It's all about food quality. Like many Chinese "fast food" places, the quality of the food is suspect. I had their Orange Chicken dish with steamed white rice. I also asked for a couple of Crab Rangoons (although they spell as Ragoons on one of the menus). The chicken felt spongy and almost non existent and the dish was extremely sweet. The rice was dry and overcooked. The Rangoons were ok. The employees were nice and polite and kept the area clean. All in all, you can do better within the Denver Airport for food experiences.

Every eatery was packed with long lines, desperate for something in the stomach I make a big mistake - did not check the ratings and assumed this was like Panda Express. Got yhe mongolian beef with fried rice plus potstickers. Excessive oily, salty, half cooked and fried rice was soggy. Potstickers were soaked in grease and oil. Ate two bites and the rest went into the garbage. Morale of this story: at least look up where you are eating first (Yelp it!).

Food was bland, all-around. Singapore noodles was mostly noodles and not enough curry. Hot & sour soup just didn't taste all that. Overall, just overpriced lame cafeteria food in a loud airport.

Not even close to "lomein." It's just noodles in tasteless broth with a few chunks of dry tasteless chicken.

Absolutely awful! I could do a way better job cooking such bland tasteless "lomein." The chicken texture was so dry and tasted "boiled!" It literally sucked the moisture out of my throat and made me choke! This food might be hot, but it has ZERO flavor and is a ton of noodles but barely any meat and the meat is dry with zero flavor also. Also, what little "stir fry" veggies they put in it they didn't "stir fry" AT ALL! They were 100% RAW! Paid 14.00 for an awful meal of tasteless ramen noodles basically! I could have done better at Walmart for .99 cents and it would have even tasted better!

The most disgusting food at the Denver airport. And they serve it like they just put the rice over the meat and there was no meat just a whole bunch of onions and mushrooms in the Mongolian beef. The fried rice they charge me 2.00 extra for looks like and the food taste like too. The staff is rude too. Don't waste your money. Go to Qdoba

Food was ready quickly. But not the best lo mein to be honest. Plus the dish is wildly salty.

Service was fast but unfortunately this place served me raw chicken. Will not be returning.

The food smelled great and the prices were not too bad for airport food but oh no the first bite told me everything I had to know. The noodles were hard and cold, they had no taste and almost tasted rancid? As if they had made them days ago and never refrigerated them. The orange chicken was hard, no taste of orange or saucy like what I'm used to. I understand airport food is a hit or miss and I fly often and always eat at the airports but this meal has to be the worst I've ever had anywhere. The cashier was very nice though.

If i could give this place a 0 i would have. The food is tasteless. The teriyaki chicken is really difficult to chew and completely drys your mouth when chewing it. The chicken is thigh meat. Do not waste your money.

I can't remember the last time I gave a 2 start to any place... but I guess here it is. I usually get Asian food at airports, so I decided to try this place. The menu is pretty limited, but had the standard options - teriyaki grilled chicken, hot and sour soup, orange chicken, etc. each dish was around $12-14. I got the Mongolian beef and it was, well... Mongolian beef, bamboo shoots, onions, green onions, and white rice. I could actually taste the graininess of the sauce. It was a bit weird - the rice was hot, but the beef was warm. The dish had a nice kick to it, but with the sauce and warm beef, I couldn't bring myself to finish it. It's kind of in a food court environment. There are many places to sit around. But I found myself looking over at the Qdoba nearby as I ate my Mongolian beef dish... Next time I'm in this airport, I'd try eating somewhere else.

Had this for a quick bite before getting on a flight and was quite disappointed. In almost every airport I've visited there is a Chinese option similar to Panda Express or Manchu Wok that provides a reasonable priced combo with rice or noodles that is paired with a selection of entrees that includes some fried, vegetable, saucy, grilled, etc. items. City wok has a limited menu by comparison and while costing a similar price for a 3 item combo for just a single entree there, doesn't come close to tasting as good or providing the same quality of meat or vegetables. I was highly disappointed by the chicken teriyaki I tried, as it wasn't grilled well at all and the sauce that accompanied the dish was quite watery (and the vegetables were quite overcooked as well). I'll be searching for different options at the Denver airport the next time I am searching for food.

I appreciated this since there was no way anything was going to tip over & spill. Very friendly phone & counter service as well. Note, you get six free Cheese Wontons when your order is more than $40. We ordered three different entrees with three different sides - Steamed White Rice, Fried Rice & Lo Mein Noodles. The sides were good, however the fried rice didn't seem fried, it was white rice with soy sauce. The Sweet & Sour Shrimp Entree was tasty - the shrimp were medium sized, cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The Sesame Chicken Entree was even better, the chicken was moist & tender. The beef in the Mongolian Beef Entree was great however there were way too many onions in the dish. Overall, a very satisfying meal.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.

The heat was also moderate, but it did have a kick as you were eating it. That signature mala numbing spiciness started building, but not hot enough for my palate. Green beans were also nice and tender. Sometimes when they come out the fryer, the skin can be a little leathery, but wasn't present here. BBQ Buns were very soft and tender, loaded with BBQ pork. Only miss was the shrimp dumplings. They were too close to each other and they stuck together. The wrapper was also overcooked, but somehow the shrimp was not. Nearly impossible to pickup with chopsticks, because the wrapped just fell apart, even with a delicate touch. Worth a stop and probably tastiest Chinese food in the neighborhood. Lately it feels like a lot of restaurants are charging more while giving less, and it's getting harder to find places that actually care about the customer experience. Unfortunately, this was another one of those experiences. We ordered three side dishes and three drinks, and the bill came out to around $100. Two of the three sides were served cold, the dumplings at least came out hot, but they were pretty mediocre and nothing I'd order again and drinks were extremely over priced. The waitress was fine, no real issues there, but it did feel like the food may have been sitting in the kitchen too long before it hit the table even though the place was empty. At the end of the day, it's hard to justify paying that kind of money for cold, underwhelming food, then feeling awkward about the tip because the experience just wasn't good. I won't be back. If I had known this is what the experience was I would have definitely gone somewhere else. As an added bonus I felt like crap afterwords, I think it was because of poor quality ingredients. My aim in writing these reviews is to highlight the restaurants and businesses that truly take care of their customers, to give people a heads up about the ones that clearly do not prioritize quality or the customer experience, and to express myself in a world where it often feels like there is very little room to speak honestly about paying top dollar for mediocre experiences. Very disappointing.
