They saved us with an absolute emergency project and their work was/ is incredible. Backstory: Last week we noticed a leak up the block and figured it was a nearby neighbor's. I even left a note on the neighbor's door, so much water was running out. Then, on Sunday (i.e., a weekend!), a employee from the City of San Diego notified us that the leak traced to our house, and since the break was on the homeowners side of the water meter it was our responsibility. (No blame to the City and the employee was very courteous). Most unfortunately, the water lane ran below the City sidewalk. Total headache and I could imagine the cost pin-balling. My wife researched plumbers and found Shoreline Plumbing was highly rated. We called and the same day (Sunday afternoon!) Devin came out. Devin quickly diagnosed the situation, laid out the work involved and did not b**s****. He returned the next morning to scope out the issue and provided us with a reasonable (non-price gouging estimate). So, we went ahead. Best decision ever! Devin and his crew quickly got to work. He discovered a tree root had enveloped the pipe (and showed us a photo). The job quickly grew more complicated and time consuming than anticipated, but Devin stuck to his word and estimate. Even my mom said how could they have not seen that on the directions?! I had the tankless company on the phone right at the beginning and no one would listen to them so it poured water for three weeks into the closet before the Supervisor came out. He said it would take a half hour and it took hours! I was let out of the lease and moving and scratched my car in all the stress!? Plus my things sat in the hot car getting ruined. Unfortunately the tankless wasn't outside it was in the kitchen and I got so sick. I still am having problems weeks later. I googled the stuff on the wall they installed on and it looks to be mold. Why wouldn't someone say anything? Everyone involved gets karma for the suffering I went through and no amount of being nice makes up for this being done to me.

Trustworthy plumbing came to the rescue when another plumbing company was not only doing a poor job…read moreof lining my sewer pipes, but had damaged my main water line. Jay came through the same day to fix that main water line and explained how Trustworthy could line every bit of my sewer line with inversion pipe lining vs pull through which is limited to access points. The pull through method would not be able to line the entire cast iron pipe under my bathrooms, which was the whole point as they were in poor condition and had root intrusion. I parted ways with the other company and signed onto Trustworthy the next day. Jay and Scott have gone above and beyond, installing the best materials and doing an expert job of prepping my old cast iron sewer cleanouts (two) that would have been impossible to line past those points without removing them and replacing those sections with PVC pipe and new cleanouts instead. When they jackhammered through the concrete of my front porch to get to the old cleanout at the front of the house, they proactively replaced the main water line in addition to removing the old cleanout and replacing it with PVC. The pipe liners lined everything in one day, getting all of both bathrooms and the tie ins (sinks, toilets and tubs) under the foundation. They also did the concrete work to patch the hole when it was done, as well as patched a significant crack near my front door. I highly recommend Trustworthy plumbing. Jay and Scott are the best!

Nothing especially serious found he suggested having a moisture remediation company investigate. They also thankfully found no critical issues but suggested replacing aged disposal and some of the under sink plumbing and water lines. Scott again quickly returned in an evening and got it done. If we continue to experience any issues the remediation company will complete some specialized treatment. Scott is a super friendly, knowledgeable and caring professional that obviously loves his work. Highly recommended!
