I was referred to Citrus Bright Cleaning Service by my builder to have my grout sealed, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The technicians used their pressure washer equipment, which damaged my grout and left chips and scuffs that now appear as dark spots across my brand-new tile floors. When I raised the issue, Michael sent someone out to assess the damage, but instead of addressing the actual problem, they only attempted to re-clean the floors. The grout does not need additional cleaning--it needs repair due to the damage caused by their process. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, Michael has been nonresponsive and has ignored my concerns. The lack of accountability and resolution has left me with damaged grout throughout my home, and I regret trusting this company with such an important job. I would not recommend Citrus Bright Cleaning Service to anyone, especially for new home tile and grout care. read more

It was a pleasure to have Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. come into my house and clean my carpet. I was very impressed with their professionalism, price, and I was also pleasantly surprised with how personable they were. Ran9 did an OUTSTANDING job on my carpets...the whole house!! Affordable, friendly, professional and punctual are some of the main reasons why I will be using Ran 9 Carpet Cleaning again. I have a toddler and 2 medium to large breed dogs, so you can imaging the kind of abuse my cream colored carpet receives. We found Ran 9 on LivingSocial. I'm always a little skeptical, but they had great reviews. They arrived right on time (actually a little early) and did an amazing job on our carpets. We had some really tough stains and they were able to get them out. They didn't charge us anything extra and I actually think they did more than what I paid for. They even did my stairs!! Gave them a call yesterday and they scheduled for an appointment the next day. Trevor came out right at the appointment time, cleaned our couch and it looks great. He was very nice and only took about an hour. Very reasonably priced - our sectional was $99 to clean. We will be using them for our carpets in the future and recommend them!! read more

I am blown away. Mikey did such a great job. My carpet was beyond help. I thought I would get it cleaned to see if I had to replace it. I had two old dogs that were incontinent .
