My family recently had a terrible experience with Vegas ATV Adventures while visiting me here in Las Vegas. Two college students in my family decided to try ATV riding while they were in town. They told me the ride itself went smoothly and there were no accidents or issues the entire time. However, when they returned the ATVs, an employee walked directly to the vehicle associated with the driver whose card was on file and suddenly claimed the ATV had been flipped and damaged -- something both young men say never happened. They were then immediately charged an additional $50. As a grandmother and a local, it was very upsetting to hear how shaken they were by the accusation. It felt like two young Black men were seen as an easy opportunity for an extra charge rather than customers simply trying to enjoy an experience. One of these young men is studying aviation and the other is a college athlete. Instead of leaving with a great memory from their trip to Las Vegas, they left feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed. read more

I want to be very clear that the staff on site were pleasant and tried to help where they could. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, whose attitude and behavior are the reason I would never recommend this business. The experience itself had issues, unclear shuttle information, lack of communication, no real safety briefing, and no plan for customers who can't get transportation from a remote location. But the biggest problem came afterward when I reached out for help and encountered the owner directly. Her response was unprofessional, defensive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Instead of listening or addressing the concerns, she focused on making excuses, blaming us for information that was never provided, and insisting everything was our fault. She even tried to take credit for a solution that her staff and her father arranged, not her. That level of deflection and lack of accountability is unacceptable from anyone running a business. A business owner should know how to communicate, how to handle customer concerns, and how to take responsibility when things are not executed properly. None of that happened here. The staff showed more professionalism than the person in charge, which says everything. The ATV ride itself was enjoyable, but the owner's attitude overshadowed the entire experience. If you choose to book here, be aware that the customer service from management is severely lacking. This business could be great, but not under leadership that responds to feedback with snark, excuses, and zero willingness to improve. read more

We went here and had a good experience. First we paid the deposit online to hold our spot. When we got there we had to figure out the pay discrepancies. Well once we did that, we realized they charged us the extra $15 travel fee, said they changed the price, we drove ourself. Anywho once we got past the payments it was a blast! We went early in the morning so it wasn't too hot. We went through the hills were able to sight see, stirred up some dust too it was great ! I would recommend for sure ! read more

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I only found out about this place on Groupon and was attempting to book a tour for my friends and I for my birthday. Before purchasing on Groupon, I had a few questions and wanted to speak with someone. I'll list all my issues with this place below. 1. The phone number on the website is to someone's cell phone and they NEVER ANSWER. 2. Instead of answering the phone, someone will text from the number. To be frank, most responses are very short and rude, lack professionalism and tact. Screenshots provided 3. We had already purchased the Groupon and were attempting to book the tour with them since it doesn't allow you to provide voucher info via their website. I had attempted to correspond with someone for almost a week regarding my inquiry via calls and texts while taking into consideration them being busy and not wanting to be bothersome. I finally received a response saying that WOULD NOT HONOR MY GROUPON AND DIRECTED ME TO BOOK THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE OR ANOTHER COMPANY. 4. I originally planned for the ATV tour but the rest of the group were using UTV's so they upgraded me. The last time I was in Vegas I did a UTV tour and it did not compare to Vegas ATV Adventures. The scenery and view were great with both companies but the trail that Vegas ATV Adventures takes you on was way more fun. It felt more actual off roading then just driving through dirt roads. Highly recommend and definitely would do again. The staff was great too, the guide was sweet and knowledgeable, offering to take pictures and answer any questions, making sure the riders were ok and comfortable. The historic Pioneer Saloon is pretty neat and only around the corner from the trail meeting point. Overall great experience and a lot of fun. read more

Group of friends choose an hour long ATV tours. While the staff and experience was great, I think an hour long tour was short and average terrain. Considering the overall time involved in door to door experience, I would recommend two hour tour involving challenging terrain. read more

