Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. This nail salon is HORRIBLE. I don't know the guys name but he took about an hour and a half to just "file" and apply acrylic.. I put file on quotes because he barely even file them and took too long for them to NOT EVEN BE STRAIGHT or matching for that matter. I chose a color, tried it on but they had just ran out, tried another color, then the lady sitting by the phone didn't even fill up my nail completely, just half way. So I asked her why didn't she filled up all he way and she rudely raised her hand to my face and told me to wait. So I just told her to take the nail polish off and to charge me for the poor work they did.. and once I said that she started speaking her language super loud and aggressively to her other co-workers which I'm pretty sure she was talking bad about me... Worse place ever, never going back...... If I could put No Starts I would but I can't.. read more

First of all I'm deaf so I can't hear very well or be able to lips read because of the masks. The lady was speaking to me. And I couldn't understand her so I pulled out my phone to type on note to communicate and she straight up told me I need to practice speaking and listening. I couldn't Be more offended. It's just preference. I also got my eyebrows waxed. There's a small room right are the beginning of the hallway that is overcrowded for its size but serves its purpose. She was quick and efficient with my eyebrows. No complaints. The general feel of the place of slightly crowded because they have a lot of stations and pedicure chairs. The staff that didn't have clients were just scattered around doing their own thing. It seems like a nice place. Calm. I would go back if I needed to in a pinch and my regular person isn't available.

It ended up taking about 20 minutes, and then another eyebrow client was taken as well. After being there for around 40 minutes with my pedicure still not started, I canceled my other appointment for the evening and asked her to take whoever she needed so she wouldn't feel rushed with me. The technician was kind, and I tried to stay calm and make the best of it, but the pedicure itself felt rushed. My feet weren't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked, and there was a small cut that caused bleeding toward the end. On the positive side, my toes did come out really beautiful. The service was $30, which is very affordable, and I do think you get what you pay for. While I appreciated the friendliness, the overall experience wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. I would like to come back but I most likely won't be back.
