I live just around the corner from Wall's and really wanted to be able to support this local small business when I purchased my wedding flowers. I was disappointed by what I encountered. The woman there tried to help and was nice enough, but told me that the flowers I wanted didn't exist (Mango Calla Lilies that were actually orange and not brown). I wouldn't have minded if she told me their store didn't have access to what I wanted, but she told me the flowers I described didn't exist and weren't available anywhere in the fall. I almost ended up getting flowers I didn't really like based on her advice. Luckily, my now husband convinced me to go elsewhere, where we found exactly what we had been looking for. But the real reason I'm leaving such a low rating is this: I specifically made my husband walk away so I could show her the picture of my dress on my phone (she wanted to see the style so she could match the flowers to it). A few minutes after he came back she said, "So, I think these roses would look nice with your champagne strapless dress." Who does that??? We sort of laughed it off, but it really bothered me that she had ruined part of the surprise of the dress. If weddings are a big part of your business, you should know better. read more

Very cute shop inside, hence the second star. I ordered a medium sized corsage for my sisters baby shower. It cost $16.50 plus tax. When I picked it up, it was made from 5 of the tiniest sweetheart roses and a wee bit of baby's breath. I felt like I got ripped off. If that's the medium, how small is the small? I used Wall's Flowers for my wedding. It was a double-edged sword. I was under the impression that the florist is supposed to make sure that you were happy with the flowers before taking off. They came to the church, placed my unity candle on the altar and left the rest of the flowers in the back pew and took off. No Phone Call, no note. Just dumped them there for me to find. Then I discovered that my flower girl's petals were not there, 12 minutes before the ceremony. They promptly delivered them but I was still angry. Booking them for a wedding is an ok idea but make sure you be clear to them that they should wait for your approval before they leave., Also, watch out how many locations they deliver to. Each stop is $25, that's why I had them delivered all to the church. read more

I ordered flowers for our Daughter who lives in Chicago, for her Birthday. Made my purchase online (We live in California). This process was easy, I wanted to make this a special day. My Daughter was very surprised and happy. I've made it a point of asking my Daughter's for a picture of the flowers they received, to confirm they are what I purchased. And when I saw the picture I was so so disappointed, they were nothing like the picture they have to choice from. I also ordered the Deluxe with 2 Mylar balloons, and only 1 balloon was delivered. I sent and email with my complaint and never received a reply. My Sister-in-Law also made a purchase here and her order was totally not what she ordered and again only 1 balloon was delivered after order was for 2 and charges were for 2. I Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone this morning about ordering a funeral spray for a wake that was from 4-9 in the evening. She made a few suggestions & wrote something pretty in the card too. I've never sent flowers to a wake so I was pretty oblivious to the process. She asked me what color flowers I liked & I let her do her magic . I spoke to Avi on the phone and he was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This floral shop was extremely conscientious about delivering this fragile plant in the midst of our cold January weather. They called my friend and made sure she was home to receive it. She was extremely excited and thrilled to receive her gorgeous plant full of pretty pink buds. Very disappointed. Ordered a arrangement for my neighbor. It was a $70 order. My special instructions were to deliver before 12:30pm the following day. They flowers arrived at 2:30pm. If they couldn't get my order in on time they should of called me in the morning. Try to help and small business and they failed. Never again. read more

I let Wall's do my flowers for my June wedding. I was skeptical, but they turned out beautiful!!!! I was shocked by my bouquet. It was gorgeous. I also had them do a couple centerpieces and they turned out very lovely. The best thing I can say about Wall's is that they really worked with my price range. I got a LOT of flowers for under $600.00. It was a small wedding, but I got all the parents, grandparents, and 4 person bridal party PLUS a couple centerpieces. They did a great job! read more

My bridal bouquet was saved thanks to Wall's flowers. I wish I had used this florist from the start! I unfortunately used a different florist who completely messed up my order. My bridal bouquet was supposed to be an almost all yellow cascading bouquet with yellow roses and white orchids. I instead got an all white bouquet with white roses and white calla lilies. I noticed this all about 10 minutes before the photographer came. I wasn't even going to carry my bouquet I was so unhappy, but a relative getting ready with me reminded me of the flower shop about 2 blocks away (Wall's.) My dad rushed my bouquet to Wall's and explained it was supposed to be yellow. Wall's fixed it very quickly at very little cost. The bouquet was stunning! I received compliments all day about how beautiful the yellow roses and cascading bouquet were. Wall's saved the day! My family and I were so impressed with Wall's service at my October wedding we used them this Christmas when ordering a floral arrangement for my grandmother. This arrangement was beautiful as well. this "pool delivery" service attempted a delivery on saturday at 1:00 from another florist...delivery guy did not leave flowers outside...did not leave flowers with any one of 12 neighbor houses on my street (rowhouses)...i caled them when i returned for a few minutes at 2:30...don't know about you but i don't sit around on weekends...they offered sunday, monday, tuesday etc. for the net delivery..wow--some people work and some people have lives...don't think the flowers would last for more than a week until i was home again...had to drive out to their location to get my flowers...what a waste of time...all they had to do was LEAVE THE FLOWERS either at my house or a neighbor's...(oh, i checked...at least 6 were home) ...i would never use this company...never... read more
