Incredibly disappointed. when Sting Soccer Club merged with the club our child was already playing…read morefor, we decided to keep her in and embrace the change. we were in constant communication with coaches, local directors etc (Lincoln NE) and nobody bothered getting back to us about team formations. We literally asked at every practice and had several follow up emails that ended with "someone will get back to you" with no response.(this was for recreation/less competitive teams btw so it isn't like my kid missed a tryout or anything) I get things get messy with a merge but my last email wasn't even acknowledged. If that is how Sting operates, we have no choice but to find a different place for our kid to play.

Kate threatened my daughter with screaming at her if she continued to cough. My daughter spent the rest of her time there holding her breath in order to not cough and get an aggressive reaction from Kate. Today my daughter also decided to wear her pajama bottoms to class. Kate called her, a. 6 year old innocent child...poor and broke. What kind of person who is supposed to be trained to work with children behaves this way? Well apparently Kate and she is fully endorsed and supported by the owner, Rina Nicole Hale. I tried reaching out to her to get assurance that this would not happen to another child again and she simply ignored and blocked me. When my daughters let me know what happened I went back inside to withdraw them. Enough was enough. I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.

We have been very happy at the gym, and the reason we are here is because the gym came highly recommended by many others. Many of the local high school cheer team girls come here to be on competitive teams in addition to HS cheer teams. The coaches are all very kind, encouraging, and truly motivate the girls to succeed. I couldn't be happier with our choice of cheer club!

My daughter was stuck & bored at a chain gymnastic school, Aeriel brought the best of her! I love that they don't have frequent competition leotard changes, as they are pricey. They require parents to volunteer during meet, donate items for concession, & still pay for admission (I had to get used to this), but I think that's the standard for all gymnastic school.

For those who know me, I preached Kenpo. I was a 2nd Degree Brown Belt, and I was ready to test for…read more1st Degree at the time I was shelved. I just needed to polish my staff set. I had already stripe tested everything else. I put in dozens of hours volunteering. I was on payroll for a while as well, as an asisstant instructor in the sparring program. I *loved* sparring, and I *loved* teaching it. My constant gushing about Kenpo led several folks to either sign themselves or their children up. Last year I was diangosed with cancer and my doctors told me I needed to take a break. The owner told me to take care of myself and not to worry, they would be there for me when I was ready. Fast forward 9 months. My cancer was in remission and I was ready to return. When I reached out to the owner he told me he was excited to have me back, and told me I could come back at the "new member rate". I'll save you from a ton of math here, but the short of it is my kids and I attended for $391. This included unlimited classes, sparring, sticks, etc. The new rate would be $1200 a month for each of us to attend one class per week. When I expressed that this was out of my budget, he told me I could just end my daughter, and I could sit in the stands and "watch". At this point I reminded him that he had promised to hold my rate, and sent him screen shots of the conversation. I wasn't angry. I just wanted him to realize I wasn't asking for special treatment here. After 7 years of attending that school, when I was told I could return at that rate, I was shocked when he blew me off. At this point he basically just stopped responding to me. When i made a facebook post and tagged the the studio and explained what happened, he simply blocked me. His way of dealing with his lies is to block me and ignore me. After 7 years of considering that studio to be a part of my family. He is unhinged these days. He literally just posted about how one of the schools he workls with "doesn't understand him" because he told them he was going to put there account on hold due to low membership. They couldn't believe he would act this way after working with him for ovger 15 years, so they asked him to leave. All he cares about is money these days. Please stay away. This is not a place where you learn martial arts. This is a palce where you buy a belt, if you can afford it.

We have been here for almost 6 years and no matter how far away we move or if we change schools, doctors, etc. to be closer to where we live, we will make the drive to Power Kenpo!
