This is my favorite place to wash my vehicles because it's fairly new, spacious, and the employees are super friendly, engaging, and hardworking. With a monthly membership, I can bring any of our vehicles to be washed any day of the week, as often as we want, to keep them looking spiffy. The monthly memberships are very affordable and a real savings. A big plus is that my monthly membership lets me use any of the many Quick Quack car wash locations throughout California and beyond. A license plate reader set up at all locations lets you enter the car wash and have your vehicle washed. Free vacuum and air are readily available in any of the many car drying bays. This chain of car washes also provides free towel use (which you must return) if you don't have a towel or two available. I am definitely a fan of Quick Quack Car Wash. read more

I was curious about all the Quick Quack Car Wash location popping up around Covina. I visited this location and now I signed up for a membership! Lol. This location is nice and spacious. The staff helped me out and explained all the options as it was my first time. I was gonna get a basic wash to try it out, but during the interaction the staff member, Luis explained they are running a PROMO for $10/month on any of three tiers for the first month then it's regular monthly price after that. I opted for the Ceramic Duck plan which is $39.99 per month but they set me up for the current deal at $10 for one month. The set up was easy and they even have an app to manage it. You can also visit all locations I visit the others to compare. The wash is fast and quick. The shine on the tires was great. The self serve vacuum stations is very very spacious. Many spots to park. If I had to guess probably 20 spot. They had rags to dry off the excess water. There's vacuums on both sides and even off air compressors for the tires. Very clean car wash location. I was very happy and will take full advantage during this first month. For $10/month for the first month to try any of the washes is too good a deal to pass up! The service was nice but the wash needs work. I'm not saying my can was left dirty but the only thing relatively dry after the wash was the front end. The sides and back were covered in water droplets. I've give through this wash twice now and it was the same experience both times. I've tried Bliss car wash in Covina and they leave my van much drier. Not sure why Quick Quack leaves it so wet. read more

Today I went to this Azusa Ave. location because I figured getting in & out would be a little more convenient than their Arrow Hwy location, and things did not go smoothly. Now they do have three lanes to enter, and the gates for all three lanes were up, but I still pulled up and stopped as the young lady with a tablet approached me. I scanned the gates ahead of me but didn't see anywhere to pay, so I told her I just wanted a single car wash, and she said she'd get me "checked in". She went to the rear of my car I guess to enter my plate because she came back and asked me if I'd had a previous membership at another car wash. I said yes, mentioning it was the one on Arrow which is now also a Quick Quack Car Wash, but that they'd closed, and I thought I'd cancelled my membership. I had not actually done that as they had no means for me to do that. There was nothing on their website, and they never answered the phone or responded to my emails, and I'd been forced to cancel the payment with my credit card company. The young lady told me my membership had carried over, apparently to the end of the month, and so I didn't need to pay, so in I went. The wash felt like it was over very quickly. It definitely felt faster/shorter than the Arrow Hwy location, which I'd been through the previous week when they were giving away free washes. They get two stars (one as a bonus because the lowest score is 1-star) for having towels available in the bays to dry off your car. Just grab a towel, wipe your car down, and throw the towel in the bucket. Need another towel? Or three, or four, or more? Use as many as you need. The bad? Their machinery bent my front license plate. We're not talking a small bend; we're talking a grab it and try to pull it off-bend. I've taken my car through multiple conveyor-type car washes like this one, and I have NEVER had any of them bend my front license plate...until today. I'm also a little concerned that they may have tried to reactivate my monthly membership. Which I should mention and they don't get another bonus star but I do want to mention this as a plus for them that it seems if you have a monthly Quick Quack Car Wash that you can go to ANY location. I was fully aware of the machines and that this wasn't a hand wash. I brought my brand new car within 2 weeks of purchase to this location since I drive clients in my car. Signed up, great customer service. My car was BRAND NEW, no damage to the body or scratches on the vehicle. I went through the wash and was horrified to find a lot of deep scratches, machine damage present (you could see the scrape of white under the paint where it peeled) and bubbling of the paint itself. All around my car there was damage. If I want to fix it, I have to get my whole car repainted. I made the claim and showed the girl the moment I came out of the wash. I asked to speak to a manager but she handled it with an online complaint. In speaking to her outside, the truck next to us also said his car was receiving scratches and paint peeling the two times he had gone and he thought he was going crazy until he heard me. I received an email my complaint was filed. ONLY TO FIND OUT, that "they determined" the damage was "there before" and they were not responsible. I'm attaching the actual email. I immediately cancelled my membership. I know FOR A FACT that there was no damage and can even bring the photos of the car when I bought it. Eventually, your car will end up with paint damage and for the "money you save" your car will be scratched and damaged. Got a membership for their "ceramic" wash tier for their grand opening. Every time I washed my car, there was soap left behind on my mirrors, and it was dripping wet. I would have to get out and dry my car, but when I'd drive away, water would drip down my windows and leave streaks. The overall quality of the wash was poor too, as it didn't clean the body of my car well. I wouldn't return unless prices dropped to match the quality of the wash. I had recommended this place to a friend originally due to the cheap opening membership prices, but the wash took their license plate off. When they returned to retrieve it, the workers showed them two and asked which plate was theirs. Seems to be a recurring issue. read more

June 7 at 7:45 i was going home from work.. my car was dirty so i decided to look for a car wash spot to go to but a lot of places close early on a Sunday. I seen this place is open until 9 and i decided to give it a shot. Service was excellent the young lady was very helpful and very nice thank you. Interesting experience! The Latina woman working at the car wash entrance pushed memberships hard. She clearly got upset when I refused to sign up, as it would hurt her performance. When I struggled with the vacuum and asked for help, she stood afar with two colleagues, grinning and mocking me. Publicly laughing at customers is utterly disgraceful. These people have no manners or respect whatsoever. This kind of toxic staff will run the entire business into the ground. read more

Paid for the highest wash and my car still looked dirty and grimy like it just ran water over the dirt but didnt even throw soap didnt see the brushes go around the vehicle this has actually been my second attempt and the worst part is these quack car wash places are my only option around my neighborhood. You can spend less and get a better drive through wash anywhere else. $27 dollar that moves way to fast, vacuums that don't pick up anything, air hoses that don't have good pressure, and only wet towels to dry your wet car off with.
