. We asked for a rent reduction until something could be done and I was told they don't do rent reduction for "regular apartment noise." STUPID!!!! Regular apartment noise does not include the constant noise during the day ESPECIALLY after quiet hours. The complex refuses to move us which we shouldn't have to do anyways, or give us a rent reduction or anything to fix the issue. The only "solution" offered was that we can break our lease. Not to mention, pipes are leaking in the parking garage. It's leaking calcium all over our cars which has ruined both my boyfriend and I's paint. We complained about this too and think anything was done? We have been waiting to hear back on how the complex plans to cover this and fix this since we will NOT be paying out of pocket for it. Besides these issues, the fire alarms are randomly going off late at night, waking us up. After all the complaints listed and everything being mentioned to management MULTIPLE times, want to know what's been done? Nothing. Nothing done about a single issue. This complex does not care about their tenants and we will be happy to leave when our lease is up. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE IN SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

This place is feeling more and more like Paseos apartments with the constant weed smell and the carpets being ruined with pet urine all over. It use to be a clean environment but the constant overload of people in the pool as well that don't live here. Rules clearly indicate 2 guest per unit yet you see entire families that don't even live here in the community in the pool drinking and blasting loud music and yet no rules are enforced by security or mgmt. stick to violations Vineyard Resort mgmt! like why have rules if they aren't gonna be enforced? No one uses the app to enter the gym or any other rooms. We need fob keys that have automatic name and tracking of who's in that gym and time. Also the saunas need some kind of alarm system if you fall out who can help the person passed out? The dog stains of shit and urine on the carpets is gross. . I see kids with no supervision jumping on the sofas. Kids were dancing on the pool tables-it's ridiculous at this point. And yes you can clearly see all the pet urine on the carpets as you walk by. At least what residents pay they can do deep rug cleaning once a month i mean if that! This place is falling apart. And the new mgr of the complex is not friendly and impossible to work with. Always out on vacation and don't reply to emails or calls. How unprofessional of a complex mgr. I know all i will get is a reply if "sorry you feel that way feel free to contact us" NO! I want mgr of complex to be more communicative and understanding to residents needs and to clean the rugs of urine stains at least once a month. Take leadership before you claim ownership of a run down horrible agent team. Don't move here it's not worth it. Again it feels like paseos apt down the street. We def as a community should not tolerate the laziness of mgmt to allow us to walk in urine on the rugs into our apartments. Can anyone suggest who we start calling for fecal matter that we are forced to walk on do we call the city of Ontario or who? If you see this take pics and send them to the proper Chanel cause this is just unacceptable to live in an environment of urine and dog/cat shìt on the rugs and elsewhere in the community. Since the main mgr ignores it let's come together as a community to clean up this mess by contacting outlets like news channel and city of Ontario. I'm updating if everyone can call 311 and make a complaint if the filth in the rugs of dog poo etc on the rugs into our copied this from online... *If management in Ontario fails to clean up dog waste, you should document the issue with photos, notify them in writing, and report them to local by-law enforcement via 311 or municipal online portals. Uncollected dog feces violates health standards and can lead to fines for owners or management It's time vineyard mgmt pays some fines since yelp reviews don't seem to bother them. So there you have it folks dial 311. Together we can clean up our community & mgmt. maybe they are the shit stains we need to remove as well. read more

What a big difference. I am updating my review to share my experience working with Khalil and Darren, they were absolutely amazing and great human being. I was going through a very difficult situation and needed to break my lease, and they handled everything with great care, compassion, and professionalism. I truly appreciate their support during such a challenging time. There are couple of other member of the staff were great too. Sorry don't remember their names. Khalil always returned my calls whenever I left messages at the office and was very responsive to emails, which meant a lot to me. My application was approved hours after I submitted and after 12 days of fulfilling all their requirements and getting out of my current lease as the last step, they send me an email on the move in date saying my application was denied due to incorrect social security number being processed and now my credit doesn't meet their criteria. Now I'm stuck without a place to stay since I got out of my lease due to negligence SMH Update: Management (Amber) has reached out to me and just mentioned they can't do anything to resolve the issue, "out of their control" and haven't taken any accountability. Edit: I forgot to give a HUGE shout out to Cookie in the Resident Center she is so helpful when we need help. She communicates well and is very friendly. When I asked for help with maintenance she make sure to contact you ASAP. It's summer so we had an issue with ants and she made sure to get us help as soon as she could even went as far as going to target to pick something up before the exterminator came. I parked In the front for less than 30min and got a warning sticker. Mind you they make sure it's stuck on your window and can't take off. No parking signs anywhere. This place is ridiculous. I moved in with my family of 5, we toured with Ashanti and immediately fell in love with our unit, the luxury in the units are worth the price, especially when most apartment complexes don't have an elevator for when you have them Costco hauls. Another perk is the amenities and truly the one we care for the most is the gym, it's not packed and offers some of the best equipment, the gym is pretty close to a state of the art facility with sauna and steam room. The residence has a few negative reviews but since we moved in here I don't see any of those issues, maybe they have upped their game, what I do know is that regarding the MJ smell they have sent serious warnings addressing to keep it to themselves, (seriously, they have a lot of odorless products and accessories so noyone has to smell your skunk activities) I am personally glad they are taking this more seriously and working on removing tenants who do not respect other peoples right to not share their herb smells. Luckily in my area I do not smell it and so far it's only noted when going up the elevator, but I look forward to the problem being completely resolved... For tenants with pet, the residence has also warned about consequences for not cleaning up after their pets, this issue seems to be resolving as well (Clean up after your pets! It's not that hard, we all pay for a clean residence). The only major downside and the reason I don't give 5 stars, is I've complained about the beeping sounds of the fire alarms in empty units because their battery is out, they did attempt to resolve it but it can still be heard in many units... I do wish they could simply just replace ALL the batteries so they beeping could stop. All in all we absolutely love it here and will renew our lease, especially when those batteries get changed out, oh and also the residence has many very nice community events (we are antisocial but we do enjoy them once in a while) And I do love security, I mean whoever said that they let in crackheads and stuff, wrong! lol they will chase you down, if there are any crackheads they are probably just people visiting lol but I haven't seen any read more

this place is not a resort. since we moved the marijuana smell everywhere. the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night randomly due to ppl smoking weed. they give parking tickets in your own spots but they also let everyone in regardless. ac unit is very loud. the freeway sound is bad. dogs poop in the elevators. amenities can't be used without reservation which defeats the purpose of paying so much for it. microwave is broken and no one cares to fix it.
