    We have used this company to open and close our pool for over 15 years and, until recently, they…read morewere generally responsive. Unfortunately, as the business has grown, customer service seems to have gone downhill significantly. Last fall, we had our pool liner replaced, which was certainly not a small expense. When the liner crew finished, they left numerous sandbags in the pool all winter. When the opening crew arrived this spring, they piled the sandbags on our lawn and deck. When I asked them to remove them, I was told they couldn't because the liner department had to handle it. At the same time, we had been promised that all of the pool fixtures would be swapped out for gray fixtures as part of the liner replacement. This was never done. I called multiple times regarding both the sandbags and the fixture replacement. I spoke with employees in the store, the repair technician who worked on our filter, and staff at the South Easton location when purchasing chemicals. Each time I was told someone would contact the liner department or follow up. No one ever did. After at least five phone calls, someone finally came and removed the sandbags. When I asked about the fixture replacement, I was told they knew nothing about it. I then emailed both Dave, the owner, and Alex, the liner manager. To date, I still have not received a response regarding whether they intend to complete the work they promised. My experience has been that when you're buying a pool or paying for a new liner, they're very attentive. However, when you need customer service afterward, getting a response is extremely difficult. To the pool opening this season (Kyle and Tim), to the service at the store when bringing my water in to be tested (Tyler Hobacia) and to the troubleshooting over the phone! Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is second to none. As a new pool owner, I'm doing pretty well with understanding the operations of all the equipment but had an issue where my heater kept shutting off. After talking with Mike on Friday night, he diagnosed the problem and had another team member (I wish I knew your name to give you a shout out, too) here first thing Saturday morning....of Memorial Day weekend to address the issue. My pool is up and running beautifully! No wonder Easton Pool & Spa, Inc. is rated and ranked above and beyond the rest! Truly, to those of you reading this, I'm sure you already know how awesome this company is...for those of you that don't....believe me, as a family business owner myself, they are!!!

He does…read morethe absolute bare minimum, gives no guidance on how to fix your pool/spa when there's chemical imbalances and issues, and has absolutely zero personality or customer service skills. I live 2 minutes from the store, and will have to go to the Weymouth or Brockton location instead because of how inept of an employee he is. And this isn't just from one interaction, I've had at least 5 with him now where I go to get my water tested, and he just offers absolutely no guidance whatsoever. Wish him a good day? He'll stay absolutely quiet. Ask him how the day is? Stays absolutely quiet. No chance of any decent human interaction whatsoever when he's working, you might as well let the customer work the testing station and do self-checkout. I'll take the 15 extra minutes to get to the Weymouth or Brockton location, at least I know they have actual human beings working behind the counter (Granted the weymouth one is having staffing issues), but I've yet to have a bad experience with those locations yet. Just wish I didn't have to avoid the one two minutes down the road because of this one employee who is just absolutely atrocious to work with. I don't often want people reprimanded or fired, but please send this employee back to training because you are going to lose customers.
