Someone else was in the store having an issue with a repair they had made at the time. After waiting over an hour for what I was told would take 20 min, they said the new battery seemed to not be working and they ordered another one. Was told several days later that the phone had "corrosion" inside and would not turn on. I asked to see the corrosion, which they could not show me. They offered to refund me, but I wanted a working phone. They agreed to get me a refurbished phone in lieu of a refund. Picked up the replacement phone, which worked for all of about 2 hours. Screen stopped responding, worked after restarting, then would fail again, etc. Took the phone back in for a refund (my third trip to the store), and someone else was I there with an apparent issue with a repair they had made. They offered me a partial refund, used "restocking" and "diagnostic time" as excuses. Clearly their parts and/or service techs are defective. I left with the broken phone and I'm out $80. All over a $40 "restocking fee" for a broken phone.
