Quick little spot for a beer or cocktail during a wait time for a flight or a longer layover. Appetizers were delicious and servers are attentive. Multiple seating options! Limited beer options but plenty of yummy cocktails. It's definitely a cute spot for a wait time during a flight. Highly recommend!

Came by for some sushi the other day and it was a mediocre experience. Mizu is located by the B gates at DEN. Grabbed a spicy tuna roll and it was mediocre. The roll was probably made hours prior and didn't taste super fresh. The highlight was that checkout was easy as there was a self-checkout kiosk that took credit cards, provided a receipt and also had paper bags and utensils to grab next to the checkout. There seemed to be many tables along with a sushi bar for those with more time to dine in!

January 2026, my experience: just know before you go that you will have to wait- if you're in a hurry to catch a flight, don't eat here unless you grab a pre-made roll to go. I ordered quite a bit for myself because this was my lunch/dinner for the day: To drink, I had a 6oz. glass of Pinot noir. For an appetizer, I had the edamame. For my main dish, I had the New Style Salmon Sashimi and a cucumber avocado roll. For me, this wasn't too much food because the salmon was served without rice and in a light sauce, which is why I also ordered the veggie roll for a little more substance. Overall, as far as airport sushi goes, this was pretty decent and I would come here again. The salmon was a little fishy, which was disappointing. I love salmon, I eat it quite often, and I usually don't find it fishy if it's quality salmon. The service took long. The sign outside the restaurant says "seat yourself", so I sat down at a table for two and no one greeted me for more than 10 minutes. I was confused if I was supposed to order at the bar or wait for a server because I didn't see any servers around. Needless to say, someone eventually came around. I waited about 20 minutes+ for my food after I placed my order. Since I had the time, I didn't mind. I also was able to charge my phone at the table, which was awesome!

Airport sushi??? Usually not my go to but there were limited options on the B Concourse. Service was slow to start but friendly. Food was fine but like most airport food it was overpriced. The $20 Japanese Old fashioned has Suntory Toki whisky and green tea demura. The balance was off. It was too sweet and I didn't get a sense of the whiskey. It also tasted watery. Probably because they used chunk ice cubes. Bartenders everywhere: stop using this ice in OFs. I also had the spicy tuna poke. My main complaint here is that this was 75% rice. There was very little tuna and I could have used more supplemental ingredients, perhaps avocado.

Low expectations are normal for an airport sushi restaurant and this barely meets them. The California roll itself was good, but service was disappointing. Soy sauce was not provided with my California roll. I was unable to get the server's attention and ended up getting it myself from another table. Ambiance was pretty much like any other airport restaurant or bar. The sushi is made in a back room, so there are tables and a bar but not actually a sushi bar. Well, you are a captive audience in an airport but I think there are some better options at DEN.

Wanted some dinner before our flight out, and for an airport restaurant, was decently impressed with their food. Grabbed a seat at the bar and shared their $30 combo meal - ramen, gyoza, and a soda. Not too bad of a price for an airport. The gyoza was crispy, and the ramen flavorful (though the pork belly was a bit overcooked). The Thank U Next was okay. Looking at the ingredients, it looked like it would taste delicious. But it was surprisingly bland, like the flavors cancelled each other out. A bit disappointing for $19. It was super busy while we were there, but the service was so incredibly efficient. Got my food and check in a reasonable time, and I was never worried about not making it to my flight. They even tell you the approximate cook time before taking your order. Overall, if this was a restaurant outside of the airport, I'd probably give it a 3. But seeing as airport food can be such poor quality, I was pleasantly surprised by my meal. So taking into account location, good was good and prices were reasonable. A decent stop for food while waiting for your flight in Denver.

Spicy salmon and spicy tuna from grab n go section.

It's airport sushi. Actually quite a well-lit and contemporary space, large enough, and a decent grab and go section. Wanted to order off the menu but saw they actually had only one chef working and quite a few customers for just one chef, so stuck to grab and go... Which was, well, edible? If I pass through again I'll try a poke bowl or ramen, but I don't feel in any particular hurry to do so.

Typical airport food, very mediocre! I can't believe we walked from Concourse A to B (about 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back) for this food! I was feeling like Japanese and dragged my family. It is at the very far end of B. I didn't realize it was thar far and would take that long (5 minutes train plus 15 minute walk). Service - slow to seat us but after that fast to take our order and serve it. We ordered a Spicy Tuna Roll (just okay), Chicken Karaage (just okay), Miso Soup (not good), and Tuna Poke (just okay). Only thing that was good, Sapporo on tap and cold! Note, their regular menu that I viewed online (Chicken Katsu, etc.) was not available. Not sure if this was because it was lunch time or a Sunday or Easter Sunday?

The crab mix isn't what I'm use to on a California roll maybe I been missing something along the way. The Rainbow roll the same thing hard rice and crab mix. Me personally I wouldn't recommend getting sushi here if in Denver airport. The waitress Stacey wasn't the friendliest person she was speaking to me like I had no clue of what I was ordering. This is supposed to be one of the top place in Denver maybe the restaurant out of the airport are better. The ambiance was good but the food and service I can't compliment.

