On Monday, 03/16/26, I tried to confirm the appointment but couldn't get through. I left a voicemail and sent a text, then made several additional attempts to follow up, but received no response. Unfortunately, they did not show up on Wednesday morning. The lack of communication and missed appointment felt unprofessional. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, the unreliability and poor communication initially led me to decide not to move forward. Update: Otis contacted me within an hour of my review going live. It turns out my calls were mistakenly flagged as spam on his phone, so he didn't receive my messages or voicemail. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and have decided to give them another chance. He also mentioned that Yelp messages are also a very good way to get a hold of. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess.
