We were very comfortable and safe under their guidance. The bikes were super comfortable. We were educated on the area at several stops along the way. What a beautiful way to spend a few hours outside of Vegas and explore the beautiful canyons. I would highly recommend this company. You certainly get your moneys worth and have a great time.!!!

Allison and John set us up with well-maintained ebikes and led us on our way. The ebikes were stable, fast, and easy to control. Even the less confident riders in our group got the hang of it after half an hour and it was fun to soar up and down the hills without breaking a sweat. Allison and John were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning more about the park while exploring the landscape. We also appreciated that there were plenty of bathroom opportunities (maybe one every 30 minutes) and water and trail mix provided. Two pieces of advice- bring sunscreen, and if you are on the shorter side ask John and Allison for tips on how to make the bike fit work for you.

She picked us up at the aria, got another party at the Paris? Drove us out to Summerlin where her son met us with the bikes. Great safety orientation and direction. Off we went. The e-bikes are great. Level 1 and 2 for some of the ride, 4 and 5 for the step climb, and so much fun. I recommend you do this event for some sun and fresh air.

No one should leave Las Vegas without participating in a self-guided tour from EZ Ride. Do you have…read moreany of the excuses below? NO EXCUSES! 1. I can't wake up so early OR I have too many plans for the evening: They offer two time slots, 9AM and 1PM. We did the 9AM tour and were the slowest participants (stopped at every designated stop to take pictures and videos). We still completed the tour in 2.5 - 3 miles 2. I'm a light packer so there's no way I can bring supplies for something like this: This company provided the bikes, helmets, jackets, neck warmers, gloves, backpack, water, and granola bar. We brought our own sunglasses, and there is an $8/person park entry fee that we covered. I saw online that they may offer sunblock, but that's probably for the summer participants. 3. I'm too out of shape: Guys, these are electric bicycles on a well-paved route. This isn't the Tour de France here. And you can take lots of breaks, like we did. I actually didn't use the e-assist that much, but my partner did to get up the inclines. 4. Isn't something like this super-expensive?: Our goal was to ride through Red Rock Canyon, and this experience combined ebike rental with a lot of guidance and support (they said we could call them if we got lost, popped a tire, etc., and they would come to us). I had looked into pure ebike rentals and they were all ~ $100-175 to rent for 4 hours, plus additional fees for insurance and security deposit. And no support! So no excuses! This was a fun and unique experience that everyone should experience at least once. And EZ Ride provided such a streamlined and supported experience. 100% would recommend

Our guide was Luis, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable - he really attributed to a wonderful experience. We were accompanied by 8 other people that we didn't know, all of whom were very nice. After an early morning pickup at our hotel in Luis' van, we went to three other hotels to pick up the other people for the tour. First stop was the Fabulous Las Vegas sign for photos, and then a group breakfast at McDonalds. We then went on a very picturesque drive out to the Hoover Dam, and we spent over an hour there, enjoying the sights and learning about the structure and its construction. Lastly, we drove out to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the glass bottomed Skywalk, and then took more photos around Eagle Point. There was plenty of time to check out the gift shops. We saw some replica Native American structures, and enjoyed watching some dancing. We then drove to Guano Point for a picnic lunch, a hike, and plenty more photos. Before the drive back to Vegas, our guide stopped by the Joshua Tree forest, and we snapped a few photos. It was such a wonderful day! FIVE STARS.
