We went early so it was empty, which allowed for a good look around. Krissy greeted us and was very friendly and helped serving us as well. She is very sweet and friendly. Allie also helped take of our table and was attentive and kind. Big thumbs up for the service. I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant, classy and elegant. Now to the most important...the food. The crab cakes weee excellent! The best I have had in a while. The coconut shrimp was very tasty as well. My dirty martini was excellent! My prime ribeye was tender and cooked to perfection, and was very flavorful. The other dishes at the table were equally as good...the Steak Frites and Salmon. Tasted the Salmon and loved it. Wanted desert but was just too full!! Not cheap, but great service and food! Great for nice date night too!

For our third visit, enjoyed the monster bone- in pork chop. Great flavor from the mustard topping, I'll be at a little spicy. Crabcake has been a little different each time, but was still solid. Still love(!) the spicy collard greens. That has not changed. Drink menu is solid. Service was great, even on a Monday night as we celebrated our anniversary. They are creeping toward that elusive fifth star. Keep up the good work.

When country comes into town and mixes with refined dining a new category of food called country chic dinning is created. High prices, low flavor, rustic atmosphere, left me with a stale taste in my mouth. I've visited true fine dining restaurant and prices weren't this high. A 25.00 burger. A 30 + dollar chicken that had no sides and was found to be blood red meat near the bone. What are we doing! Having high prices with low quality... thats not fine dining; but let's called a spade a spade. Just because butter is a yellow golden color we don't classify it as pure gold. This place is not made for city people like me but for country people who want a "fine dining experience" that simulates a city feel. It's like going into a barn with low lighting where they serve steaks and then paying high prices because it's classified as fine dining! Now I don't want to go on about how this country restaurant turned fine dining is truly still a country diner in food and quality but getting to the food: I requested a well done hamburger. It came out raw. The outsides were cook but the inside was raw. I had to use a flashlight to see it. Something tasted off. I'm not accustomed to eating blood with my meat. I had the fries with the burger. The fries were too salty. I shared with my friend and she agreed it was super salty. The server brought out new ones. Let's get this straight: at a fine dining restaurant you're not just paying for food or atmosphere--you're paying for quality in the food and management that oversees and controls the quality. If the cooking staff is made up of cheap labor and they are expected to product high quality food; there needs to be someone managing the quality of food being produced. Or if the chef needs to go back to being sous chef, quality must be controlled at all times. Over salted fries, undercooked burger is a rookie mistake of a fine dining restaurant unless it's cosplaying as fine dining (but is truly just country cooked food with a high price rate made by low paid employees who probably don't care about the output of what people eat.) My friend ordered the chicken. It came out tender as if it was sous vide. Extremely soft rather than tender. The sauce tasted like wine. The wine was undercooked and overpowered the chicken. As with all Oklahoma restaurants, the dining staff were supportive and apologetic for the food service. My first impression here will be the last impression.

Interesting experience here. This restaurant used to be city hall hence the name. There's actually a private room in the back which used to be a vault thus some cool history there. It had the right vibes all around. We had a wide range of dishes recently at this establishment. The appetizers were delicious. Some notable ones: crudo (Japanese thinly sliced raw fish) - awesome! The bacon was phenomenal. The spinach and artichoke dip was really good as well. I actually likes the chips by itself! The crab mound was good - a bit too salty for my taste, but meaty! Next comes the disappointment...the prime ribeye. Why? Various reasons. First, it was under salted and I asked for salt, which was embarrassing. I even like less salt than the average person! I've never asked for salt at a steakhouse. It's possible they under salt the steaks because you can order the various butter toppings, but that's kind of ridiculous if true. For the nerds out there, less salt = not breaking down the protein correctly = slightly chewy. Second, I wish the plate was hot because the steak was lukewarm when it arrived. For a premium price, I expected better. This steak was not even comparable to a chain steakhouse. I'm sorry, this was a huge miss. The Chilean sea bass was actually good although it's hard to mess that up. The sides like Mac and cheese, potatoes, asparagus and collards were decent. Nothing to brag about. Desserts were just ok. Strawberry ice cream cake could be thawed a little more, but it tasted decent. The chocolate was huge but slightly dry. Overall, the only course I enjoyed were the appetizers. I would never get steaks here unless they improve by a lot. For the high dollar cost, I'd rather take my money elsewhere. I would say the service was great so thank you to the servers.

Fine dining has arrived in Jenks! My wife and I choose to dine at City Hall Steakhouse for our anniversary. We were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and met the general and front-of-house managers. We were escorted to our table, and our server was introduced. To begin, we ordered a few beverages and an appetizer of oysters. The oysters were tasty, but they were small. We ordered the fresh catch of the day, filet mignon, cheesy au gratin potatoes, and creamed spinach. While waiting for dinner, the restaurant played soft music, which allowed us to enjoy a conversation. We also saw a dessert being delivered to another table and were impressed with the serving size of the cake. Our food arrived, and it did not disappoint. The filet was cooked perfectly, and my wife enjoyed her fish. Both sides were delicious, and the serving was perfect for two. The chef came by the table to inquire about our dinner. He sincerely sought feedback about what we liked or didn't like. We suggested adding a carrot cake to the menu, and he was receptive. We ordered a cheesecake for dessert, and it was enormous. We ended up taking it home to savor later. Our experience was excellent at the City Hall Steakhouse, and we highly recommend them to everyone!!

