I arrived around 1:30 a.m. to find the front doors locked, but it was easy to use the phone outside to reach the front desk, and I was buzzed in within seconds. Quick, smooth, and reassuringly secure. The late night check-in process was hassle-free, which is exactly what you want after a long drive. The room itself felt freshly renovated, too. Everything looked, felt, and smelled clean, modern, and well maintained. It was also impressively spacious, with plenty of room to spread out, a comfortable bed, and a convenient in-room mini fridge (which, the older I get, is one of the best perks of staying at a Hampton Inn). The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is always a plus when you just want to unwind and watch YouTube videos before bed. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. I never really eat breakfast, but they had a small selection of hot (and ultra processed) breakfast foods like premade English muffin and egg sandwiches and sausage patties. I opted for a small container of strawberry yogurt. If you travel with a fur baby in tow, the hotel was very pet-friendly. I noticed that they even have a little doggie water bowl in the lobby, which is a thoughtful detail for anyone traveling with their four legged friends. I wish my cats liked to travel. Parking was free, plentiful, and well-lit, and the surrounding area felt very safe. The hotel is located in a suburban-style area near office parks and a mall, with tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I could see that being super convenient if you're staying longer than a night. The only downside is the price. I paid around $200 for one night, which feels a bit steep for the area. At least the quality of the room, the cleanliness, and the overall service made it feel (almost) worth it. I also loved that it's a completely non-smoking property, which really adds to the fresh, clean atmosphere. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained stopover hotel. It's perfect for road trippers, business travelers, or anyone needing a clean, safe place to recharge.

They told me that complimentary breakfast was included and there is coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. My room was accommodating with 2 queen beds, a desk and chair. The parking is ample and I was given directions on where to park to give as quick access to my room as possible. The front desk staff were absolutely charming at check in and check out. The room was very comfortable and allowed me to conduct an interview the next day. My stay was extended by a few hours to complete the interview. This is one of the few places we're the bed works well for those of us above 6ft, though it makes me wonder how someone with an invisible disability navigates this. This Inn has a kitchen, sofa, and desk. Please remember to leave pen and paper in the room if possible, and find a way to reduce the noise from the AC unit. Also, the office space downstairs is well Equipped and would work better if the work desk was adjustable. It was difficult for me to use it at the fixed height . I would happily stay here again and enjoy the amenities and comfort of this Inn.

She did everything she could to assist me night after night. She gave us change for the laundry, necessities we forgot from our apt having to leave so abruptly, parking passes. She did it all with a smile. I wish I got a picture of her. The hotel has a very clean workout room. We got a room with a full kitchen. It even had a dishwasher. Where things fell short were the other guests. They would attend daily breakfast unshowered and smelled bad. The service staff over all were pretty rude my entire week. I did not care for that. There was one older lady in the dining hall who was sweet however. I left notes for my housekeeper. She did make the beds neatly, however she took apart my shower and left it like that one time. Another she threw a soaking wet towel I used to step on in the shower to prevent athletes foot in the corner of the shower. I started ringing out the water after that and hanging it up. I still left her a tip and a gift. Also my last 3 days someone occupied next door and it stunk to high hell of curry. I had to clog my sink drains with the stoppers and put a towel under my front door. So the walls are thin. The pool was merky so my boys only swam once. Also homeless would sneak in and do laundry and be in the lobby drinking beer. One was escorted out by police one day. Parking was safe. Another girl who was at the front desk during the day always greeted us with a smile too but I did not catch her name. Overall the location couldn't be matched I was one Main Street over from my apt.

My experience here was decent, but would I stay here again? Probably not, and I'll explain why. First, parking was a breeze, and my check-in was fast and easy. Although, I wish the employees would have at least given me a run down on the hotel surroundings and what they offer here. I didn't know complimentary coffee was available, until after I returned from going out to buy some. I didn't walk through the lobby when I left, so I didn't see it until I returned. Also, it was my first time having to use a room key to enter the side doors of a hotel. I've never had to use a room key to enter a hotel before, could be for security reasons. Being from out of town, it would have been nice to know ahead of time at check-in that it was required to enter the side doors. The room itself was clean and the beds reasonably comfortable, but it definitely needs some repairs. The mini fridge wouldn't open properly. It was kind of slanted at an angle and made a loud buzzing sound at night. The sliding door to the bathroom seemed to be off track and had a big gap when closed. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep comfortably at night. When I asked the concierge about turning it off, he just said to unplug it. Overall, this hotel served it's purpose and the location seems to be safe. You don't have too drive far to get to restaurants or shopping centers. It made it very convenient. It's not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget, but just be aware your room may be outdated and need repairs.

