I spent my night here last night and I have to say. When I check in. The staff was super nice and friendly. The room I had was 231 and even though it was a little small and from the outside it has a motel appearance but overall a good day. The bed were comfy the pillows were just right. Even though your right by the 10 freeway the noise did not bother me. The breakfast was good your usual waffles, eggs, sausages, fruits, juice, bagels etc. My overall stay for one night was pretty good. Another hotel I will be adding to my list of hotels that I like.

Just like always everything was perfect and beautiful. All the employes went out of there way to make sure we were well taken care of. Loved the girl at the front desk kellia.

The staff are nice and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. But there are a few things that would make me think twice before staying at this Fairfield Inn again. Despite being very close to the airport, there is no hotel-provided shuttle. Also, the first floor rooms open directly to the parking lot. I prefer the security of interior hallways. On the plus side, the parking lot was well lit and I was able to park very close to the room so it was convenient to move luggage from and to the car.

Thank you for the hospitality & warmth of your staff! Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay so very much! came to a room from a long Day of volunteering it was a great treat to come in to a hand written welcome sign on the mirror as well as an animal made out of towels on the bed with a card & peanuts! VERY comfortable bed & wonderfully soft sheets! will stay there again for sure! I left a pair of very expensive turquoise earrings in the room! I called when I returned home and they had them waiting for me and are putting them in the mail right was away! Thank you thank you thank you

The staff was cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Our rom was nice and clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave that came in handy during our stay. The Breakfast was awesome as usual for this brand of Marriott I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks for the great stay!

We arrived pretty late at night at the hotel. A staff member was friendly and the room was nice. It was exactly as I expected. Two things that I was kind of bugged about was that the breakfast ended at 9. And there was a bunch of hair in the shower. The rest of it was nice and clean except for that.

I like this hotel, cozy and quiet in a nice office park private street. Anthony checked me in, it was super late, all went smooth and efficient. Good free breakfast in the morning, big TV with news going. Had eggs and made a pancake. Will stay again.

I arrived around 1:30 a.m. to find the front doors locked, but it was easy to use the phone outside to reach the front desk, and I was buzzed in within seconds. Quick, smooth, and reassuringly secure. The late night check-in process was hassle-free, which is exactly what you want after a long drive. The room itself felt freshly renovated, too. Everything looked, felt, and smelled clean, modern, and well maintained. It was also impressively spacious, with plenty of room to spread out, a comfortable bed, and a convenient in-room mini fridge (which, the older I get, is one of the best perks of staying at a Hampton Inn). The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is always a plus when you just want to unwind and watch YouTube videos before bed. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. I never really eat breakfast, but they had a small selection of hot (and ultra processed) breakfast foods like premade English muffin and egg sandwiches and sausage patties. I opted for a small container of strawberry yogurt. If you travel with a fur baby in tow, the hotel was very pet-friendly. I noticed that they even have a little doggie water bowl in the lobby, which is a thoughtful detail for anyone traveling with their four legged friends. I wish my cats liked to travel. Parking was free, plentiful, and well-lit, and the surrounding area felt very safe. The hotel is located in a suburban-style area near office parks and a mall, with tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I could see that being super convenient if you're staying longer than a night. The only downside is the price. I paid around $200 for one night, which feels a bit steep for the area. At least the quality of the room, the cleanliness, and the overall service made it feel (almost) worth it. I also loved that it's a completely non-smoking property, which really adds to the fresh, clean atmosphere. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained stopover hotel. It's perfect for road trippers, business travelers, or anyone needing a clean, safe place to recharge.

I wasn't the one who booked the room or handled all of that since I was one of the people who roomed for the convention. Rooms were spacious enough, especially with several cosplayers who have a lot of clothes, wigs, props, make up and the like. Staff was helpful when we could flag them down and get extra towels and amenities from them. This was also when the hotel was used as overflow for some of the convention's events such as, I think gaming, tabletop, and swap meet. Lighting was a bit dim when we went when it was mid day, but this may be to add to the mood. Lobby and pool area are used for cosplayer photoshoots and we luckily got parking since we checked in earlier on day 0 since it got super packed as the convention went forward. Overall not bad and definitely better than the Rachetson (when it was that) and when that arson happened at the Azure (stayed there that year...).

