I would recommend no stars , no written quotes , not valid testing documents or reports to validate findings related to engine problems . Poor communication, lacks insight into how customers situation may be . Never called to find updates or concerns , work was not completed with paneling left undone inside car. My car was returned the next day for limp mode status upon driving hole . The car would stall and die in the middle of the road . Ofertes more repairs workout justification . Purely stated knowledge based on experience and non objectivity. I requested for a diagnostic assessment I was brushed off and told to wait or go home . Initial repair request was for an ignition cylinder repair installation. All verbal quotes given . Was quote 250 for labor. Mechanic reported that was unsuccessful in starting the car will consult som for electrical trouble shooting . On Tuesday night I picked up the car was billed for a locksmith service of 450 dollars on top of 250 labor fir mechanic . Now wants additional 400 for throttle body replacement. I did not approve nor consult the service of a locksmith but the cost was passed on to me . This is very disturbing buyer's beware. !!'! I espalda actually gone this place no star ! Pictures attached include the state of my car after I paid and retrieved the car for the first time . Unable to drive this car safely however mechanic is confortable with his decision to release this car for me to drive without correction unless I pay additional 400 dollars to fix a part I cannot justify without any diagnostic verification. read more

Just picked up my sons car. We needed the ignition replaced because it locked up and would not work. They came to my house, which is close, and looked at the car since they needed to see it before fixing and did not want to waist a AAA tow. Then fixed it and it was $300. They are honest, good guys. Had a small nail in my car and came here today to get it fixed. They were nice, fast, and did the job for $10!

My father dropped off our Honda CR-V here in order to get fixed since it was having engine problems. Within a few hours of dropping it off, the employees told us the car wasn't fixable and to pick it up immediately to "get it out of the way". While picking it up, both the older employee and younger employee were so rude to my brother and I. The car no longer ran properly and was clearly not in a safe condition to drive, yet the workers insisted that we drove it home rather than call a tow truck. The workers told us in order to drive it, we had to have one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake. This is extremely dangerous and if we had chosen to drive the car, it would've stalled in the middle of busy roads on a Saturday. When our car needed to be moved out of the lot for the tow truck to access it, another employee came out while FaceTiming on his cell phone, rudely grabbed the car keys from my brothers hand (without asking and while still on the phone) and drove the car onto the street WHILE STILL FACETIMING. This whole ordeal was illegal. I recommend taking your car anywhere but here, because they clearly don't take their business practices seriously. If I could give them 0 stars, I gladly would. read more

We come here for our auto repair. Hai is completely honest and does good work. He also does not overcharge. We had a well respected shop in Morgan Hill (shall remain nameless but is a 5 star shop on Yelp) look at our 99 Saturn. It has run out of oil and would not start so we had it towed to the MH shop. The Morgan Hill shop told us the engine was toast. We should throw the car away basically since it wasn't worth as much as a new engine would cost. We had it towed back to Hai and within 1 day he had it running for under $300. He changed the oil, plugs, new battery and I can't remember what all. That was over 3 years ago and we're still driving it. He is always courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely 5 star service here! read more

There's been 3 times before work where I have stopped here and none of the pumps for gas were working. I live nearby so this place would be convenient but it never has service! They don't have signs either so I catch myself trying to pump gas and then realize it's not working. I skip this gas station now because it's a let down. I hope they step their game up. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!! Utterly incompetent. For a new fuel pump would have been $1500; just the part, labor another $500. Else where $600 p/l. They did $600 worth of damage to find out the fuel pump broke. No stars. read more

These guys went WELL beyond the call of duty -- on Christmas Eve afternoon!! My car lost its water pump, I pulled into here on a whim and they got me fixed by 6pm that night. Price seemed reasonable, they first spent quite a while diagnosing the problem and then told me what they suspected was the problem. I was stuck, and they had my business no matter what, but instead of letting me sit and rot for 2 days they worked very hard to get me fixed, and never once tried to up-sell me or make me feel that I had to just give in to what they said. read more
