Have been here for almost a year + genuinely love it! Julie + Kristyanna in the office are totally great + communicate thoroughly. I appreciate how much they do to upkeep the community + how quickly they respond if there are any questions or issues. The maintenance team is friendly + always on top of all maintenance issues! LOVE the fact that the apartments are modern + updated + have a washer + dryer IN UNIT! The area is mostly quiet + secluded; you will definitely hear trains + airplanes at night as we're pretty close to the airport. Make sure you give yourself a few weeks for the approval process. Plan ahead so you're not last minute scrambling to hear back. I definitely remember I called the office to check for an update multiple times in the process because I didn't give myself enough time LOL The property is also really pet-friendly! Update: They have illegally held on to my security deposit since we moved out November last year. They claimed that they had to use the majority of it (over $1000) for cleaning which is a blatant lie and never provided me with the breakdown of costs despite me requesting it multiple times. Their manager also told me flat out that they probably will use all of it for cleaning so don't bother cleaning at all, despite giving any reason why so much has to be used for it. After months of back and forth I was told that since they used the majority of it for "cleaning" they weren't planning on sending me the balance of what was owed to me since it wasn't much. I still have the emails and screenshot with timestamps of them admitting theft. The dollar amount is irrelevant, it's still MY money. They broke many laws during this process and just tried gaslighting me into letting them keep it. Horrible and deplorable. read more

The application process is extensive I waited almost a month to hear the good news in a move in date , but I love that because that means that they are not renting to just anybody. I've been here going in a year now. The apartments are upgraded, I love that I can turn the air or heater on from my phone and have the home nice and warm in the winter or nice and cold during summer. These apartments are FAR from ghetto, they uphold a great standard for their safe living space. For Valentine's Day while I took my daughter to school ( can I mention that there was a freeze warning ) && the manager & the nice leasing lady were standing by the gate handing out breakfast bags to go. They handed one to me and my daughter it was the nicest gesture a front office has ever done. I have lived in terrible apartments before so I know a good one. read more

I really enjoy living here. Property is kept clean, and my family feels safe living here. Community is also gated which was a plus. Julie my community manager really does a great job. First thing they did when the pandemic hit was put a letter on everyone's door basically saying "don't care rent is still due" During your tour they will tell you that the gym, pool and other services are part of your rent but never gave us a discount during 2020. The ladies sit in the office all day like they are vampires and rarely leave the office unless forced too. Ghetto ugly landscaping everywhere. Might as well be a junk yard with all the cars that never move They actually RAISED rent during covid They keep the gates open practicality 24/7, so much so that homeless people go right up to the faucet at the office and shower. They put inspections on your door almost every day for 3 weeks straight; only for the possibility that someone MAY COME IN. So if you have animals be prepared to lock them up all day just in case they want to come in and fix their ghetto building. So much more, sick of typing frankly. read more

I have lived at Woodmere for over 5 years now. It is the best place to live. From management to maintenance customer service is top notch! We've gone back and forth about moving because our family has grown since we first moved in but I'll tell you its been hard to move. I absolutely love this community! The floor plans are open, updated, and spacious with a washer/dryer in the unit. And in the office, Julie and Kristyonna are both AMAZING. They are personable, friendly, caring, and responsive. When I have questions, need help, or lock myself out, they have always been so helpful and kind. I rarely/almost never leave reviews but this one is well deserved! I have been at WOODMERE for two years now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! I will start by saying, as mentioned in the negative reviews, yes the approval process is long. I believe we waited 2 to 3 weeks as well but I did not mind that! It's nice to know that they care about the community and environment they are forming. Running background checks and ensuring people will be able to pay their rent is their right as a business, and as a tenant I appreciate that and feel safe because of it. Some other things I love about the complex are having the washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances included. Being that this is my first place on my own it was very accommodating to have that and not have to go worry about those additional expenses! I have visited so many apartment complexes that never have parking and here there is unlimited parking which is nice for not only the tenants, but also friends and family when they want to come over and visit. I also want to shout out the maintenance crew! Since the day one they have been friendly and always professional. They complete tasks in a timely manner and normally come the day you call. We haven't had many issues but anytime we do it is resolved fast and effectively. They also take great care of the property. Every morning I see them ride the golf cart around the complex to pick up trash as well as on the main road. They take pride in keeping the complex clean and fixing what is needed! The ladies in the office are always so sweet and communicate very well! Lastly, I appreciate the flyers that are posted on our doors that let us know what inspections and/or repairs are coming up. From time to time they'll also leave reminders of certain things that are not allowed. For example, not leaving bags of trash or piling up trash bags or recyclables out on the patios or in front of the doors. I don't know about anyone else, but I love that they have an image they want to upkeep and hold us accountable. When I have people over it's nice to know they aren't driving in and seeing messy/dirty units. I'm proud to say I live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone! We've been here less than a year and I have to say that out of all apartment complexes we've lived at, this has to be the best! The move in process did take some time, partly on us due to a change with employment. I'm actually glad that they do a thorough check on applicants because we've lived in places with shady people. The girls in the office are very nice and any minor things we needed fixed in the beginning were immediately taken care of. The apartment is beautiful, clean and community is always kept up. Coming from someone who searched MANY apartments in the area before signing, WOODMERE is the BEST. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer IN THE UNIT, with dishwasher, microwave and fridge, gas stove (all of my appliances were brand new, as i think they are renovating all the units), hardwood floors, FIREPLACE, built in wine bar (which I worked perfectly as a workspace/desk for me), ABUNDANCE OF GUEST PARKING, fairly large balcony, walk in closet, and a sparkling pool that is hardly used with comfy lounge chairs. And then you throw in the AWESOME staff and super friendly maintence men who will come make repairs, usually within the same day that you request it. If you are looking for a QUIET and beautifully maintained property with very respectful managment, this is your place!!! **also, this complex is perfect for any student attending Western University as it is super close to campus and safe ***also, all tenants are automatically entered into a monthly raffle (usually a themed gift basket-we won the Superbowl one), just for paying your rent on time. nice touch! The community is very clean and quiet. The apartment is very nice and the washer dryer included make it a great place to live. Conversely, I don't know who qualifies to live in this place. The application process took two weeks and I was denied based off stuff NOT listed on the application packet. The investigate you as if you applied to be in the FBI or something. Just a warning--if you don't have perfect credit history, perfect rental history, and your jobs and former employers don't pick up the phone get ready to get denied, go through a big hassle, or both. read more

