The previous establishment here was a very bad shop called Precision Auto which has been gone now for a long time. I have been taking my cars and trucks to them for 5 years. Allan and Letti are really great people they are very honest and trustworthy, they actually have a passion for working on cars which is very hard to find nowadays. They have helped me with oil changes, brake changes, A/C charge, alignment, mounting and balancing tires and wheels, and so on. Epic Auto Repair also works on classic cars as well.

Unlike dishonest repair shop owners who take advantage of the elderly & women (I happen to be both) who don't know much about cars, what's really needed and what the repairs should cost, 'Country Automotive' has been extremely honest with me from day 1 about my car's needs & ONLY did what needed to be done ... they told me no lies for trying to get me to spend more money on things that I did not need to have serviced or replaced. They explained everything to me in a way that was very easy for me to understand and were very patient with me in SO many ways. GM Khaled couldnt meet me face to face throughout 2 days I went in to get my car appraised and then came back next day with title in hand but they wanted to offer instant cash offer on kbb 1k when I explicitly asked their offsite assistant manager via text to confirm price of sale with their GM and they wont change price on me when I walk in. When I got there, the GM sent out his onsite assistant to tell me 1k no 6k or the value of 5840 they appraised on my car. If Khalid came out to talk to me and looked at me face to face and said 1k kbb trade in value is best we can do for instant cash offer, I would've respectfully said no and walked out even after I was told price of 5840-6k ( "NEVER LOWER THAN APPRAISAL CAR VALUE" (confirmed by offsite manager over phone call)) wouldnt change on me when I walk in. I had called back a few times to ask a couple questions between my car being dropped off and picked up and both employees (Sabrina and another Male) were happy to answer my questions.