Horrible. Reservation was cancelled 3 days before my Vegas trip, 5 days before our reservation. We were told that there was a 10-day quarantine they had to do because of covid but the booking site was still open. When I inquired they said they just needed smaller group sizes. So they cancelled our reservation to book other people when they could've just asked us to ride in 2 groups. This was my first time riding an atv and it was fun! I would do another atv tour, but with another company. Although our guides were very friendly, there's a lot of issues that took away from the experience. You meet at this location in the middle of nowhere and pull up to a trailer. There's not much direction or excitement, just a process. Also, trying to get signal in that area was an issue so try to remember how you came so you can go back that direction until you get signal again. We had 5 people in our group and we knew our tour was guided, but we didn't know another group would be riding with us. So even though I was the slowest one (lol) my friends were a bit disappointed since they wanted to go at a different speed than the family that was in front of us. Once you sign in, you are told to pick an atv. The atvs were all the same, but they really need some work. They were very worn and so was the gear given to us. The helmets had dirt inside them, looks like they were never cleaned. Which is fine, but take some pride in what you're giving to your customers. A good amount of the atvs had cracks and my friends stopped working at least twice so he was stuck behind me for some of the tour until I realized and let him pass. Now the ride itself was rough, a lot of hills and rough terrain, but fun lol. I wouldn't advise wearing shorts because I did and it was 100+ degrees so I was drenched in sweat sliding off my bike haha. I would recommend wearing long tights and short sleeves, clothes you don't care about because they will get dirty. The location you stop at to take a picture was nice. It is also where you take the 10minute break. WATER WAS NOT PROVIDED SO BRING A BACKPACK WOTH SOME WATER. Every company except this company provided water with their tours. I didn't care since we brought some just in case, but it would've been horrible if we didn't lol. We tipped the guides since they were very nice. read more

My sister and I love Vegas ATV Adventures! After doing research and seeing that this business has great reviews we decided to give them a try on our trip. I put in my request to hold my time and date two weeks in advance although they offer same day or next day reservations. They do not charge your credit card when you book only when you get to the designation. I found Vegas ATV to be very affordable compared to others I looked up. Originally I placed on hold a two seater Polaris RZR Dune Buggy then 3 days before meet up I requested to change to two separate Polaris Trail Boss 330 and they were accommodating. So my sister and I went on our adventure on 3-12-17 at 11:00am. The beauty about this business is that if you're on the strip they pick you up and drop you back off directly from the hotel you're staying at, at no additional charge! Wow! We were picked up 30 minutes before our scheduled time to give us our full 60 minute ride. Once picked up, you go to the designated area and you get all the paper work out of the way like waivers, credit card/cash payment, and disclaimers. Pretty much if you damage the bike you are responsible which is normal. Since it was my sister and my first time on an ATV they went over how to use the bike (gas/break), dos and don't and most importantly to have fun. They provide helmets, goggles, gloves and scarfs (for a fee). Starting out wasn't bad and we got the hang of it within minutes. Our guide was super knowledgeable, and made the experience super fun. During the ride, we did get a chance to stop to take a lot of pictures. Overall, I definitely recommend them for your ATV riding excursions. You will not be disappointed. Found out about ATV Tours in Vegas through yelp. I originally scheduled a tour with Hog Car Tours, but hubby and I woke up too late unfortunately and they only do tours early in the morning (9AM). Luckily Adrenaline had a group that was leaving at 130PM that we joined. Just a few pointers if you plan on riding with these guys. 1. Drive out to the mobile camper yourself. The GPS location is sent via text after you call the office to confirm your ride. DO NOT UBER, it'll cost a fortune. While you have the option to be picked up from your hotel, you're not the only pick up, so there's several stops before heading to the drop off point. Plus after you're finished riding, Seven Magic Mountains is right up the road. 2. Do Not Book For One Hour. While the price might be tempting for 1 hour ($99), your literally on the ATV or Razorback for 45 mins. Hubby and I were in a mixed group of 1 and 2 hour riders, the 2nd hour of the ride is things picked up and when we really had fun. The first half was basically just riding through the desert, there's no sites, no events, no fast riding or anything. Book for 2 hours not 1. We paid $275 for two people on one ATV. 3. Bring your own water, snacks, and bandanna, 2 bandannas if your a female (one for your hair, one for your face). They have bandannas for sale ($3 a piece), the water is a no lol, and they don't sell snacks...trust you'll thank me later. 4. This place charges for insurance, most places I've riden an ATV charges insurance, but its included.....I get it they have to look out for their equipment. 5.Forewarning: You'll a lot of bangs and shoots being fired. Apparently the desert doubles as a gun range for the locals lol, they're called tannerboxes. Which may or may not have explosives inside a box that are used as target practice lolol.....not for the faint at heart. 6. No need for cash, everything can be charged to a credit card through four square. Otherwise it's just a huge dusty piece of land with not much to see other than a few landscapes, mountains, and electric poles. I suggested to our guide Jerrin, who was AWESOME, to tell the owner to add something to the Tour. Hubby and I wanted to do the red canyons but ran out of time, hopefully should we visit again that'll be an additional excursion available. The tour left me wanting a bit more, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. read more

