They are not only very family oriented and kind, they really listen to what you want done. They are great on every aspect of manicures and pedicures. I would give them higher than five stars if I could. I have been going there for over fifteen years. Last year I brought my ninety five year old mom in to get the first pedicure she's ever receive. So been coming here for a good 2 years zero problems usually give me what I want. Today requested this design below (Ombré with a darker color). The way the guy was doing the Ombré was differen from how I usually get it done. I was a walk-in for 3 pedicures and a full set and they sat me and my girls immediately. They were very patient with my daughters and did an excellent job. They did my full set and pedicure separate which I prefer. My nail tech was very observant and my nails came out better than I expected given how short my natural nails are. My feet needed serious help and that nail tech was a miracle worker. She even did a powder overlay to fix toenails I over trimmed. I will be returning! read more

Went in as a walk in, they took me instantly and I noticed it wasn't clean but went for it anyway. Took around 2 hours and my nails looked super nice! She charged $120 which was ridiculous but I payed and left happy anyway. One week later and ALL my nails were lifting and I had to re glue them down myself since they costs way too much to remove after ONE week.. after 2 weeks they are just trash. Highly recommend Danny here! He was friendly and detailed. I had him take off my acrylics and do a gel manicure and pedicure. He took his time and shaped my nails and toes beautifully. Good find in Hemet, they're pricey but they have a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from. Su did my acrylics the first time and did a great job, Lynn did my refill afterwards and she also did a good job. Lynn did a 3D design on my nails this time and they look cute. Both times I let Su and Lynn choose my color, I gave them options and a feel of what I wanted and then I left it upto them to pick the right color for me and both times it was spot on! Small place, lots of workers, not the cleanest of all places but the work here is good. They all talked to me too which is always a plus. read more

My mother and I came in yesterday. My mother wanted to get acrylic nails and I just wanted mine to be painted. It didn't take long before they attended us. When the lady ask me what I wanted I told her that I wanted my nails to just be painted with some cute design. I had a pic of what I wanted and show it to her and she said ok. So once my nails were done with a solid color I ask her when will she put the design on my nails. She look at me with a weird face and told me it would cost extra. I was piss and told her fine how much and she went to another lady that was doing my mom nails and said that they can't do it because I need to get acrylic nails. I was mad and told them to forget it so when I was waiting for my mom nails to be done she told me they were uneven and not shape right plus the color she ask for look alike to the one she wanted. So I just paid them (with no tip) and left. This was the worst $32 dollars I spend here and was not worth it. What's even worse both of our nails paint were coming off. But that wasn't what made me feel very upset with the service, I became upset when Ms.Su (if that's even her real name) came over to do my French tips for my pedi. Don't expect OPI, Essie, or China Glaze products...they don't carry them. Good thing I always remember to pack my own polishes.
