I got a full set which is $40 and my shaping (coffin) bumped it up to $45. Not a terrible price and it was pretty normal price compared to other salons in the area. The last time I got my nails done here, about one month ago, the job was atrocious. I asked for plain green stiletto nails. The lady at the desk told me we would have no problem doing them that way. She sent me to a man on one side of the salon. I let him know what I wanted and he politely explained that he wouldn't be able to do it, so he sent me to the other side to an older women. I told her what I wanted and she said she could do it. Throughout doing my nails she told me "these are too long, you are too young for these." I am 17 years old currently. I said "if it's a problem I can get a different shape and length if you're more comfortable that way?" And she said "no no no I can do it!" so she continued with the set. She kept calling over the lady who was at the desk and they kept whispering to one another about how long the nails were and how I shouldn't be getting them, they were very rude while whispering right in front of me. At the end of my set, I had acrylic stuck on my skin, specifically in my cuticle area, and I had a cut on my pointer finger on my right hand. I did not tip. read more

Don't waste your time or money! The main woman is rude and sarcastic. I called her the Vietnamese Regina George because, she gives you a compliment but rolls her eyes or talks about you in her language. We didn't want the cheese grater on our feet and she argued. I said my water was cold and she touched it and said "reeally??". Then the color my daughter picked she said "Oh! That's real bright" Beside the rude service they don't use the tub liners and fill up tubs with water and the blue stuff before having a customer so the water just sits there collecting bacteria. The write up on pedicures states you get a 7 minute massage..yeah right! No where close (we times it) and they left the mask caked all over my legs. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this salon to see if there would be a wait since it's the Friday of a holiday weekend and I planned on going on my hour long lunch break. I was told there were multiple nail techs available but there was a line for pedicures. I only needed a manicure so that was fine. After I drove 10 minutes to get there I was surprisingly disappointed to see that there were no nail techs available and I even waited for half an hour before I finally blew out. Obviously they just lied to me to get me into the store. I will NEVER make the mistake of coming here again. read more

I would recommend this place to anyone i know. I have been at different nail salon in Baytown and they always in rush to get my nail done and it has never came out the way i want it but i stopped by at this place one day to give them a try and this will be my new place to go. They have great customer service skill and i am pretty sure they will success in future. I have called them the day before Thanksgiving because I could not make it before they closed that day and they did open on Thanksgiving to do my mani/pedi. They are such a sweet people and i would come back to them for sure. read more
