Hosted our family for Christmas for the first time and this worked perfectly. They were able to deliver the tree, tree-stand and lights and then take them all back a few weeks later. The only item we had to buy was the tree mat, which wasn't strictly necessary since the tree-stand does a good job of keeping water off your floor and you need to sweep up every now and then no matter what. The tree is stored wrapped up so it looks sad at first but opens up over the next 48 hours and looks great. The delivery and pick-ups were both professional, masked, and on-time. We got a 6-7ft tree with 3 pairs of lights, which worked well. Next year, we'd like 1 foot bigger. read more

I have no idea why City Tree has 5 stars. The delivery aspect? Maybe, but its definitely not for their onsite service. My wife went by to buy an Xmas tree, but we instead left very disappointed. The two employees were negative, rude, and disrespectful. One employee starts giving me attitude because I was looking at a pile of trees with nets on them. I just wanted to see if they were sold yet. Sorry for looking at Xmas trees at a business that sells Xmas trees! Yea, definitely a "duhhhh" moment there! After that we asked the other guy if we could see a tree that had netting on it. He said to "come back in a few days, it might be out and we can look at it then". Huh? What? Seriously? First time in my life I've heard that one! I'll admit we can take time picking an Xmas tree and will have the person working open and show 5 or 6 trees before making a decision, but every year we give that person $20 tip. That's on top of the cost of the tree. So these guys could have sold a $80-$100 tree, got a $20 tip and a 5 Star review on Yelp, but they seemed not care about those things. I was unsure what to do at this point, but my wife turned to me and said, "these guys are making me uncomfortable", so we decided to leave and definitely won't be back.
