We called and although they had other appointments, they were able to come to our home later in the day. It was well worth it. We made mistakes on turning back our water on after a trip which led to some leaks in the pipe with the main water shut off valve. When Angel worked on the pipes he found that one half of the pipes was completely unaligned with the other half. He checked thoroughly for the seals and pipes as well. He then proceeded to retighten the Flo by Moen part and connect the two halves - needing to use quite some technique to do so. Very affordable as well. He is a one man operation and came out to look at my water heater situation (it's not located in the most convenient place) the same day I contacted him on Yelp for an estimate. Gave me a fair quote for installation and after getting a couple of other quotes, went with Angel Plumbing mainly due to his high Yelp rating as well as speaking with him in person, he is extremely knowledgeable and explained things to me such as the new rule requiring expansion tanks. On Thursday, I was able to make an appointment for the coming Monday, first thing in the AM. He texted me before starting out and arrived right on time. I was expecting the install to take 3-4 hours because he was a one man operation working in a very tight space below my house. He finished in a bit over 2 hours. As you can see from the picture, the install is super clean. At the end of the install, he tested my water pressure which was very high and seems I will probably need a new pressure regulator. Hi! Negligent homeowner here who didn't know the water heater should be replaced bc it was slowly killing my garage. We had Angel Plumbing come out about a year ago because our water heater wasn't heating. He mentioned that this one was hanging on a thread .. we should have just replaced it right then and there but I'm a very indecisive person and forgetful. Fast forward to this year and we had contacted Angel Plumbing for a consultation to install a tankless water heater and after a week of contemplation, we decided to have it installed the following week.... But just when I was covered in baby vomit, and the shower was not getting hot, I sent an SOS to Angel Plumbing. We usually communicate via text but he called me and said, "so what are we going to do?" He came by same day to see if he could do a quick fix to get me hot water but it turned out the WH was garbage and so he hooked up a temporary water heater for us until our true install and replacement in a few days. He looked at my gas pipe and the installation location and properly advised me that he could not install a tankless water heater there. I had done some research so I knew what he was saying was correct as I had feared. So, I ended up asking Angel to replace my 75 gallon water heater. He found me a nice Rheem unit at a competitive price. He coordinated with me on the installation and did a great job. He didn't simply reuse the pipes and support straps.