ATVs are fun right? Yes! Try the dessert, 40+ mph dunes, trails, flats, mountains, and yes the occasional half pipe. We had a blast and the best part was their patience. We were a part of 2 groups and had 3 trail guides. My fiancé was a little slow but they went out of their way to not rush her which made the experience way more fun. Nice group of guys. We made 3 stops for pictures and they always had water for us. Here is the best part, my fiancé lost her phone along the way and one of the guides said he would find it, count on it. 2 hours of searching he got the phone back (I'm talking miles of off-road trails) and drove it to our hotel. My fiancé and I drove out from Arizona to experience our first ATV tour for our birthdays. I called and scheduled weeks ahead, only to find that the lady who scheduled us put us on the wrong date. When I brought the error to her attention she was not remorseful or apologetic. Her suggestion for resolution was for us to sit for 2 hours and wait for to become available. Her consolation offer was 10% off. We originally scheduled a 2 hour tour, so I asked if we could instead do the 1 hour so we could get home to our kid at a reasonable time. She agreed, only to call me later to decline. Again, she was unapologetic and just said she would cancel our appointment. My fiancé and I are highly disappointed and will gladly keep the $300 in our pocket. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to do an ATV tour in Vegas to consider another company. Edit: The staff at this company clearly are liars. I called to report that we were running 5min late and the representative told me she wrote us down for December 11th. THEIR error, not mine. 3.5 stars here's why...The ride itself was was great. Perfect distance, Nice scenery and couple opportunities to take some pics and we did little free riding in a designated area. The guys running the ride were awesome and were very apologetic for the equipment issues I encountered. I don't expect them to have brand new gear but the ATV should have been better maintained. On the ATV I rode, the right foot plate was falling off which could cause serious injury. The bike had other cometic and mechanical issues. To say my ATV was beat up is very generous which is one of the reasons I skipped the EXTRA insurance. Overall good dirty fun but I recommend you inspect your bike carefully. read more

