I said I had done it right here (same TownHall) on a Friday morning not long ago. They didn't seem to care, or "let me check with a manager" or anything, just 'nah.' I ended up getting something I didn't want (hamburger), which was like "oh well." At this point I'm just trying to have a good time, enjoy the coffee at least, have a sunny day .. I tried to ask about the breakfast thing once more on the way out, but they weren't helpful. Just, "Saturdays and Sundays." Oh, and a fun bonus, somehow it all cost ten dollars more than the breakfasts I had been enjoying (about $30 vs $20).

Both times we went, we showed up soon after they opened when there were very few other customers present, so we received exceptional service both times, and the atmosphere was fantastic. However, it's the quality and flavor of the food that makes us the most eager to return. Here are my thoughts on the foods we've tried so far: Whipped feta 10/10 (or can I give it 11/10?) - We got this both times we went and plan to continue to get it every time we return. The naan that comes with it is unbelievably delicious on its own, but then it's combined with whipped feta that would probably seem overpowering, except that all the overpowering flavor is so delicious, it makes you feel like you got smashed under a 10-ton block of pure delight. This might be my new favorite food of all time. Spicy hummus with lamb shank 10/10 - This was also full of flavor and kick. Even though I like the whipped feta better, I'm still giving it 10 points out of 10 because I would have been shocked by how good it was had it not been for first trying the whipped feta. Broccolini 10/10 - It looks like a vegetable, and it is a vegetable, but it sure didn't taste like a vegetable! This was also packed with delicious flavor. I thought it tasted more like some expensive shrimp dinner than broccolini. It's rare to find healthy food that tastes this good! Wagyu dumpling 9/10 - These are excellent, but I'm giving it only 9 points because they didn't exceed my expectations as well as the other dishes above. Heirloom & feta salad 7/10 - It's definitely better than your average salad, but it didn't leave nearly as much of an impression on us as the other dishes above. Smashburger 3/10 - This was the only thing we weren't impressed by, maybe because we aren't huge fans of the flavor of grass-fed beef or kimchi. I still gave it 3 points because it was cooked/prepared very nicely, but I would personally enjoy a regular, cheap burger over this one.

I always end up ordering them no matter what else I get. Also have to mention their patio because it's such a good vibe when it's warm out. Despite cancelling within that timeframe, I was charged the full amount due to a "special event" policy--something that was not made sufficiently clear at the time of booking. I immediately contacted Marriott International customer service. While the representative was helpful and opened a case, I was told the hotel would follow up within five business days regarding a refund. That follow-up never happened. After two weeks with no communication, I contacted Marriott again and was informed that the hotel refused to issue a refund and would reach out directly. Once again, no one from the hotel ever contacted me. To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked the night of my reservation, meaning the room was re-rented while I was still charged in full. Keeping my payment under these circumstances is not just disappointing--it reflects extremely poor business practices. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to resolve a reasonable concern is unacceptable. I will not stay here in the future and will be discouraging others from doing so as well.
