I wish I could give ZERO STARS! This place is a SCAM! AVOID this place at all costs. Just a quick look at the property and it already looks condemned. Unfortunately they are the closest car wash to my house and my old Lexus was in dire need of some detailing. I paid $180 for an exterior detail to which the service attendant said that he could make my car look "50% better." I dropped the car off at 10 am and was told that it would take 3 hours. By 2:30 pm, I still had not received a call so I called them and asked when my car would be ready. The person who picked up was very hard to understand and just handed the phone to someone else who spoke better English. I was told "45 more minutes". When I arrived my car was sitting in a line of other cars that looked to be done. The exterior actually looks regular, with no noticeable changes to the paints presentation- I doubt they even buffed and polished the car. I know what my car looks like when it's clean since I do it myself 99% of the time. Inside, the vacuum job was terrible and the driver floor mat still had a lot of visible dust. No air freshener was used whatsoever. As terrible as this is, the worst was still yet to come. When I got in the car and turned it on, it made a HARD CLANKING noise at the turn of the ignition. I thought it was something else, another car on the property, since my car is in perfect mechanical shape, and ALWAYS super quiet. I went to the store to pick up a few things before heading home. When I got back in the car and started it again, the hard clanking sound happened again! I called my mechanic right away as I didn't want to risk taking the car home and have it not start later. I dropped my car off to my mechanic (on a Saturday, about 4 pm) they were already closed but lucky for me my mechanic sent one of his employees to go back to the shop and open up to receive my car. Btw shoutout to DV SMOGPROS in Walnut- these guys are honest and their reviews speak for themselves. I'm writing this on the uber home. What a DISASTER. I will be following this post up after I get a report from the mechanic. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH AT ALL. Drive somewhere else, pay one of those guys that go to your house. Go to the drive thru car washes. Heck, wash it yourself if you have to on your driveway, just DONT GO HERE. These people are a SCAM and need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! read more

It has been a very, very long time since my last visit here but I was in a binds and they were the closest option near me. Unfortunately I will not be returning. The best package has a bunch of things listed that I'm sure they didn't even use, including an air freshener scent. That package is supposed to be $39.99, and then a few bucks extra was added on the sheet. I inquired about the price change and it was explained that my car was larger than a sedan, thus the extra fee. So, $42.99 plus a good tip for a Jon that is not so thorough. The first guy did the vacuuming and absolutely didn't touch many sections of my floor, back seat, the sides of the driver and passenger seats, my trunk space/tailgate, and the center console. I know this because I had grass seeds spill out of a package that remained upon closer inspection. The guy that dried my car on the outside attempted to wipe away some of the seeds in the tailgate space but only wiped half of the tray. So much water moved around my car when I drove away AND my wipers were left on so water streaks immediately showed on my windshield before fully leaving the parking lot. This guy also missed the little debris in the center console. Overlay, I'd avoid this place if you want the services listed and a job that isn't halfway done. Came here again today, just to see if anything was better. It wasn't, and for the price, you'd think it should be. I'm to the point of paying a few dollars more for a service that will actually come and clean your car versus using a brick and mortar car service. They looked at the inside and brushed around, but didn't actually clean anything. I could tell from sitting afar what they did and actually didn't do (the inside of the doors for starters were a disaster and it kept getting worse). The vacuum job was bad, probably because they vacuum in an unlit bay and can't see what they are doing. When you get in the sunlight, you see everything clearly, like pimples on a 14 year old. I requested new car smell, but I only smell Amorall. I've tried this place a few times, but, alas, won't be back. read more

I came to get a car wash on the 4th of July. The employees themselves were fantastic and did a wonderful job. My car was filth, had a thick layer of dust, and I work construction so the dirt gets everywhere. The employees did a good job, and left my truck very well cleaned.The pricing was reasonable as well. So sad what has happened to Citrus Carwash, probably not safe for your car either, they barely apply soap, the machinery stops working as your car rolls thru, might not be a problem but doesn't seem safe for the cars. The Tuesday special is low cost but it's not worth the savings. The premises are dilapidated, they used to have nice gardens and greenery, now it's all weeds and dead brush and the people taking your money act like they are doing you a favor, miss the good old days... I hate to write a negative review, but this is necessary. My family has been going to Citrus car wash for years, but recently I haven't been very pleased with my visits. Some of the employees haven't been too friendly, I pay for a scent but it doesn't get added or it just takes too long. However, what I witnessed today is the reason I will not be returning. While waiting for my car I heard some of the employees and customers shouting and gasping. I looked up and saw that a car almost went directly onto the street! I noticed prior that they really wait until last minute to pick up the car from the washing tunnel. I actually thought my car was going to hit the car in front of it as no one had come to get it. Luckily my car was fine, but the fact that my concern was confirmed! No thank you. I was so shocked that the owner of the car was actually laughing and being nonchalant about it. I didn't see a manager or anyone come and address the incident. I will be taking my car though washes at a gas station instead. read more

