They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back. I only found out later through email that the job was done. Will not be hiring again

You can tell right away that he's a person of solid character who has also mastered his craft. He took the time to first understand my problem, and then he walked me through the solution with so much patience and clarity (never condescending, just genuinely helpful). Not only was his bid very competitive, but he even took the time to review a competitor's quote with me and pointed out exactly where I was being overcharged for work I didn't even need. He and his son, Garrison, are really solid people. Even though he's a stucco expert and not a leak detection specialist, he went well above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot with a water test to make sure we found the actual source of the leak. For the stucco work that was required, he handled the repairs beautifully. Just as importantly, John identified work that wasn't necessary. If you want someone good-natured, patient, and truly an expert who cares about the final result, call these guys.

They also followed up after the job and coordinated with an Anlin technician to fix a few minor issues. And they worked well alongside other contractors I had on-site, which made things much easier. Ray completed a large (6000sq ft) interior paint job for us in the Crosby's at the end of February. He was able to assemble and manage a large crew of up to 8 workers and finished the job on budget with no significant delays. He has excellent communication skills and guided us through all steps of the painting process. Our job included painting multiple cabinets, doors, window frames, ceilings and walls. The attention to detail was great and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Pat gave me a choice of paint colors. For the next 5-6 days, those guys worked from about 8am to 1pm without taking any breaks and they were as friendly as could be and hardworking. They started by pressure washing the house which really needed it and it immediately made everything look better. Next was primer followed by paint and work on the eaves. Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. We had foam injection insulation done around a year ago, which left a lot of small round patches that made the already badly aged paint job look unbearable. The stucco was badly damaged in lots of places and it was a mess. I knew this would not be a DIY job and put out a few requests for quote. Even though CertaPro came in slightly higher in price than the lowest bid, Todd put in a lot more work in his quoting process and I just overall found him to be more trustworthy, so I went with my gut and picked them. I'm so glad I did! I felt I was a little risky with my paint color choice and was afraid it would be too dark, but it turned out perfect and I'm really happy with it! If you're a fan, it is Sherwin Williams "Naval." I'm surprised at what an impact this paint job has had on our home. It looks like an entirely different house and it's beautiful!
