Life Saver! We were actually locked from the inside and part of the lock's brass was broken and stuck in the door. We called City One Locksmith around 9:00pm and Mike came within 20 minutes. He was very quick and knowledgable. He was able to fix the door the same night. He had to come back since he had ordered a few parts for repair (which were discontinued). Mike did a great job re-keying our new house. The day of the close, we made an appointment with Mike for the next day. Originally he was only able to make an appointment for the afternoon. The day of the appointment he called in the morning and let us know he was able to move things around so he could come over in the morning, which was our preference. I am totally satisfied and happy with how Mike handled the issues that had complicated what would have been a simple change out. I called and sent pictures of the new and current locks on Wednesday 3/23/22. Mike said he would arrive between 3-4pm. Robert arrived at 3:08pm. Very polite, friendly and enthusiastic. So they arrived exactly when they said they would however because of the thickness of the gates the new keyless locks could not be secured with the standard screws they came with. So Mike asked me if he could come out first thing in the morning with longer custom screws. He asked what time I preferred, I said 10:15am -10:30am. Mike was here at 10:15am. City One Locksmith is awesome! I broke my key off in the main door to my office this morning and I couldn't get the broken piece out. I gave City One a call and they showed up in less than 5 minutes!! The gentleman had his mask on and was able to remove the broken piece in a few minutes.
