We recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna XSE from Citrus Motors, and I have to say, it was by far the best car-buying experience we've had! From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and truly enjoyable, all thanks to the incredible team at Citrus Motors, especially Alex and Bryan. The Research Process: Before heading to the dealership, we did extensive research on the vehicle and read reviews of various dealerships. When we found a 2021 Toyota Sienna XSE at Citrus Motors with low mileage and a price below market value, I reached out. Bryan quickly responded and helped me schedule an appointment with Alex for the next morning. Visiting the Dealership: Upon arriving, we were greeted by Alex, who had already pulled the van up and set it up for us to test drive. He provided us with the Carfax report right away, which was a great touch. What stood out the most was that they allow customers to test drive without a sales rep, which was refreshing and made the experience feel more relaxed. The Negotiation Process: Negotiations were transparent and fair. I never felt pressured, and Alex was very upfront about the pricing, financing options, and any additional fees. They even valued our trade in higher than other competitors. What I particularly appreciated was that their sales team isn't commission-based, which made the whole process feel less sales-driven and more customer-focused. I walked away feeling confident and happy with both the price and interest rate that Alex was able to help us get. Finalizing the Purchase: Bryan helped us with the financing portion and the entire paperwork process was done electronically, which made everything incredibly efficient. Alex even had the van cleaned and detailed while we were negotiating, saving us time. Afterward, any remaining paperwork that required our signature was emailed to us, allowing us to e-sign with just a click--no need to revisit the dealership. After the Purchase: Even after we drove off the lot, the excellent service didn't stop. I received a thoughtful thank-you card and a follow-up text from both Alex and Bryan to ensure everything was going well. They even offered to help with any questions we had about the car--truly top-notch customer service. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience we've ever had, and we've been through a few. The staff at Citrus Motors was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and down-to-earth. The process was far smoother than we expected, and we're thrilled with our new vehicle. I highly recommend Alex & Bryan at Citrus Motors to anyone in the market for a new car (or used car like in our case). As a marketer myself, I also want to highlight how well Citrus Motors has executed its "citrus" orange branding--from the historic artwork in the dealership to the thank-you card and even the orange-shaped air freshener they place in your car. It's clear that their branding reflects the dealership's values and identity, which makes the entire experience even more memorable.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. Working with Steve Austin was honestly a great experience yeah, I even joked asking if he was Stone Cold lol but he turned out to be one of the most genuine people I've dealt with. Buying a premium truck like the Raptor was smooth and easy from start to finish. I had reached out to so many dealerships, even out of state, and none came close to the level of customer service and attention Steve, Justin (the GM), and Miguel in Finance gave me. Everything was done flawlessly. No pressure, no games, just straight professionalism and good vibes. This dealership has definitely earned my business for life. I can't say that about most of my other vehicle purchases, but these guys set the bar high.

Horrible service. Showed up just before 3pm for the Quick Lane oil change and am told it's too late and if they took it back now it wouldn't be done until tomorrow. What an absolute joke. What's the point of claiming to offer an in and out type of service and then turn people away and act like you have no idea what Quick Lane even is when it's plastered on the side of the building and your website that you offer it. Guy at the service bay was completely rude and acted like he was being bothered. If you can't do an oil change in under an hour and a half I truly question your ability to do actual serious repairs on a vehicle.

We drove 100 miles for the perfect truck, and we found it at Citrus Motors of Ontario. What we didn't expect to find was a no pressure, professional, and extremely helpful sales team. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this has to be the best experience I've had... ever. I started my deal online and met Vinnie. Throughout the entire process, he answered all my questions timely and honestly. On our arrival, Tony set up our test drive and, within the hour, was assisting us to sign and close our deal on a beautiful 2024 F450 Lariat. I'd absolutely recommend shopping for your new car or truck with Citrus Ford / Kia. They have a unique buisness model that sets them apart from the majority of industry. Shout out to the service team for assisting us in moving a very heavy 5th wheel hitch from our trade to our new ride, you are greatly appreciated.

This is how they retuned the van. No turning on, so dusty!

Very Disappointed with My Experience I financed a Transit Connect from Citrus Ford in Ontario in January of this year, and by July, the transmission failed. I took the van in for repairs and paid $1,800, but it still didn't work properly. Later, they picked it up from my home, and after three weeks I was told the transmission needed to be replaced -- at a cost of $8,700. I originally paid $13,999 for the van, so this repair cost is almost double the price of the vehicle. When I bought it, the salesperson even advised me not to purchase the guaranteed insurance, saying the van was a 2022 and "almost brand new." I spoke with the sales manager but received no support at all. The van was eventually dropped off at my home covered in dust and unable to start. This has been an extremely frustrating and unfair experience. I just want to warn future customers to be very careful when doing business with Ford Citrus in Ontario.