    Tonkatsu
    Gene T.

Tonkatsu was delicious! The service was not good. Sat at a table. The waiter walked by me 4 times. The 5th time he said he would be with me in a moment. Walked by me 3 times. Went to the bar. She was pleasant. However got upset with the person next to me. After he left she spoke to the waiter that walked by me 8 times and complained about the guy and blamed him for interfering with the serving. Later I watched her carry out 3 sushi rolls. One cradled on her arm leaning on her clothes. The sushi was against her clothing. Totally should not have been served. A total health violation and so much more. I think once the staffing is cleared up this is a great airport stop.

    Ramen

I had a meal voucher, so I decided to spring for their outrageously priced $22 ramen. The broth wasn't bad. Egg was overcooked. Pork was inconsistent, half of it was cooked perfectly and half dry. Noodles were a bit softer than I'd like. My request for no green onion was put in by the server but ignored by the kitchen. The place is bigger than it looks, there is a lot of seating hiding in the back and plenty of outlets! Management doesn't know the difference between tonkotsu and tonkatsu. Some dishes are only dine-in but nothing on the menu specifies what. Some seating is only for sushi.

I've gotta say this is a great spot for sushi and drinks - especially after being delayed and having a longer layover. Now, if you're anything like me you'd be skeptical too, I mean how good can airport sushi be, right. Well it definitely did not disappoint my fellow Yelpers. Don't be fooled by the size up front although it may seem like there's only a bare and a few tables the place is bigger than it seems. There are tables for four and booths around the corner with views of the airport. The bar looked chill. The service was prompt and the sushi was good. Now, not the best I've ever had but definitely great for it being in an airport. Overall great experience. I'll be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.

I just had a glass of wine at this sushi bar while on a layover recently. I was lucky to get a seat at the bar right away, but the space is a little bit small for seating. I think it's fairly new and I was interested in the menu, especially being a lover of sushi. If I had a bit more time and was more hungry, I would have ordered food. I'm not scared of airport sushi!! Service at the bar was good, not the most attentive, and it took me a little bit of time to get my check, but I wasn't in a huge rush. You can't bring any outside food or beverage into this area.

I chose this restaurant because they had Asian food and the menu looked really good. The restaurant itself was really busy as it had a bar inside. Plus they were showing the Stanley cup hockey games so I decided to order to go. Staff was not really friendly at the front desk but I did not let that deter me. I placed my order for pad Thai and the pork belly buns. I waited. And waited. And waited. Didn't hear them. Call my name so I went to check at the host desk to see if my order is ready as it was at least 30 minutes. Then they said that my food was ready and quickly obtained it and gave it to me. I was a little just worried and didn't try calling my name or anything as I was waiting right there in front of the host desk. When I opened up my food containers, pork belly buns looked really delicious and smelled delicious. When I open the pad tie container I was rather disappointed as there were nuts all over the bowl. I felt like there was more peanuts than noodles and tofu in here. Plus the flavor of the pad Thai was not right. I've eaten a lot of pad Thai in my time and this dish did not even come close to an authentic pad Thai dish. I did enjoy the pork buns a lot and the coleslaw that they provided was also delicious. The price I paid for these two dishes is not worth it. I did not care for the pad Thai whatsoever. For anyone thinking of ordering it. Take your money elsewhere.

I've been a VentureX customer since they…read moreannounced the lounge, waited a long time for it to not open and not open and not open, finally got in within the first week, loved it for a bit, and it's just gone downhill ever since. They created a "premium" lounge and then have spent the past year eliminating as many of their customers as they can. Wut? I have visited the Denver Cap1 lounge over 30 times. I travel a lot, often for business, and often early. I've been the first person in the door more times than I can count. In 2026, Cap1 has refused me entry more times than it's let me in, and I'm done with them. I got the card for this lounge and now I'm leaving CapitalOne entirely. Back when it was decent/they still allowed guests to enter with card members (that's over now, it's like $65 or something for your partner/secondary card holder to get in!), there were still a lot of issues that have only gotten worse over time. The plumbing was bad from the start. Toilets would back up and fail to flush and I repeatedly had employees tell me that happens all the time. They have huge chairs that sit 4 around a table that could otherwise fit 8. Layout of the lounge isn't conducive to solo travelers - more space should have been allocated for business travel, but instead they prioritized family type seating... and then they banned families. Most recently they have refused me service repeatedly. It's busy on a wait and I have a flight, can I just take food to go? No. I have a redeye well after they're closed for the day, can I come in at 8 or 8:30 and get food/bev and to go food? No, my flight has to be "during the same business day". It boards at 11:09pm, but apparently the business day ends at 9pm for Cap1. Nicely played! They lost my sister when they banned families and have now lost me as a customer for life. They don't want our business anymore so I'm happy to oblige, close the card I opened for access to this lounge, and go spend my premium card dollars elsewhere. After they denied me entry ahead of my redeye (the lounge was at best 1/4 full, there was no practical reason for them to deny me entry) I walked out and canceled my card. They keep telling me to F off so I finally heard them - I'm outie, y'all! BYEEEEE FELICIA!