I just wanted to say that this hotel is one of the best places I've ever stayed! Everyone who works here is so nice to me, my sister, brothers and my parents. It feels like a second home because the people really care about us and always make sure we're happy. One of my favorite things to do here is go swimming in the pool, every day all day and even at night! The pool is always clean and pretty blue, and it never smells weird or dirty. I want to say thank you to the maintenance and cleaning people like Jesus and Eddie for always keeping it nice so we can swim and have fun every day. After swimming, I like to grab a cup of hot chocolate to warm up--it's my favorite treat! They even remind me to be good and dry my feet before I go get hot chocolate and it helps me when Tiana does that because I won't get in trouble by my mom. The people who work in the kitchen are super kind, especially Ms. Makenly and Ms. Debbie make a variety of food like eggs, eggs with cheese, pancakes, French toast, sausage, breakfast sandwich, sandwiches with sausage biscuit that tastes better than McDonald's, and they have a full waffle bar where I can put blueberries or raisins or chocolate chip chips in my waffle waffles. It's a kids dream . They help us make our breakfast and even showed me and my sister Mya how to use the waffle maker (which is so cool!). When I didn't do it right they didn't correct me but just show me how to use it properly and even the tall guy with a beard. He looks like the dude who played in the movie jump the broom, but he watches everything, but he watches with a smile. He walks around and greats guest like he's a manager dude are very important. All the Joneses but especially me Malaya They always smile, ask how we're doing, and always have plenty Nutella when we want it. It makes breakfast feel like a fun little party! I also want to thank Ms. Vivi, the Assistant General Manager. She is so nice to me and my big brother, and she always talks to our family and makes us feel welcome. She always has pretty nails and dyes her hair all the time, but it always looks like grown and Teacher like, but she still pretty. She remembers our names and smiles every time she sees us. It's like she makes the whole hotel feel like one big family. The housekeeping team is amazing too--Ms. Lily, Ms. Eva, and Ms. Jasmine are always so nice to us! Sometimes they want to clean the room and we're in there and they'll wait a few minutes for us to finish playing or watching YouTube shorts and then we go out. And my bed is so warm and comfy when I come back in They make our beds so soft and comfortable, and our room always smells fresh and clean. Sometimes when we get chilly, Ms. Jasmine brings us a warm blanket, which feels so cozy. She always listens when we ask for something and treats us like we're important, even though we're just kids. Everyone here--from the front desk to the fix ur guy housekeeping, maintenance, and the kitchen, and important people with the offices behind the front desk--works so hard to make this hotel a fun and friendly place. I am going to miss staying here and hope we get to stay here again. I love staying here because everyone is so kind, helpful, smiles teaches me stuff or talks to me and my sister and welcome us every time we come back from school or from being gone Thank you Homewood Suites Rancho Cucamonga and professional actor look alike dude with a beard that's almost tall as my dad for making our stay so awesome! I forgot to mention that on Wednesday nights while the adults are mingling are doing adult stuff they let the kids have salad and soup and carrots and Other snacks that are so delicious.

First our room was on the second level and our view was of the hotel entry roof and drainage. The king bed was horribly uncomfortable. You could actually hear the springs pop back after rolling over. The sheets never stayed on the bed. It was the worst trying to sleep. Also, there were no lotions left, two toilet paper rolls with hardly any tissue left on them, and only three nose tissues left in its box. The conditioner was watered down and useless, but at least the bath soap smelled good. The a/c doesn't let you turn it down below 66 and it doesn't run all night. It got incredibly warm in the room most nights and I'm pretty certain never down to 66. The breakfast was lacking in quality and quantity. At 7:30 Saturday morning it was completely gone. Tuesday morning there were more options but everything was dry and tasteless. The pool on site is incredibly small and there is no spa. I definitely don't recommend this location for a great stay.

We had originally planned to stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, but due to the Garden Grove chemical spill and reports at the time of a possible explosion, we contacted the hotel to see whether our reservation could be rescheduled. We were fully aware of the hotel's policy and understood that rescheduling might not normally be permitted. After speaking with a supervisor named Alondra, we were told that given the circumstances, rescheduling our stay for a later date would not be a problem. Based on that assurance, we believed the matter had been resolved. However, after a week passed without receiving any confirmation, we called back and were informed that the hotel would not honor the arrangement that had previously been approved. Despite the commitment that was made to us, the hotel ultimately refused to follow through. The issue is not the policy itself--we understood the policy from the beginning. The issue is that we were given a clear commitment by hotel management and then later told something completely different. For that reason, prospective guests should be aware that our experience raised serious concerns about the hotel's reliability and integrity when it comes to honoring commitments made to customers.
