It was towards the end of the year when I visited, and the place was decorated for fall There are all the classic coffee options, flavors, and some in-house specialties. A barista was explaining that many of the of the syrups are made in house and she provided a list of which ones. And as I perused the pastries I was handed a menu with a kind "can you believe we have even more"? The coffee came out very quickly, and the quality was spot on. Everything was great! They also carry some food in the line of bakery items and other light bites. Because it just opened their offerings may expand. With all the usual coffee options, Plush also has an array of soda offerings with typical and not-so-typical flavor combos. All that makes it a favorite of kids coming in with their parents and who also seem excited about the unusual vibe -- at least that's what I noticed in my short visit. The kiosk is a bit small, but in the few times I have tried it, I am always greeted quickly by some friendly baristas. When ordering, I tell the barista that I enjoy white chocolate mochas, but I like them stronger with the espresso, and less sweet. So, I add a shot (or two) and usually that ends up being perfect for me. However, Mountain Mudd is a different story. When I ordered a 20oz white chocolate mocha, I added two shots to make it a total of 4 shots. But after tasting it, I knew right away that they did 4 shots, but also doubled the white chocolate. Anyways- it's subpar coffee at beSt. The only reason I am rating 3 stars and not 1, is because the baristas are THAT nice.
