I've had a lot of pedicures and this one was the worst ever. I think I have a newbie, I'm wondering if he's been trained professionally or is this a learn at home and put in a chair. He's made me bleed twice. The lady next to me just said ouch and now she's bleeding. What the heck! I've had a really long week at work and was looking forward to a relaxing quiet time. Instead, tense and bleeding and can't wait to get outta here. The massage wasn't one, but after you've hurt someone, he probably can't wait to get me out of the chair. I've been a customer at both Webster locations and have always received excellent service. Baytown needs some work. I really wanted to like this place because they did an awesome job on my first pedicure but my issue is what happened on my second visit. The guy was very inattentive and lacked basic customer service skills. He took a long, personal phone in the middle of what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. On top of that, I got charged an extra $5 more than the woman sitting next to me for my service when we received the same thing (deluxe pedicure with shellac). Wonderful place to get a pedicure! Ann is the best. I couldn't believe how many rude, demanding people walked in and made rude comments when there was a wait. We did have to wait 30 minutes as a walk-in, but it was worth it. The ladies working here were very polite and attentive. read more

The first time I visited this salon, I got the pink and white powder on my nails. My nails were beautiful and looked so natural! I loved the job "the wife" provided! Upon other attempts to return for a refill, the salon was closed during normal business hours. When I finally got in on an open day...I asked what days and hours they open and available, "the husband" laughed and never answered my question. The service he provided was rushed and and he literally talked me out of the service I went in for. The 3rd time I visited this salon, the customer service was so awful, I asked "the husband" where the wife was because she provided excellent service and I loved the job she did on my nails. "He" said that she was in Austin opening another salon. The salon was dirty and unkept. It's obvious that there is no pride or integrity displayed in caring for customers! PLEASE don't waste your money here! When you walk in, they are literally sleeping in the salon and have to be awakened to provide service! I needed a last minute pedicure and decided to stop in here and try something new. The place is nice, and very clean. I only had to wait about five minutes, so that was nice. The pedicure was honestly FANTASTIC. I got the citrus pedicure, which includes the pedicure, a soak in citrus salts and orange peels, a citrus scrub, massage, and hot towel wrap. It's honestly one of the better pedicures I've had because they really exfoliated, cleaned out my cuticles well, etc. I wasn't super impressed with the color selection, but everything else was great. I've gone to this nail salon twice and I am never coming back. Both times were for a pedicure. The first time was nice but I'm not sure if that had to due with the fact that I was with my friends and was chatting them up the whole time. The second time I went and one of the lady's at the front (who does manicures) kept asking me questions while I was speaking to the lady at the front desk about the services I wanted. I kindly responded back that I did not want a manicure and only came for a pedicure. She was rude and walked away frustrated. Once seated, the lady who was doing my pedicure cut my toe and waited till she was done to tell me. I felt it the second that she cut me but wanted to see how long she would take to tell me. My toe ended up infected and hurt for weeks. read more

I have been trying to find a new place for my pedicure, I was so glad I found this place. Linh was so amazing she was gentle and not once did she hurt my feet. I appreciated that she was considerate on my ticklish feet. I really loved the water with the citrus and flowers. Before I left I noticed the Coffee station that was an excellent touch. read more

Well... typically you go to a nail salon to relax get a manicure/pedicure after a long week of work or to just get ready to go out for the weekend and ideally have a good experience over all but it's quite difficult to do that when your nail technician is on her phone watching loud videos and smacking on her drink.. very unpleasant when trying to relax and enjoy a foot message not to mention her unfortunate attitude.. wouldn't go back even if my nail situation was a 911!! OVERALL UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT. Would give less than 1 star if I could. read more

I went back cuz my regular place is closed sundays. I paid $55 for a full set and the girl cut me! I had to ask her to wipe my cut down with alcohol before she proceeded.
