I had a slow flushing toilet of about 14 seconds with low pressure. I replaced the flapper., the valve and cleaned the jets in the toilet bowl. It did not solve the problem. I augured the s-trap behind the toilet and pulled out a rock-hard 5 inch flat piece. I called Five star and they deduced that it was a piece of calcium buildup .
