Took my daughters mustang in following an accident. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shop submitted a supplemental which went through pretty easily. Parts took a while to get there and probably could've been a little more communicative during that delay, but always knew the timeline when I called. Let me start by saying I really wanted to like City Collision. They were friendly, gave me peace of mind, and the other reviews were great. However, I feel -- was -- horribly mislead. I was told it would take 4 days and I would have a loaner car (the MAIN reason I chose them over less expensive options). Not only did it take three weeks, but the loaner car broke down after only a few days (around 100 miles -- I reset a trip odometer). They said one of the main reasons the job took so long because parts had to be ordered. Well, then how about you order the parts, let the customer know when ALL parts have arrived, and then you can begin work on the car. Do not keep the car in your garage for weeks unnecessarily when there are no other viable, inexpensive forms of transportation. I called them for days afterward to see what had happened to the loaner car. They had to send it to other shop. So, I gave up on that, but I kept calling about my car and was always told they would call me back with anything updates. They never did. In fact, they once had me on hold for 45 minutes. When repairs were finally completed on my car, I noticed a few flaws. Let me stress that I am by no means a car expect. Honestly, I do not care about buffing, waxing and whatever, but I can tell when there is a new scratch on a window, what seems to be glue on a new handle, and misaligned paneling. For the price tag, I expected to not notice anything. The job seemed rushed, which is odd since it took weeks. In sum, they are expensive, slow, do not communicate, clearly do not care about their customers, and, in my opinion, do not do a good enough job for the price tag. STEER CLEAR. read more

I would not recommend. They were referred to me by my lawyer and at first they seemed like they knew what they were doing. They offered to tow my car free of charge and arrange my rental. When I picked up my car they did not repair one of the main areas where they hit me and failed to repair other things that needed repair due to the accident. They stated that the adjuster from the other parties insurance did approve those repairs. My thing is why was I not notified of this before the repairs were started so I could have discussed this with the adjuster and they waited until I picked up my car to notify me. I think there was a lack of communication. They are the ones who are experienced and should have fought with the adjuster to get this repairs covered. I am now stuck with a car that was not repaired correctly. read more

City collision took 8 months on repairing my camaro because they had all the money up front. When finished they put the car back together on a bent subframe instead of calling my insurance and getting a supplement for a new frame. Now we're having to take the whole front end back off the car to do it right. When they had 8 months to get it right. The list is long on everything they messed up on as the hood and driver door is not even lining up anymore the car is sitting lopped side. It's just to much to list you know what you did and hopefully one day karma will bite you in the butt. They don't care about you or your car as long as they have your money. They constantly said sorry and it's our fault, but what does sorry do. Nothing. If your not going to make it right. And when I gave you a chance to make it right you did nothing. You handed it off to another shop and when I called to check on it Russell said it's not here anymore so it's out of our hands. Please save your time and don't take your car here. If you do, don't be naive like me and hand over the entire payment upfront. read more

Extremely honest and super nice staff! I had such a positive experience with their tow truck driver, Russell who drove all the way out to my home to tow my disabled car. After talking to me for bit, Russell asked if he could check to see if the battery was the problem. He quickly got it running and then offered to follow me up to O'Reilly's to get a new battery. The car died again on the way there, but Russell threw his caution lights on and got out while cars honked at me, etc. He jumped it again and then he stayed with me and my son (who has special needs) until my wife could come and meet us. Russell is an amazing worker with a heart of gold! He made a stressful situation so much better! He could have charged me for a tow, but he only asked for a service fee which was less than half that. Later, the manager Bryan called me to double check that everything went well, and he was extremely pleasant! *I have saved their number in my phone and I will be giving it out to everyone I know on social media! **Russell needs a raise! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I would steer clear of this place. I was promised to have my car in 5 days, and it ended up taking 15 days. I was left without a rental car or a loaner, and every day I was promised to have my car "tomorrow". Terrible communication and service. Find somewhere else to go. read more

I started out liking City Collision, thought everyone was courteous enough and seemed pretty organized. We followed City Collisions instructions of when to drop off, when to pick up car; they were working with insurance after my husband and I were hit. They arranged for enterprise car rental our pick up and drop off time, we merely showed up. Later we were charged by enterprise almost $200-come to find out, determined by the insurance companies, that city collision was in error. Made contact with owner who said he would fix it and then never heard from him again, even after we attempted many times to contact him. Very disappointing. Take ownership for your mistake, refund $ when it's obvious that it is your error. would not recommend and do not plan on ever returning. read more

UNBEATABLE SERVICE! Not only was my car fixed beyond my expectations, the staff was courteous, prompt and very friendly. Its a tricky business finding the right body shop, since many shops over charge and hit you with arbitrary fees, but not here! They mean what they say and much more. I had other repairs that needed specialists and they referred me to excellent shops who treated me equally well! Now, THATS service! If you car is in good hands, you don't have to worry about the quality of service, which is exactly what happened with me! TAKE YOUR CAR HERE for auto repairs! Well, City Collision in Arlington took two hours to arrive and when they were five minutes out the driver Doug called and spoke to my husband, who said he wanted to try a jump first before towing, to which Doug said "let me talk to dispatch because I only have you down for a tow." From the beginning we specifically requested a jump then possible tow with Farmers. Farmers indicated this is an exceptionally common request. Immediately after Doug hung up, the police walked up and said they were going to impound/tow our car and my husband called Doug literally within a minute of their conversation, telling him to just go ahead and complete the tow regardless of whether we legitimately asked for the jump first - I also text him multiple times (after he hung up on my husband twice), Doug then responded to my text telling me HE decided to cancel...Doug was super cool and stuck to his commitment to no show, leaving us stranded (with my 6 year old near a dangerous and crazy busy intersection) after a 2 hour wait with roadside assistance call through Farmers. Thankfully the police took pity on us and finally helped us push the car to a parking lot. Farmers roadside got someone else out right away, but it turned out we still needed the tow. Now y'all may ask us why didn't you jump your vehicle, but we were on a one way service road, had no jumper cables and I drive a hybrid so we also thought we were going to mess something up or cause an accident trying to get my car in a position to even jump the vehicle. The whole thing was crazy and a disappointing experience, and clearly this company stands behind their driver's inconsiderate and rude decision to leave a family stranded on a one way service road at 121 and Preston because they were POTENTIALLY not going to get the payoff they expected to get from Farmer's. read more

Took wrecked vehicle to City Collision Center in Arlington and paid a required portion for repairs. Agreed to pay the remainder once services was rendered. However, they never started the repairs or even ordered the parts. They lied to me constantly as I began following up on a regular basis. Finally, I asked for my vehicle and refund to only receive a portion of the refund. They promised to pay the rest in full and avoided me all day as I called and visited the shop to get refund. The professionalism and service sucks once you've paid your money. They're quick to take your money and do nothing. Then, very slow to refund your money. Never ever will I do business here or refer anyone. They suck!!! By the way, they don't deserve one star.....no way. read more

I took my truck there and they did an awesome job! I have a new truck and the insurance company only wanted to repair my hood, Bryan Davis handled the adjustments for the extra cost with my insurance company to replace my hood with a new one. I did not have to speak with my insurance company at all after the initial estimate . The ladies in the office were professional and kept me updated on the progress of my truck. Everyone there is professional and very outgoing . Besides the excellent customer service , the pride in their work showed with the attention to detail to my truck. I could tell they even wiped down the inside and put in an air freshener... which is not their job. I'm from a small town and this shop gave me that feeling , not like the other big name shops that have the fancy lobbies they have to pay for. You will not regret dealing with these guys . read more