Living at Woodmere was an absolute pleasure. The office staff is so personable and helpful. Anytime there was any maintenance issue, it was quickly resolved. I always felt pretty safe while living at Woodmere. The unit is fully loaded with all appliances including washer and dryer! Really enjoyed what seemed like a larger patio compared to others I toured. Our experience living at Woodmere was so enjoyable that it was a little sad moving on. read more

My husband and I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes around the Inland Empire - This one is by far the one we are happiest living in. A few points we love: - Office staff is amazing. I broke my leg last year right after our lease started in an upstairs apartment. I needed surgeries and a ton of physical therapy and really didn't want to leave but obviously could not make it upstairs every day to get home. They helped us move into a downstairs apartment so fast and without any penalty at all. - I have always felt safe. I have never heard of cars being broken into or any crazy drama. It probably helps that when we initially moved here, they did a full check on both of our histories, including present and past employers. I assume they do this to all tenants which weeds out the bad guys. - Plenty of parking. This is a huge bonus especially if you have guests over frequently. We have always had a guest parking issue at every other complex except this one. - Maintenance staff is helpful and speedy, always repairing things within 24 hours. - The apartments are upgraded with wood flooring, off-white/tannish pain on the walls, fireplace, good sized kitchen, etc. Also it's really nice that when we run the AC our apartment stays cool, meaning the windows and walls are at least decently insulated. Oftentimes during the summer we hardly run the air at all, and we like to keep our place cold. The washer and dryer are the cherry on top since that's really hard to find in older apartments and the newer apartments are so expensive. I could probably keep going, but we are very happy here and glad to have found this complex. read more

My husband and I have been living here since Oct. 2012 and we have had a very positive experience! The staff have been wonderful and friendly, always quick to resolve any repairs that we needed. The apartment that we live in has recently been renovated, which has been really nice. The floors are all hardwood, except the bedrooms. Each apartment has a full size washer and dryer. We also have really appreciated having the small storage space on our patio, which spared us from needing an outside storage unit. The complex is well-kept and I always felt safe here. We are relocating this month and will greatly miss living here. Could not have asked for a better experience! read more

During my search for an apartment, I was disappointed by some of the ones that I went to see and also having to deal with managers that were less than honest. The apts looked great on the internet but when I saw them in person, they did not look the same. My husband and I met with Sharon and she was a doll, full of grace and very professional. The unit was beautiful and had everything we could ask for in an apartment. The grounds were immaculate and so was the apt. I ended up not renting the apt ONLY because I found something a little closer to my husband's job, who rides his bike to work. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and if and when I need another apt., Woodmere will definitely be at the top of my list. I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING NATASHA SAID. These are very nice apartments that come with everything you need, but trying to rent one was such a hassle, we ended up losing our $100 hold fee and going elsewhere. They told us we had 72 hours to get that refunded but didn't tell us the application process would take over a week because they do an extensive check into all of your employers, a credit check, and verify every place you've ever rented from. After not hearing from them for a week, we finally called and were told they were still waiting to hear back from an old landlord and if they didn't, they would double our security deposit. It's ridiculous that they treat all renters like liars and criminals. They hounded my boss for information like they didn't believe I worked there and then wanted to penalize ME because some douche landlord wouldn't call them back. I've never been evicted, have perfect credit, and a great job, and they still wanted to screw me. After being fed up with their horrible business ethic, we went to Rancho Monte Vista in Upland where we were approved in ten minutes. read more

Be Careful who you are moving in with, if your roommate, family, or friend has negative credit it will hurt you from getting an apartment here even with good income passing the 2.5 limits and you just gave them $30 x # of adults. Luckily they didn't cash the $100 deposit. read more

This is a good place I would like to recommend. They have pool, gym and basketball court and office room that I didn't see in the other apartments I was looking into. It will teach how to be responsible and to work as a team with your roommates. The staff at the office are first rate, accommodating, kind, patient and will work with you if something come up. The office manager Sharron is a very great helper to the customer, she help me to solve a lot of problem when thing happen during the whole rent. It is also in walking distance of several shopping centers and the local mall is an exit off the freeway. I love this place!!! Highly recommend!!!! read more