My girlfriends and I (6 total) planned a trip to Vegas and wanted to find a great deal on ATV riding. We searched online and $109 per person (after taxes) seemed like a fair deal. Our pick up time was 10am, Steve gave me a courtesy call around 9:10am so that I could "round up the troops" from the night before (it IS VEGAS). Lol He was on time at the pick up destination, we paid prior to leaving the hotel (cash or card option) and we were on our way. The ride to the desert wasn't too bad either, about 25/30mins. Once we got there we signed release forms, got some gear and were given instructions on how to ride safely. After that ... We were off to the races. The entire experience was great. The trails were really cool, riding in the open desert was a thrill and you can't buy better scenery. All of the staff was GREAT! Lauren and the guy from NC (can't recall his name) were my favorites! Tips:Wear athletic/ comfortable apparel Closed toed shoes are probably best You WILL get dirty so no Armani, LV, etc. lol If you want to carry belongings a backpack is most convenient bc you can take it with you on the ride. If you have an independent spirit and would rather travel on your own, renting from Steve definitely gives you more liberty than some of the other ATV tours in the area. First, my BIG TIP to those who are simply directionally clueless or map illiterate (like me): we used our cell phone to mark our starting location on Google maps for the ATV tour. Without it, we would have been hopelessly lost trying to find our way back since we got so disoriented after the lake bed. Definitely bring some way to GPS track yourself if you're unfamiliar with the area. We arranged for a 2 hr rental (not really a tour, since we went on our own). Meet Steve at the address on Yelp (it is in a residential, not business/touristy area), and he drove us in his truck to the Jean Roach Lake Bed area. He did tell us he used to take parties to Nellis but Nellis has gotten more dangerous lately with reckless riders. Once at the area, we were given a map and some general guidance in terms of where to head (or not to head). We spent the first 45 minutes driving through gravel/stony and sandy terrain before we found the LARGE lake bed. It was a blast going fast on the lake bed as it was simply a large and flat terrain with a little manmade pond in one section where you could go up and down mounds of dirt around the pond. We did not have enough time to do this but had we not stuck around the lake bed we could have also driven into the surrounding mountains for even better trails. Overall, it was a great time and we enjoyed have the freedom to time and pace our 'tour' the way we want. If you want a different experience than the usual "follow the leader" approach of most ATV tours, this is it. read more

All I'm going to say is if you ever come to Vegas and plan to go ATV'ing you BETTER chose this company. Trust me choose Vegas ATV Adventures and you won't be sorry. No let me change that, you'll be sorry that you don't have more time in Vegas to come back the next day and the next day! We took the 2 hour package grab 2 Polaris RZR's and 1 Polaris 500 and it off to the desert! It was worth every single penny! Our guides were the best! They took us so far out in the desert we needed two water breaks (which comes with the package and waters are ice cold too). We wanted to capture our adventure on video so one of the guides took my video camera and went in front of us to video us enjoying the trials. Totally EPIC!!!! Then they shot photos of us for FREE! This company rocks!! See Pics Attached. They give you everything you need like helmets, gloves and goggles. They also have bandannas to cover your mouth. Trust me you're gonna need it. Just come prepared to get dirty. The trails were true get dirty fun rolling trails with dips and curves everywhere. Then once you hit the open lake area watch out! You get to really open them up to about 60MPH free styling and all. I'm telling you, this is the company to use. Yes I know, Sun Buggy has all the big time advertisements and web search ads et... but their vehicles are garbage. Look at all their reviews and you'll see almost everyone complaining about the wheels coming off their buggies and they count your time from the time they pick you up at your hotel, traffic, travel time and break down time against your riding time. Well you don't have to worry about any of that at Vegas ATV Adventures. Steve and his staff take pride in keeping their vehicles in top notch condition and they know how to please their customers. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I paid for the tour ($198) their system declined both my debit and credit card. However, when I logged into my Bank APP, it said pending on both accounts. The lady called the owners daughter, Shannon and I overheard on the phone "The card declined because she doesn't have enough money. She can't go on the tour." I was furious and yelled "what do you mean I don't have enough money"? She said "I won't tolerate you talking to me like that. This tour is cancelled." Shannon, also did not let me speak to the owner, her father and hung up the phone when we tried to call him to resolve the issue. Also, called my bank and they said the charge went through. There is an issue on their end. Shannon's behavior was unacceptable and very unprofessional and should NOT be allowed to run and business with that mentality. I spent $40 for an Uber ride here and $30 get get back. Unbelievable. UPDATE: not sure how I reply to the comment but: Per my online bank statement, it said it is currently being processed. I also called my bank on site and they told me it has been processed and there was an issue on YOUR END. I understand things like this may happen however, by no means is it okay to tell a customer "they don't have enough money" and they cannot go on tour. If I didn't have the money for it, I wouldn't have booked the tour. Speaking with the owner, Steve on the phone, he said I could have avoided this by paying cash. True, but I brought enough cash to gamble with in Vegas and I was trying to save it. It is NOT my responsibility to avoid how the owner speaks to a customer. We were running 15 minutes late because of Uber. I called to let them know that we were running late. The new lady that answered was super rude.