I took my truck into get washed. They charge extra because of it being bigger. Ok, but they left my bed a mess. Why do they charge more if they aren't going to do more. I had to go home and clean it out myself. I would have taken it back but it was late and I needed to get going. read more

It's so hard to find a good car wash... This isn't it. We paid extra for a hand car wash, a week ago... And we just didn't check it closely enough. After getting home we realized how dirty it still was, it looked like they had used dirty rags to wipe down everything. After paying for it to be washed, I had to hand wipe down all surfaces again We called to complain and spoke with Marcos, he was fine, he told us to bring it back and to talk to Steve when we return. Well let me tell you ... Steve is the rudest manager I've ever met. After we thought everything was squared away we started walking away to wait, and Steve called after us and started questioning us very aggressively, asking us to pay before we leave, so we had to explain again to him that this was a redo. He accused us of having dogs in the car and that's why it wasn't clean! Yes we have dogs, no we didn't bring them. The car wasn't dirty from hair, they're non shedding. We were offended by the attempted blame. He said he'd threatened to check the cameras. We said do it Once the car was washed again ... You know what? It still wasn't particularly clean. So that's that, this place just doesn't do a good job cleaning. And when I confronted Steve again and said "are we good?", he shrugged. I asked if he had checked the cameras, and he said no, I believe you. OK buddy, you didn't act like we were believe at first. We brought the car back to them to give a chance for them to fix their service, it was still bad, and even worse the managers involvement and questioning just made us mad all over again. I have been using this carwash for a very long time. I came in today & expressed how since January they have been missing some spots. The manager told me he was busy & to expect it to be about an 1.5 hours (I arrived at 1:53pm, I said okay. I walked nextdoor got a manicure and walked back. They hadn't started my truck yet. I waited 20 minutes & still nothing, I spoke to the manager again & said you told me 1.5 hours he said 30 more minutes at this time it was 3:02pm! By this time I'm fuming!! I grabbed my keys from my rear tire & drove up telling him he lost a good customer & drove away with an incomplete Luxury carwash. I highly recommend to find another full service carwash! read more

Most of the windows in the car wash for customers to view their car to be wash are dusty. Im just flat irritated. I went to this establishment to wash my car. They charged me $35 today Wednesday for a basic wash. I figured okay thats the price, so i moved on. As im waiting for my car, I noticed the sign (on the photo) and kindly asked the manager of the deal and in his exact words he said "he doesn't have to tell anyone the price, it's right there" with an attitude and walked away. I proceeded to ask for the owner and spoke to him and informed him as to the managers rude response. Regardless if I saw the sign or not, the manager should have informed/recommended me of the deal. I went to go wash my 2024 Honda Civic. I usually don't like to complain but this time I have to. I got the hand wax service. My car was run through the washing machine. Then it was brought out to where the employees dry and clean the car. My car was left for almost an hour unattended, when they finally got to my car the guy moved it to under a tent. I think because it was going to get hand waxed. I went to CVS and came back and after an hour and a half it was done. I asked an employee about my car. He directed me to the guy who serviced my car. I thanked him and went to leave. As soon as I got into my car I noticed that all my change that I leave in the little pocket on the door was gone. The car was not cleaned well. There was missed spots inside and out. I get if the car was not cleaned well but to take my change. Now that is just wrong! I didn't think these people would do this shit but I guess so.. I went there today to get a car wash their prices are not transparent I did not know I would have to pay more for a larger vehicle but there's a handwritten sign on a nearby window. I paid $40 for a car wash and it was absolutely not worth $40. There was residue left on my seats and floor from not being fully vacuumed. Less than one star. Got a 40 dollar car wash with an 8 dollar tip. When I got home I realized they only cleaned about one 1/3rd of the interior, didn't bother wiping off the door panels, only vacuumed about half of the carpet in the back and left spots all over one side of the car on the outside. The drive through car wash at the gas station on workman and citrus does a much better job, for about a 1/3rd the price. I can vacuum it myself there instead. Love and learn read more

When I pointed out several water spots from the time in the sun, they said my car was so dirty they had to run it twice. Yes, my car was dirty. It didn't come in with water spots. When I pointed out the brake dust on the rims, the manager told me it needed to be buffed out. When I wiped some off with my finger tip and showed him he became very angry and said "do you want it to go through again or not ".
