I needed a last minute pedicure and decided to stop in here and try something new. The place is nice, and very clean. I only had to wait about five minutes, so that was nice. The pedicure was honestly FANTASTIC. I got the citrus pedicure, which includes the pedicure, a soak in citrus salts and orange peels, a citrus scrub, massage, and hot towel wrap. It's honestly one of the better pedicures I've had because they really exfoliated, cleaned out my cuticles well, etc. I wasn't super impressed with the color selection, but everything else was great. I will definitely be back!

This is a good place but they are very pricey I went to get a dip and 3 waxes and kids also got 2 French manicure and it can out to 200$ also 2 of the kids got the French tips turned brown within 3 days

Daughter got her eyebrows and toes done. Super sweet staff, good service & the grand reopening special was just the cherry on top.

Wish I could rate a big fat ZERO!! Terrible ! Don't go! After all the critical conditioning and he was about to apply polish --I noticed several of my nails still had old polish on them. I said--you gotta get that old polish off cause I don't want the new polish on top of old polish. He said- you won't see it!! I said well I don't want it left on! So he poured acetone all over my clean/lotioned toes and roughly went over them with cotton ball.. then proceeded to polish. All the passing minutes my feet arch that had been roughed up, and my flesh that had been cut into was burning. He never rinsed prior to beginning my botched polish job! He also missed many parts of my nail polish, and rushed! I told him as he was hurting me, he rolled his eyes. My toes and feet arches is so sore! At the beginning of my ordeal-I told him my water was cold and he just added a little warm till it had soaked onto my towel that I propped my feet onto. This should have been my sign to get up and leave. It was never even warm. After about 30 seconds on my one heal, I asked him to please do my heals a little more cause they are still rough he just angrily grabbed the scratch pad once again and roughly sanded an additional 10 seconds on it. But as he passed it from my heal to the part below your toes he roughly passed it over my arch scratching it so bad it's was sore for 2 days. Should I also mention that while he's doing the bottom of my feet, he never assisted me in holding them up AT ALL....I'm 52 years old and have never had this much disrespect and horrible service in my life. I had read all the negative reviews before my visit, but decided to give them a try, I should have listened to most complaints.. never again. Please make a little trip down the road to somewhere on Garth Rd and find one that will not put you through the torment I am now having to write about !

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the final straw. I'm not usually one to complain because I understand everyone is human and mistakes happen, but this was by far the worst service I've ever received here. I initially requested my usual tech Mimi but more recently she has been staying busy and have had a few different techs these last few time. My pedicure tech started off well, and the foot massage in the beginning was honestly the only positive part of the experience. After that, things quickly went downhill. She would reposition my foot herself, then somehow end up pushing it and blame me for "moving," even when I wasn't moving at all. At one point, she kept readjusting my foot and lightly slapping it while saying, "No move," which felt rude and uncomfortable. While clipping my nails, she repeatedly tried wiping the clippers on the towel under my feet, but in doing so, she poked/stabbed my feet several times. Thankfully, she didn't fully break the skin, but it was still painful and concerning. When it came time to paint my toes, I watched her smudge the polish herself, yet she again blamed me for moving. I asked if she could fix it, which she did, but then she dropped the polish brush onto my pants and leg, leaving polish on both unknowingly to me, ensuring me that it was not on my skin or pants. She also smudged the same toe again during dropping the brushed, proceeded to look right at it, tapped my foot, and smiled without properly correcting it. The final part that really upset me was the massage. I had paid for a 5-minute massage, but she did it dry without using any lotion. When I asked if she would be using lotion like in my previous appointments, she simply said, "No, no worry." It was extremely tense and uncomfortable -- honestly the least relaxing massage I've ever had. To make matters worse, she started the massage around XX:50, realized around XX:51 that she hadn't set the timer, and then changed it from 5 minutes down to only 1 minute and 30 seconds, ending around XX:53. At that point, I was so frustrated and uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. I had somewhere to be afterward, which is why I got the pedicure in the first place, and once I left (changed clothing) my friend noticed there was still a very noticeable spot of dried polish on my leg from when the tech dropped the brush. I was honestly embarrassed and extremely disappointed. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a complaint about any service. I've always enjoyed coming here, which makes this even more disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this, because the level of care and professionalism I experienced today was unacceptable. I wasn't even able to get the tech's name.

However, the tech that did my nails when I showed her a piece of rough skin under my feet smaller than a mustard seed wear my Birkenstocks rub and she frowned up then I showed her the back of the heel and she frowned up again. I'm like lady you're in the wrong business and I still tipped her just rude, she didn't refuse my tip. Then she put me in the nail dryer and never saw her again. I believe I had this name confused with Plush Nails, however where do you go in Baytown without having to drive into the city. The nerve of these ungrateful people liking they're doing me a favor. The atmosphere It's mediocre. Thanks for letting me know that you didn't appreciate my business.