City Hall came recommended by a colleague. My husband and I had our date night here. We started with the crab cake. It is very crab heavy, less cake. It has a delicious sauce and a small salad. Next we shared the wedge salad. It was excellent and had a great price of $10. Then, my husband had the white fish with the spicy collard greens. I had the steak frites which is paired you asparagus & fries. I upgraded to truffle fries and it was well worth it. We ended up with a ton of leftovers. Service was good but I would expect better from a fine dining establishment. I loved the furniture and decor but the restaurant was so loud. It was NOT romantic or intimate. The noise level made it feel like we were eating in a sports bar.

We went to City Hall for my husband's birthday, and it was a great choice. The service started out a little rocky, with large gaps of time between our server visiting our table, but she recovered and was great. The food was exceptional! The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the sides were delicious. It's a great vibe for a special occasion, and I'll definitely visit again.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars! We loved the service, ambiance, & the wine! The a-gratin potatoes were the best I've had. The collard greens had a bit too much balsamic vinegar. The bacon and crab chowder was ridiculously good. Our steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection but it seemed like half of my bites had that hard, chewy stuff you'd usually not eat that but if you can't see it and it's on your mouth what do you do?!... if it weren't for that it would be 5 stars. We will definitely back. They're doing a great job and I'm so glad they are in DT Jenks America!

mixed experience here. The food was decent, though not worth the high prices in my opinion. Large portions but basic flavors and preparation. The atmosphere was cool and service was attentive. Overall, it's the kind of place where you'd expect something extraordinary, but instead, get an average dining experience with a premium cost.

Came here to celebrate my birthday! It's such a cute place. The staff are amazing - I ordered a filet, which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. My guy had the prime strip - it was OK. We also ordered the fries - which weren't bad, but they weren't good either. We also ordered a piece of carrot cake - which is four layers! It can be shared with two or three people. One a scale of 1-10, we give this place a 7.2! Definitely a place to check out for date night.

Food was incredible . Crab cake lived up to its reputation . The greenery that came with it and had the same dressing , very good. My wife had a small filet with bearnaise . She said the bearnaise was probably the best she had ever had. I had the spicy rigatoni ....incredible . Cocktails were excellent .Ceci was our server. Very knowledgeable and timed the courses perfectly . Sunday evening was very quiet so very low key. Great experience . Will be back !

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.

You could tell right away that the service was top notch (thank you Blaze and Blake) and it persisted throughout the meal. For example, they knew we were celebrating my birthday and already had a birthday card on the table and they also delighted us with a small gift - very thoughtful. We ordered a couple of things to share: fried calamari, roasted beets, baked potato, mushroom risotto and a prime ribeye. The fried calamari was good and the mango sauce that accompanied it, elevated it to another level. The roasted beets were delicious with the goat cheese and sauce. The fully loaded baked spud was good, but nothing special. The risotto was decent, but we did think it was slightly heavy on the salt and I think it's because they salted in the risotto and also the cheese on top also added additional salt as well, so just a heads up. I typically order my ribeye medium rare and wow, it was absolutely perfect. It was seasoned very well and the meat was tender and juicy. 10/10. I also had an old fashioned on the side, which was very good as well. The other thing I wanted to mention was that the GM walked around and made sure all the patrons were having a great experience, which is something you do not see often and I highly appreciated that. We will return for sure.

We ordered drinks (Moscow Mule and Sapphire and Tonic), Shrimp Cocktail, and I got the Lobster Bisque. Drinks were great, shrimp cocktail was delicious (the fresh shaved horseradish was great! Reminded me of St Elmo Steakhouse in Indianapolis), and the lobster bisque was very good. We ended up both ordering the Filet since they were out of the NY Strip. We got the Sautéed Button Mushrooms and Chive Whipped Potatoes on the side. Steaks came out, both had a significant grey band, ordered medium rare but these were on the medium side. Pretty good sear, the best bites were the pink center. The Button Mushrooms were very good! Meaty and dense with great flavor. Chive Whipped Potatoes came out at room temp, the first scoop we got was fine, after that they were pretty cold. We saw our waiter 2 times once our meal came out. She had another table behind us that was being obnoxious, so I understand. We waited another 15 minutes until another waiter showed up to pick up our plates and go over the desert menu. We got a cake to go and paid the bill. No bags to take your boxes out with. Ambiance was a weird mix. We dressed nice, there were a few tables similar. There was a couple at a table near us, the man was wearing a hat that just said "F*CK" on it. We also got to see his underwear when he was constantly getting up and dropping his napkin in the walkway. We had a hard time figuring out what the mood was. Other tables were served their silverware (steak knife/soup spoons) off a platter, while ours came in our waiters hand. 6/10 feels accurate of our experience. Maybe because we had to wait until the day after Valentines. Not the complete experience either of us were expecting for the cost of the meal
