This client booked an appointment in advance with clear instructions on who would be wanting the service and what they wanted. This wasted time, and honestly was very insulting to the client. I think this would be worse for a trans customer and can't imagine how demoralizing that could be. Take your business to a nail salon that actually treats its clients with respect.