While there were some hiccups along the way - the front desk team showed care and empathy, and follow through - which is why I'm rating my experience as "five stars". To clarify - my experience and imo - the property - is five stars in its class. It doesn't mean its a five star hotel class (Intercontinental/Fairmont) - but it is five stars in its hotel category (mid-range). That said - onto the review! I was pleasantly greeted by Matt and Alyssa at check-in. My request I made via the Marriott Bonvoy app for a high floor/away from elevator was honored, and I had a nice placement closer to the Embassy Suites side (I didn't want to be close to the Haven St. side due to noise concerns). My room on the 4th floor was spacious! I'm happy they left the air conditioning on since Ontario/Socal was going through a nightmare heatwave this past weekend. As you can see from my photos - my King Suite had a lot of extra space - a couch, work desk, microwave/fridge/coffeemaker station. The TV wasn't working (no signal?), but it's nice to have a high tech monitor if you need to use it. Spacious bathroom, walk-in shower, but huge vanity with a closeup mirror. Tons of closet and storage space. Wifi was free since I booked directly through Marriott - and the connection was fast and solid my entire stay. There's a little market by the front desk with chips, snacks, drinks if you need - but there's also a Costco Business Center, Costco Gas, Starbucks and a yummy poke bowl spot across the street. Stater Bros is 10 minutes down the street, and the Panda Inn (predecessor to Panda Express) is also 10 minutes away from the hotel. The first issue that came up though as I was settling down for a quick nap after my stressful drive - there was a noticeable sound of water dripping. At first, I tried to ignore it. Yea that didn't work too well, as the noise didn't go away. So I went hunting for the source of this mysterious noise. Turned out, the AC was leaking! Specifically, the condensation was leaking. I get it - it's a heatwave, its a machine, it's going to break down at some point. So I went downstairs to the front desk to voice my concern... Alyssa listened with empathy, and after I showed her a short video I took of the leak - said she would get maintenance to take a look. I returned back to my hotel room - but on my way back - literally ran into Matt (the FDA that checked me in earlier) and Raul, the hotel's maintenance guru. They told me they were also on their way to take a look at my AC leak. Raul worked his magic, while Matt kept me company. The leak seem resolved after about 30 minutes after Raul applied a fix. I was pleasantly surprised. Rather than having to wait an unknown amount of time to get my AC leak looked at - I literally ran into the very people that were notified about my issue on my way back to my room! The thing about customer service issues - if you have a problem, bring it up to staff - and then (here's the important part) - give them a chance to fix it. Too many times, people are quick to complain because the fix isn't instant. Something like an AC leak is not going to resolve itself by someone pressing a button. Give the people who can help you a chance to remedy your concern. And be calm - don't take it out on them either. It's not their fault their machine broke in the middle of a heatwave. The rest of my stay was uneventful. The leak returned Sunday night - but Iuckily I had packed ear plugs, so just plugged my ears and went back to sleep. I didn't receive any service related issues - my room was still very comfortable with the strong AC during this heatwave. Complimentary breakfast was great. Water pressure and hot water was great. They have a pool and decent gym as well. Parking is $12/night - but this makes sense for a hotel that's across the street from Ontario Airport. Unlike some of the other hotels I've stayed at that are in the middle of nowhere, a parking fee does make sense here to ensure there's sufficient spots for hotel guests - not just air travelers trying to avoid paying for parking at the airport. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Alyssa, Matt, Elizabeth, Raul (maintenance), Carlota (housekeeping). If I ever find myself out in the Ontario airport area - I'll most likely book my stay here.

