Waiting to see which team wins. The app drains the battery a bit so be fully charged. This is a great idea for team building amd gets you around the town.

This felt more like forced advertising... something that sales people would make you do!

Having so much fun exploring DC with CityHUNT and the Best crew! Fun activity for team building.

Best team game ever for large groups to really compete and have fun! Did this activity in downtown dc while on a conference for my shrm organization #shrmvls. Our state chapter had a ton of fun running around dc, talking to complete strangers, and taking fun photos and videos. The app was simple to use and we had a person onsite helping as needed. She was great!

We all downloaded the app used for the hunt prior to arrival and brought back-up phone chargers (great idea!). It was arranged for us to meet with our guide (Aaron) in one of the museums on the national mall. Once there, he took a picture of our group and we split into teams. Each team elected a captain and Aaron gave us instructions (e.g. no cheating, teams must stay together, etc.). The hunt is entirely picture based, so instead of one clue leading to another, the goal is to take pictures of as many items on the list as possible. There were over 200 items and 2 hours for the hunt, so it would have been impossible to get them all, which kept the hunt exciting. The required pictures were a mix of items (e.g. something purple, or a particular statue in a museum) and activities (take a picture of a team member sitting on a picnic blanket with strangers). A fun bonus, Aaron sent out a few time-sensitive challenges throughout the game. Meaning, the team to complete the challenge and send him a picture first would be awarded 250 points and the second team would lose 100 points. This definitely kept us on our toes! The app also allowed teams to check in on the progress of the rival team and see their pictures/points. At the end of the two hours, both teams reconvened at the same museum where we started. Aaron met us and asked us questions about some of our more impressive (high point value) photos. He also tallied the points and announced the winning team. Aaron was professional, explained everything thoroughly, and had a good sense of humor. The next day, he emailed us a link to a google drive folder of pictures and each was individually named for the clue that was captured in the picture. All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend this company or book with them in the future!

We had lunch following our hunt and throughout lunch people were talking about the event. After lunch we did a hunt at the Spy Museum, which was horrible compared to the one we did in the morning with this group. I highly recommend any group looking for something fun to do as a group book a hunt. Aaron was our guide. He was awesome before, during, and after the event. He also was able to answer all our questions before arriving in DC.

Ya'll know I'm honest...I don't think I really know what to expect from guided play- because I'm a helicopter mom, I think I expected the guides to really get the kids more involved. The counselor said she could get it out, but it was literally all over the place. Every little finger was covered, and it was horrible. Our next mistake was letting the kids take it home. One of the kids had a perfect little jar of slime and it worked out great. However, the other two kids had jars of slime that never congealed correctly and it was a nightmare at home. They took it outside and it got all over the table, their shoes, their clothes, the cement, the door handles, the hose...literally everywhere! I had to google how to get slime off of your hands, and it said oil. That did seem to help. All that being said, the counselor was nice, but did not help once she realized the slime was a huge mess (it didn't congeal at the store, either). The kids had a good time...but it was literally a nightmare to get it off their hands...and once we got it home...it was a true disaster. This was a 'one and done' for me. I should have taken photos...but picture hot, sticky, gum all over your hands, hair, clothes, and shoes...and that's pretty much what this was!

I came for a night out with my girlfriends and ordered the Creamy Chipotle Pasta. It was incredibly filling and packed with flavor--you could really taste all the seasonings that went into it. I did find it interesting how every female waitress/hostess was the same shade of light-skin mixed with silky hair while the male hosts/servers/runners were of all looks. Lastly, if you'd like entertaining/worthy bottle service these ladies don't deliver. Lol it was the most pitiful sight to see--I feel bottle service should include high energy, body shaking rah rah enthusiasm. The bathroom was clean and smelled fresh which I appreciated. I'm not sure what was in the back & upstairs but they were loud upstairs for sure. When we left around 10pm there was a line wrapping the corner and they'd started removing tables inside. So, sounds like a cool place. Go, enjoy!
