My 8 y/o tank water heater stopped working and I needed to get it replaced immediately. My 3 options were to repair it, replace it with another tank water heater or convert it to a tankless water heater. Due to their outstanding 5 star rating, this was the first company that I contacted. Pros: Justin responded extremely quick to my text. I inquired about possibly repairing the water heater or buying a new tankless. The first thing he told me was that he does not install tankless water heaters. However, even knowing that he most likely was not going to get my business, Justin still took the time to give me the repair cost, the costs I could expect with a tankless, and the cost for installing a tank water heater, in case I changed my mind. After explaining what was causing the clunking noises that my water heater was making, he recommended against repairing the unit since it was on its last leg. Cons: He doesn't install tankless water heaters! I did not go with Justin. Only because I decided to go with a tankless water heater. I had a slow flushing toilet of about 14 seconds with low pressure. I replaced the flapper., the valve and cleaned the jets in the toilet bowl. It did not solve the problem. I augured the s-trap behind the toilet and pulled out a rock-hard 5 inch flat piece. I called Five star and they deduced that it was a piece of calcium buildup . I was afraid i broke the porcelain trap with the auger. But There are no leaks after pulling out this piece. Thank you to Five Star for helping me solve my toilet problem.