Went with my mom to buy a truck at Citrus Ford on Easter. We were helped by Joey and Tony. Both were wonderful and answered all the questions my mom had but Tony in particular was extremely helpful. Very kind and patient. Went over everything possible with my mom and never once made her feel rushed or like she asked dumb questions. She actually returned to this dealership specifically because of the kindness and professionalism Tony had shown her days before. Exceptional service all the way around from Citrus Ford!

When I arrived, I was asked whether I had a particular service advisor I wanted to work with. I said no, so someone came over and assisted me. I was only there for an oil change, but the process took a little longer than I expected. I arrived around 10:00 a.m. and left at approximately 11:30 a.m. (They didn't appear to be very busy for a Friday morning). I chose not to use a loaner vehicle and waited in the service area instead. During that time, no one checked in with me to provide an update, let me know when the service was nearly complete, or tell me that my vehicle was being washed. At the Lexus dealerships I previously visited in Colorado, the staff consistently kept me informed throughout the process. Even when I waited on-site, they would check in, explain what stage the service was in, and ask whether I had any questions. That level of communication and personal attention was missing here. Perhaps the dealership was short-staffed, busy, or simply operating differently, but the experience felt more like business as usual--quick and transactional, without much genuine connection. Nothing went wrong, but nothing particularly impressed me or stood out either. I expected a little more from a Lexus dealership based on my previous experiences.

It is interesting how responsive receptionists, service advisors, and the service supervisor was when it pertained to receiving payment from me for services conducted at their dealership, but not for my urgent concerns regarding my personal belongings. The lack of human decency and their lack of ability to do the right thing is a shame. I suppose I will now be taking my business elsewhere and will make a note of it within the car community. Thank you to the service supervisor (I will keep your name anonymous for now) for being responsive only when it benefited you. I spoke to multiple people in the service department, receptionists, and I left multiple messages and voicemails, but no response, no checking for me, no getting back to me. I highly doubt the rude receptionist and service advisors even bothered to check for me, and my personal service advisor who happened to be the supervisor also failed to respond to me. Due to the lack of response or consideration to return my personal belongings, I am here now writing a review for other customers to be warned. I will continue to inform throughout different platforms. No customer deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Failing to complete your service procedures and failing to assist customers with their concerns regarding stolen personal property is a disappointment. Thank you again for only responding when it pertained to taking advantage of your customers. I am dearly disappointed, but still hope Crown Lexus staff have a change of heart and decide to do the right thing and return my personal belongings. Use the lost and found as an excuse... I can't help but wonder.... If they've stolen the personal property of one person, what makes you think it was their first time? The lack of response from Crown Lexus only supports this. In the meantime, if someone chooses to reach out to me, I can provide pictures of what was stolen and what exactly was inside of it. I can provide details of the individuals who drove the vehicle. Also, I can provide details of all the people I spoke to and reached out too, as well as provide information your service staff was caught lying about. Please feel free to search my name in your database to reach out or I can drop by in person for a price of a windshield replacement. If you happen to stumble across my personal property, please feel free to priority mail it with all the items inside to the address provided in your database (it is not my address, but I promise it will reach me). I asked Guadelupe Salcedo to check which trim it actually was and the immediate response was S trim. I thanked them and told them I was looking for the additional safety features of the SE trim and the Carfax documents incorrectly stated it was a SE trim. Within 2 minutes Guadalupe Salcedo immediately responded it was indeed the SE trim that I was searching for. As I live over an hour away, I decided to end communication with a Car dealership that 1) Incorrectly lists vehicles on their website 2) Sales associates are in a rush to sell without fact checking ( I would have appreciated if they would have actually gone out to the lot and confirm the trim level ) 3) Obviously, I can no longer trust the sales associate and dropped any purchase illusions Less than two weeks later I receive a phone call from Guadalupe's co-worker asking if I was interested in the same vehicle but with sales price increase of over 1k. Thats right once the dealership saw their error they raised their price which is their own prerogative but attempted to sell the vehicle to the same customer that pointed out their original error. I was going to leave it alone but Guadalupe called me again yesterday.

Never introduced herself, I got her name from my receipt. According to my paperwork Jayden Yagin was my technician. I came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, and multi point inspection. As my tire pressure was low, the tire pressure light was on. I pointed this out to Vera and she said they would check all of my tire pressure sensors. My requested service was completed and car ready so I got into the car and started the engine and the tire pressure light was still on. I drove off, then decided to return, got out of the car and asked the service folks about the light. They told me I had to drive the car a little ways and the light would go off. I did this- drove around for 15 minutes and turned the car on and off twice. Light still on. So I went back and spoke with Vera who was completely apathetic. She was looking for "Hector" the technician (paperwork says Jayden) but Hector was gone.
