Is this just a rebranded Starbucks? Sure seems like it. I guess if you're a big Starbucks fan this will be fine for you. If you like more unique and personal coffee shops - and ones that care about other dietary requirements like gluten free, this place is just a bland corporate entity. The drinks are ok.

I come here every so often whenever I need a pick me up before work. The service is always amazing, especially from the barista Natalie! (I promise I'm not biased from the great name, haha). She's always extremely friendly and she just radiates positivity! Thank you Natalie and to the rest of the city brew crew for making me smile and making my lattes/chargers taste amazing. Love this location and the one on 7th, too! :)

Omgggggggg omggggggg omgggggggg I was so scared that my wife and I wouldn't find another good coffee shop like Dutch bros but we did!!!!! So so amazing so tasty and fresh! Did some research and found on city brew came from and established in Billing Montana! So it's nice to support locals! The service was amazing and wayyyy wayyyy friendly! Very welcoming and the atmosphere is the best with those Harry Potter style looking lights! I got the campfire chocolate blended and it's my favorite so far!

Dark roast coffee was appropriately strong on flavor and jack-me-up caffeination. Scone and pull apart monkey bread muffin were tasty. Monkey bread muffin was very tender in the texture department. Scone was generously large, albeit a touch dry so the coffee came in handy. But it's Tess, my barista du jour with her "5 stars ain't nearly enough" 1,000 megawatt bright shining personality & friendliness, who earns this location a max rating. She's the kind of sparkling personality you want to jump start your every morning.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker but it may be mostly because all I have to choose from are pretentious coffee shops both local and big box employees by airheads serving an average coffee at best; however I really like this chain!! I am now a regular to this name when in City Brew territory. I stopped at this location on my way out of town for the 406 Latte (307 if in WY) and a bite to eat. Lovely ham and cheese croissant. Croissant wA light and flaky, generous size for a breakfast sandwich and plentiful with ham. I'm taking my best friend and my dad (coffee fanatics) each a bag of the northern lights blend. Bagged coffee is comparable to big box specialty coffee shops but is a couple ounces more that most specialty ground or whole bean coffee brands weighing in at a full 16 ounces.

Super pleasant waitstaff at the drive thru. Perfect iced caramel macchiato, far better than any chain. A+! Will definitely return!

We only ended up getting three items: their celebrated huckleberry scone, a cinnamon roll, and an almond croissant. We really liked the scone, but that's probably more because we're big fans of huckleberries than anything about it being outstanding. The almond croissant was good, as was the roll, but they were both beyond flaky--too flaky--and crumbs and powdered sugar were flying everywhere. In hindsight, we wish we had gotten a savory item to round things out because, overall, nothing was bad but nothing was capital-G Great. The staff are super friendly and helpful, but there was no one bussing or cleaning tables, so everything was pretty unkempt. We think it's 3.5 stars, but we're rounding up because we really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place and can see ourselves coming back on future visits.

I asked the staff what sandwich they recommended and mentioned the Turkey & Avocado PLT ($13.50) was the most popular and their favorite. It was a good choice! We discovered Mavens Market because we were in search of brunch and the favorable reviews on Yelp brought us here. The four of us each ordered their own breakfast item. * Eggs & Ham $13 * Greek Goddess $13 * Avocado & Tomato Toast $13 x 2 First off, the bread they use for the sandwiches is so good and they do a superb job getting such a great toast on it. I tried both the Eggs & Ham and the Greek Goddess and they were both very tasty. (Each of my kids had their own Avocado & Tomato Toast, and they were not sharing nor did they have any leftovers.) It does take a little while for the sandwiches to be made, so don't come here if you're in a rush. (They also have a steady line up of orders coming in for pick up, so just be aware.) The great thing it that it gives you a chance to check out their cheese shop. We actually returned a few hours later to grab some lunch and got a couple of different sandwiches this time. *The Full Maven $13 *Grilled Mozzarella Panini $13 Again, both sandwiches were really good and traveled well. I actually saved half and reheated it on the pan the next day. It was still very good. The cheese shop next door is adorable. I love wandering through shops like these and would probably visit often if I lived in town. Since we were flying out in a few hours, I had to resist purchasing anything since we only brought carry-ons. I was very tempted though! But you can easily find anything and everything you would want for a charcuterie board, night out, picnic, etc. I could have easily filled a whole basket of yumminess to enjoy.

Several tables, elevated booths and an elaborate bar setup with a warm and very hustling staff. Hospitality is off-the-chart here and the Main St location is straight out of a cool mountain town set. We ordered the avocado toast and a simple plate of biscuits / sausage gravy. The avacado toast was stacked tall with guacamole, bacon, roasted grape tomatoes and an over easy egg. This was good but trying to eat it was a challenge due to size and ingredients. There was a small side green salad. The biscuit and sausage gravy was also stacked. You definitely get good value here as is evident with the families surrounding us. The gravy was almost overflowing the plate with a good uncious taste. The biscuit was dense, a bit dry and was just ok. The gravy was a home run. Jam is a great family breakfast option with the food almost over-flowing the plates. We ordered basic dishes from the appetizer menu and enjoyed them but not overwhelmed with taste. Even though I found it good, not great, I would encourage you to come here with a hearty appetite, and give them a try. NO ONE here is eating with a frown on their face and joint is jumping. JAM, I'll see you again on my next trip to a picturesque town on Bozeman, MT.

We went up & ordered right away. This (our 3rd stop in Montana) was the 1st place to hand us the 3 stamp card. We, not being from Montana, looked at it as if he'd handed us a random appendage from his body, no doubt. All we were trying to do was pay for our drink - ha. His explanation was "that's our tab, if you decide you want another, bring the card up." We tried to explain that we didn't want another. We were only having one & we'd like to pay. He told us to hold on to the card & pay after we were done. We went out back to the permanent food truck and ordered Kels kryptonite, the pretzel & a chicken & Belgian waffle w/ hot honey. It took about 20min. While we waited, we sipped our beer and flipped these cards over looking for clues... then we took to Google... then we spied on other people. Maybe we would have enjoyed the beer more if we knew what these cards were for and what the heck we were supposed to do with them! Fossil Fuel IPA scored a 3.25 from Kel n/a from me The Capone Oatmeal Stout a 3.5 from Kel 3.25 me Both on the average side with no major knocks or stand outs for features. The food was fresh & tasty - we wrapped up & went inside. We were asked for our cards, our book was stamped, we paid for 1 beer & went out still lost... At our NEXT stop, the barkeep explained that by Montana law, there's a 3 pour limit & a lot of larger places uses cards to track pours (aha!) & a strict 8pm cut off for taps - which we came waaay too close to!

We admittedly drove by twice before parking a goid ways away & walking around the block & up. The parking leaves much to be desired if you are looking for an open lot or close spot. We'd been in the car all day & were happy to get in a bit of a leg stretch, even parked a bit further than we needed to for that reason, as we had plenty of time at this stop. We went up to the counter & told the gal we were lost when it came to ciders & explained our wine preferences (dry) for reference. This seemed to work well & she was happy to pound out several samples for us to try before we committed. I chose the backyard blend, which, as the name implies, is a blend of several varieties from local backyards (how cool is that?) While Kel went with the flathead cherry which had cherries fermented with the apples, giving a nice vinegar-like-taste (in a good way, kind of like red cabbage, if I had to give a comparison) Anywho, we were VERY pleasantly surprised. There are foid options but we didn't try any. The seating space indoors & out was lovely!
