Hiring Andy is probably one of the worst decisions I'd ever made. The guy is deceiving, plays the cool guy but lacks professionalism and pride in his work. I hired Andy to repaint the entire home, and he gave me a 5-7 days completion estimate. I had another significant project going at the time of a room conversion, which it was the first childish interaction with Andy. He did not agreed with having other contractors working in the home, and quickly his attention went on what the other contractor was doing. He completely disappeared and did not supervised his workers work. He did not assure his workers were properly prepping the paint sites. He did not communicated basic paint practices such as sanding or priming semi glossy paint already in the walls. The result of this is the peeling of the paint jobs he did and the shadowing of the former paint color. For trying to disrupt another project to to hide his cut corner process, he ended up providing with a very poor job that wasn't completed in the other areas. He threw a few tantrums, and even put a lien noticed in my property. He was paid in full for the job he performed after providing a warranty for his job. Fast forward a few visits to correct his poor crappy job, he had come making remarks out of hand and even threaten my wife with legal action. If you do hire him because he's "friend" of everybody on your social media and has 5 stars (don't know how) reviews, go for it, now you have the signs. read more

But he always got back to me when I reached out to him. His team showed up every day on time and hustled! They started on Monday, and finished by Thursday afternoon. Team was very professional during our 1st day and on. They made sure at the end of every day they cleaned up. They always confirmed areas verbally they needed to be done a certain way. I enjoy the stucco repairs needed (hairline cracks. Open areas, around door frames, garage door, etc), they nicely caulked areas needed by water faucets, trims, etc. Consistent paint all over the house. Quality paint we used was a bit more but we got it. Tips to do prior: Move all plants if possible away from the house. I moved my that were in pots. Move all patio furniture away from the house, or keep it in the garage. Keep windows closed so they can work during the time needed. Remove any patio lights, side, front so they have room to work. Remove door knob and locks. Doors will get painted amazing. Remove all things attached to house, welcome signs, plants, chimes. I removed the old 20 year house clay number. They nicely patched the whole on the house. My wife got 2 new numbers that we added afterwards. Power wash your roof clay tiles weeks before hand , its the cheerie on top. Great job read more

We got the exterior of our house repainted as well as wood and sealant repair. Andy and his team did a phenomenal job! Started and finished exactly when they said they would, and were easy to work with. They covered our plants along the house as they painted so the plants didn't get any paint on them. They cleaned up as they went throughout the process. The final day was spent correcting even the smallest details (a single drop of gray on the blue, for example), and we couldn't be happier with the job.
