They were super sweet and friendly. Their rates are reasonable and worth every cent! My home was move-in ready and smelled fantastic! After moving out, we realized we needed additional cleaning under some large appliances. This oversight was my error but the owner of HomeMaid Cleaning Service squeezed us in ASAP and helped us get it done. Truly a great business owner going good things!

Carlos, who was rude said not today. Asked for the next day. Said they could not I said then please send the key back this was the second time they were late and it is not fair to me or the pets out. And have Steve Call me. No call. (There are such things as text messages, calling to say they are going to be late etc.) Called steve this morning (some six weeks later) because all construction is done and to see if we might be able to resume. They were not. Then the cleaning staff lied and said they did clean the attic they did not. Instructions were given on where the key would be and where to place it, those directions didn't get followed and then they said I didn't give them key instructions. The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. It's terrible service, they did a very basic job and I do not recommend ever. ‍

They were able to work with my schedule and gave me notice when the technician was in route. Gary was my technician and he was awesome and did a great job. He did wear his mask and kept to social distancing during his visit in addition to being very pleasant and professional. Although I won't know the results until my carpet and couch is dry I feel as though a thorough job was done. She was not able to connect me with Tonya immediately and took a message, but I had a call back within a few minutes. I knew I was giving late notice, but Tonya was able to get me in before the end of the month. They started on time and were able to shift gears as the office was a bit worse for wear. She came out with a carpet cleaner and we were able to go from a basic clean to a deep clean with carpet cleaning at a very reasonable price. As I was preparing to move into my new home in February 2021, I decided that cleaning the home was not something I wanted to deal with during the move-in process. After doing research and reading through reviews, I decided to go with this company. They are definitely more expensive than other cleaning companies in the area but I figured it was due to them being thorough. On the day of the cleaning, I allowed 3 of their staff, including one of the co-owners, into my home to clean the vacant house. I had other tasks to handle so I left them in the home and came back an hour later. Upon my return, Mr. Chappell started walking me through the home (in a rushing manner), directing me to give the okay for each room. I informed him that I saw dust in several places as well as the floors not completely vacuumed. After he walked away from me, I had time to review the cleaning more thoroughly to discover that there were several areas their team had missed. When I informed him of the continuous issues I kept discovering, he told me that I cannot go back and say something needs to be corrected after I've already given the okay. I politely informed him that he was not going to tell me what I couldn't do in my home and that I would not have had to request better cleaning if his team had done it properly in the first place. Words were exchanged and his team corrected the problems but by this time I was frustrated and ready for them to leave my home. He subsequently called me and I thought it was to apologize for his tone and the inadequate cleaning services they had offered. BUT NOPE. He called me to tell me that he wanted to up-charge me $50 for cleaning my EMPTY refrigerator since it wasn't on my already $500 cleaning bill. At this point, I requested to speak with his wife, the other co-owner, who I had previous correspondence with. I explained the issue to her and she agreed to waive the refrigerator cleaning fee and give $40 off. I was exhausted by the whole situation and ready to just be done. To add insult to injury, I had an exterminator come in the same day and I told him about the cleaning service. He looked around and said the home didn't look thoroughly cleaned and it didn't even smell like any cleaning products. I would have left the situation alone if I didn't have to bring a friend in subsequently to help me actually wipe the inside and outside of my cabinets, thoroughly clean the bathrooms him and his team were suppose to clean, and numerous other cleaning tasks that should've been covered by their services. After speaking to several people about the situation, everyone told me it was important that I wrote this review because I would have done things differently myself had I known this level of service would be provided. Talk about a making a moving process more stressful and $450+ wasted. My hope isn't to scare people from using this service but for them to understand the impact they had on my moving process. I told them that I had a job interview and then would be seeing clients from home and could not be interrupted during specific hours, and they promised they'd arrive beforehand. They were over two hours late and interrupted my meetings. After the "cleaners" left, I noticed that several areas had been missed, including basics like trash not being emptied and my tub and shower were not cleaned at all. I was able to catch a few of these areas before they left and they did clean them, but there were several more to the extent that I needed to clean after they left, defeating the point of hiring cleaners. They also charged me more than originally quoted. When I texted the person I originally met and scheduled with (who was not there), he apologized and said he had been made aware of the issues and would make it next Friday to clean before my birthday party. The next Friday, he texted me after he was due to arrive saying he was overbooked and asked if he could come the next day. I told him he could not and never heard back from him. Nervous he wouldn't come at all, I then said he could come early the next morning. I never heard from him and had to skip my birthday brunch to clean my house for the party later that day. Long story short: extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. DO NOT HIRE! What kind of company admits that they ripped you off then does nothing to fix it? UPDATE: the owner contacted me to threaten me for posting reviews. Still no apology; just a threat. And to be fair, he did refund half of the cost of the poorly done cleaning after I posted the review as well.