We had originally planned to stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, but due to the Garden Grove chemical spill and reports at the time of a possible explosion, we contacted the hotel to see whether our reservation could be rescheduled. We were fully aware of the hotel's policy and understood that rescheduling might not normally be permitted. After speaking with a supervisor named Alondra, we were told that given the circumstances, rescheduling our stay for a later date would not be a problem. Based on that assurance, we believed the matter had been resolved. However, after a week passed without receiving any confirmation, we called back and were informed that the hotel would not honor the arrangement that had previously been approved. Despite the commitment that was made to us, the hotel ultimately refused to follow through. The issue is not the policy itself--we understood the policy from the beginning. The issue is that we were given a clear commitment by hotel management and then later told something completely different. For that reason, prospective guests should be aware that our experience raised serious concerns about the hotel's reliability and integrity when it comes to honoring commitments made to customers.

I came in on a Wednesday. I believe it was after 1:30pm to see if I was able to check in early and I was. There were no lines and the lobby was clean and quiet. After I checked in, I double back to get my water that wasn't offered to me and I went up to my room on the third floor. Upon opening the door, the room smelled like it was freshly cleaned are the first thing I could see was a stain in the carpet, but it did look like they've been trying to get that spot up and it's been there for some time. As I step further in, I see two beds! My reservation was for a king. I went on the Hilton app into the chat to inform them of my reservation. I didn't want to touch anything because I wanted to room to be sanitized and cleaned for the next person. I stood in the entryway, waiting for the chat to respond and it took forever with no reply, so I pushed my enormous bags back down the hallway and could see the girl at the front desk. Just standing there while my chat was still unanswered. I told her my reservation was for a king and she told me it wasn't for a king; it's for two beds. I pulled up my email and showed it to her, then she told me they were sold out. I'm not happy at all. I asked if I was able to check any other Hilton brand locations to see if they had a king size bed available and she told me I was not able to do that because they do have other rooms, they are just not a king. Why didn't she even mention it to me while I was checking in? I pushed my enormous luggage back up to the third floor, pass all the crumbs in the hallway so I can get to work. While walking from the bathroom bathroom to the bedroom, I tripped over the raised carpet thank goodness the bed was there to break my fall. I set up my work at the desk area and see something white sprayed it all on the desk. Eeewwww this is where I would also be eating. Someone finally responds to my earlier chat from four or five hours prior that was never answered. I will post the conversation. The bed was pretty uncomfortable as I was being violated by a spring when I laid on my back. Fast forward to breakfast. I usually get down there at 6:30 AM so I can bring my food back up and get back to work because it's three hours ahead on East Coast. I ask the employee in the kitchen if I could have a tray to carry my food up (as I've always done at this hotel ). He went into the kitchen and took a while to come out and then he told me that all of the trays were dirty!!!! I stood there waiting for him to say something like I'll have one washed by the time you order your breakfast. (Crickets) I ordered an omelette with spinach, mushroom and sausage. There was no line, but he had two skillets going and he told me that he would let me know when my omelette was ready. I left a tip. I came back and it was under a heat lamp and he told me that was my omelette and pushed it towards me. I had to come back around and asked for a couple of sausage links. I had to make two trips down to the restaurant because they did not have a tray for me to carry up my food and my coffee and juice. When I did get my now cold breakfast and pop it in the microwave, I realized that this omelette had ham in it. This was not my omelette. At 10:20 AM housekeeping is knocking on my door that has "do not disturb" on the door knob. I stopped what I was doing in the bathroom to go to the door and she just says oh I'm sorry and walks into another unit!!!!! All I can think is please don't let my plane be late. I want to go home!!! I went downstairs and sat in the lobby where I could check out using the app and my stay was not even in the app anymore; so I had to go to the front desk and I showed it to her and she asked me if I called the number in the app. I said no ma'am I would like you to check me out and print a copy please. I took the old dated hotel shuttle to the airport. The driver was very sweet. This place is not for me. I probably have high blood pressure now. I won't be back and I mean it this time.
