Patty Silvester is awesome. She has been impressively responsive throughout our shopping experiences. Sent a customer to pick out pavers... he walked out with an almost brand new outdoor kitchen!!! (Although, his wife's eyes looked like they could shoot lasers ha!) that is... until he told her he got EVERYTHING, the grill, mini fridge, cabinetry etc all for $4k!!! (When retail, was about $11k!!) The pavers were great too. And BYL even delivered them down the narrow south end alleyway between abutting brownstones which was rediculously stressful. I thought my jaw was going to fall off. We couldn't even get pick up trucks down there! They brought a forklift on the back of the delivery truck, zipped right down and dropped the pallet EXACTLY where we needed it!!!! Needless to say, very pleased with our experience. Now, had the 2 previous reviewers had more patience, maybe they wouldn't have spent $20-30k on materials but half that AND SCORED SOME! Oh well, their loss - Our gain! We have since gone on to work with BYL for 4 projects. We have gotten to know the team very well. They are responsive to email, pay attention to detail to make sure that nothing is overlooked and when it comes to renovations-- man, even the smallest detail overlooked can have consequences of EPIC proportions. THEY GET IT. THEY GENUINELY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND MAINTAINING A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP. Love these guys and until they give us a reason to not, will keep coming back.

This place has the best office chairs, cabinets, storage bins, tables, filing cabinets, and so much more for so inexpensive prices! Looking for office supplies? I come here once per month and fill up a box with office supplies. Nothing has prices, and the best part is that nothing is ever certain. Every time I come here there is a completely different assortment of products. This is because a lot of the things they sell have been returned because they may be damaged or the incorrect item, or somewhere just didn't want them. Either way, everything is cheap, and Kevin, the guy who runs the warehouse is a great guy. Just this month he has added a complete (and huge) section of chef supplies and kitchen gadgets and tools. Prices are all still WAY lower than any retailer and this stuff is brand new. All teachers should be able to benefit from this place. My classroom is filled with extra supplies because of the astoundingly low prices and great products I get here. I would suggest this place more than any other place I've been to, it's just that good. And for the record, don't bother with other WB Mason Whatta Bargains, both the one in Boston and the one in Woburn don't have any office supplies and are more like a showroom. My husband and I recently moved into a new home and ordered two bedframes from Bob's, one full and one king. On the initial date of delivery, the full frame was built with no issues, but we were informed that there was a broken piece with the king frame, and that they would have to undo it and take it away. The gentleman who delivered it was incredibly nice and got me on the phone with customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me the delivery would be replaced a few days later. When they arrived a few days later, they came with only parts for the frame, and not the entire replacement frame. This time, they left the miscellaneous pieces of frame in our bedroom, taking up space, and we had to get on the phone with customer service AGAIN. This time we spoke to two different people (neither of whom seemed to understand what we were talking about or who understood our situation). And once again, they assured us that the next delivery (the 3rd attempt) would be correct and the entire frame would be delivered. When the third delivery was attempted, they (shocker) only came with just the pieces again and not the entire frame, but thankfully this group of delivery men were kind enough to move the leftover pieces of frame from our bedroom to our garage so they weren't in the way. My husband talked to customer service on the phone and very clearly explained the situation, and we were once again informed that the now FOURTH delivery attempt would be correct. This morning, which was supposed to be the final (correct) delivery, my husband received a phone call stating that they, once again, had the wrong order and only had parts for the frame, not the entire frame itself. After multiple other confusing & frustrating calls to customer service agents (who very clearly follow a script and have trouble straying from it), and trying to explain to them that we did NOT want a replacement or exchange at this point and just wanted a refund, we finally got a satisfactory response. We definitely not be purchasing any more furniture from Bob's and will be advising our friends & family against it as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different furniture store or get something off of Amazon.
